4. The cover assembly according to claim 3, wherein the upper protruding portion (13) is provided with a receiving recess (131) on a top surface thereof, and the top plate portion (22) is located in the receiving recess (131).

The cover assembly according to claim 3, further comprising a handle (30) pivotably attached to the cover (10), the handle (30) surrounding the dispensing opening (11), the handle (30) having a horizontal position avoiding the dispensing opening (11) and a vertical position above the dispensing opening (11).

6. The cover assembly according to claim 5, wherein an escape step portion (132) that escapes from the handle (30) is provided on the upper convex portion (13), and the handle (30) is provided at the escape step portion (132) when the handle (30) is in the horizontal state.

7. The cover assembly according to claim 5, wherein a second rocker (31) is provided at an outer edge of the handle (30), the second rocker (31) extending obliquely upward.

The cover assembly according to claim 5, wherein the handle (30) comprises a handle main body (32) and a first rotating shaft (33) and a second rotating shaft (34) which are arranged at two ends of the handle main body (32), the first rotating shaft (33) and the second rotating shaft (34) extend oppositely, a first mounting hole (133) and a second mounting hole (134) are arranged on the upper convex portion (13), the first rotating shaft (33) is inserted into the first mounting hole (133), and the second rotating shaft (34) is inserted into the second mounting hole (134).

9. Cover assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the dispensing opening (11) is of circular configuration and/or the dispensing cover (20) is a transparent cover.
