Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and a plurality of exemplary embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
It is to be noted at the outset that the directional terms used herein refer to the normal state of use of the laundry treatment appliance for the sake of convenience of description and are not to be understood as an absolute definition of the corresponding features. In this case, the front side of the laundry treatment device facing the user is the front or front side, while the rear side of the laundry treatment device facing away from the user is the rear or rear side. The front and back of the washing processing equipment and the parts are based on the front and back directions.
Fig. 1 schematically shows an example of a laundry treatment apparatus according to the present invention in a perspective view. In fig. 1, the front side of the laundry treatment device can be seen, i.e. the side with the door opening into which laundry can be inserted.
Fig. 2 schematically shows the laundry treatment device of fig. 1 in a perspective view, the rear side of which can be seen. The laundry treatment device is here, for example, a washing machine or a washer dryer.
The laundry treating apparatus includes:
a laundry treatment system 6, in particular a drum system, suitable for treating laundry;
-a motor 5 adapted to drive said laundry treatment system 6;
-a wire harness system 4 (see fig. 5) at least for said electric machine 5.
Fig. 3 schematically shows in a perspective view one example of a laundry treatment system 6 of the laundry treatment appliance of fig. 1 and 2 and of a motor 5 which is suitable for driving said laundry treatment system 6. However, it is also conceivable for the laundry treatment system to have more than two laundry treatment systems 6. At least one electric motor 5, in particular one electric motor 5 each, is provided for the laundry treatment systems 6. Fig. 3 shows the rear side of the laundry treatment system 6, while the electric motor 5 for driving the laundry treatment system 6 is arranged on the rear side of the laundry treatment system 6, so that the electric motor 5 is also located in the rear part of the laundry treatment apparatus. The motor 5 needs to be connected to the wiring harness system 4 of the laundry treatment apparatus for supplying power to the motor 5 and for exchanging signals with the motor 5. Currently, the plug of the wiring harness system 4 is plugged into a motor socket 53 (see fig. 4 and 14) of the motor 5. Since the motor 5 is located at the rear of the whole machine, it is generally difficult for an assembler to insert the plug of the wire harness system 4 into the motor receptacle 53 from the front/front side of the whole machine. The assembler typically performs the assembly from the back/rear of the machine.
Fig. 4 schematically shows a side view of the electric machine 5 in a perspective view. The eye symbol here represents the perspective of the fitter on the rear side of the machine. As shown in fig. 4, the motor socket 53 is located right on the front side of the motor 5, i.e., facing away from the fitter, so that the fitter can only blindly fit and would need additional installation tools when directly connecting the plug of the wire harness system 4 to the motor socket 53 of the motor 5, and furthermore would be very inconvenient to inspect. However, the position and the plugging direction of the motor socket 53 are difficult to change because the period of the change is long and the cost is high, and additional waterproof protection measures are required after the change. In addition, the modification does not bring additional market effect and has great influence on the models which are already produced in mass production.
In response to this assembly problem, an auxiliary device for a laundry treatment appliance is proposed. The auxiliary device serves to connect the wiring harness system 4 of the laundry treatment appliance to the motor 5 in an auxiliary manner.
Fig. 5 schematically shows a representation of the connection of the wire harness system 4 to the electric machine 5 by means of an auxiliary device in a perspective view. The auxiliary device comprises a bridge harness 1.
As shown in fig. 5, the auxiliary device optionally further comprises a first clamp 31 for clamping the connecting wire 11 of the auxiliary device and/or a second clamp 32 for clamping a wire harness of the wire harness system 4. The first wire clamp 31 and/or the second wire clamp 32 for example comprise a fixing pin adapted to be fixed on the auxiliary device.
One example of a bridge harness 1 is schematically shown in a perspective view in fig. 6. The bridge harness 1 includes: a motor connection terminal 15 adapted to be connected with the motor 5; a harness system connection end 14 adapted to connect with the harness system 4; and the connecting wire 11 is used for connecting the motor connecting end 15 with the wiring harness system connecting end 14. The motor connection 15 is designed as a motor plug, for example, and the harness system connection 14 is designed as a harness system socket, for example.
The auxiliary device further comprises a fixing part 2 adapted to fix the harness system connection end 14. Fig. 7 schematically shows an example of a fixing part 2 according to the present invention in a perspective view.
Fig. 8 schematically shows a perspective view of the electric machine 5 from the side, in which the auxiliary device according to the invention has been installed. As shown in fig. 8, the auxiliary device is configured to allow the harness system connection end 14 to be fixed by the fixing portion 2 at a predetermined position in the laundry treating apparatus, which is not blocked by the mounted motor 5 in a view from the rear of the laundry treating apparatus. The fastening section 2 fastens in particular the harness system connection 14 directly in front or laterally in front of the motor socket 53 at a distance, in particular the laundry treatment system 6, so that the assembler can see the harness system connection 14 slightly out of the way of the motor 5. It is also conceivable for the fastening 2 to fasten the harness connection 14 to the side of the electric machine 5 or even to the rear side of the electric machine 5.
Fig. 9 shows a perspective view of the fitter, who is located on the rear side of the laundry treatment device, looking at the fitted fastening section 2. The angle of view of the fitter is shown here with eye symbols. According to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the fixing portion 2 is configured such that a connection area of the wire harness system connection end 14 for connection with the wire harness system 4 in a state where the wire harness system connection end 14 is fixed by the fixing portion 2 faces a back surface of the laundry treating apparatus, thereby being directly visible by an assembler. This is not mandatory, however, and the connection area may be oriented in any direction that is convenient for the fitter to view.
According to an exemplary embodiment, the predetermined position is a position which is accessible to an assembler when the assembler is at an assembly station at the rear of the laundry treatment apparatus. Thus, even if the harness system connection terminal 14 is fixed in front of the motor 5 by the fixing part 2, the assembler can easily insert the plug of the harness system 4 into the socket of the harness system connection terminal 14.
According to an exemplary embodiment, the fixing portion 2 is configured independently of the bridge wire harness 1 (see fig. 7) or integrally with the bridge wire harness 1; and/or, the fixing part 2 comprises a receiving structure 24 for fixedly receiving the wiring harness system connecting end 14; and/or the fastening part 2 is designed as a plastic carrier; and/or the fixing part 2 is made as a thermoplastic injection-molded part made of nylon; and/or the fixing part 2 comprises a clip fixing structure 23 for fixing the clip 3 (see fig. 5).
According to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, 7 and 9, the wire clamp fixing structure 23 of the fixing portion 2 is spaced apart from the receiving structure 24; and/or, the wire clamp fixing structure 23 includes a first wire clamp fixing structure 231 and a second wire clamp fixing structure 232, the first wire clamp fixing structure 231 is adapted to fix a first wire clamp 31 for clamping the connection wire 11, and the second wire clamp fixing structure 232 is adapted to fix a second wire clamp 32 for clamping the wire harness of the wire harness system 4; and/or, the fixing part 2 comprises two legs extending from the accommodating structure 24 to two sides, and the first wire clip fixing structure 231 and the second wire clip fixing structure 232 are respectively arranged at the end of each of the two legs; and/or the clip fastening structure 23 is configured as a hole in the fastening part 2.
Fig. 10 schematically shows a perspective view of the fixing part 2 of fig. 7 in a reversed view, i.e. a view approximately corresponding to the front side of the fixing part 2. According to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the fixing portion 2 comprises a fixing structure 21 for fixing to the laundry treating device.
According to an exemplary embodiment, the fixing structure 21 is configured as a snap-fit structure and/or is configured to be suitable for fixing by means of additional fixing elements; and/or, the fixing structure 21 comprises a positioning structure and a backstop structure which are separated from each other; and/or, the positioning structure is configured and adapted to cooperate with a laundry treatment system 6 of the laundry treatment apparatus; and/or the backstop structure is configured and adapted to cooperate with the motor 5. Here, the retaining structure includes a retaining portion 215 and a retaining pin 214. The backstop structure serves to stop the fixed portion 2 from moving in the backward-forward direction. The positioning structure includes a tab accommodating portion 211, and a positioning pin 212 and a catching hook 213 provided on the tab accommodating portion 211.
Fig. 11 schematically shows a perspective view of the fastening part 2 fastened to the laundry treatment system 6 by means of a fastening arrangement 21.

Fig. 13 schematically shows an example of an electric machine 5 in a perspective view. Fig. 13 is a view from the back of the motor 5. The motor 5 also has an engagement structure for engaging with the auxiliary device. The illustrated mating structure is, for example, a stop 51, the stop 51 having a through hole 52 for retaining the locating pin 214.
Fig. 14 schematically shows a perspective view of the electric machine 5 of fig. 13 in a reversed view, i.e. from the front of the electric machine 5. Here, a motor socket 53 on the motor 5 for connection to the harness system 4 or to an auxiliary device can be seen.
Fig. 15 schematically shows in a perspective view a representation of the interaction of the retaining structure of the fixing part 2 with the mating structure on the motor 5.
The method sequence for connecting the wire harness system 4 to the electric machine 5 by means of an auxiliary device is described in an exemplary manner below. At an easily operable station of the roller system production line, the fastening part 2, which is designed as a plastic carrier, is first mounted on the roller system with the motor 5 by means of a positioning and retaining arrangement. The harness system connection end 14 of the bridge harness 1, which is designed as a socket, is then inserted into the receiving structure 24 of the fastening part 2 and the motor connection end 15 of the bridge harness 1, which is designed as a plug, is inserted into the motor socket 53. And then the roller system with the motor 5 and the auxiliary device is arranged in the shell of the whole machine. Finally, the plug of the harness system 4 can be easily inserted into the harness system connection 14 of the bridge harness 1. Because the harness system connection end 14 is now in a location that is visible and conveniently accessible to the assembler. Alternatively, the connecting wire 11 and the wire harness of the wire harness system 4 may also be clamped and fixed to the wire clamp fixing structure 23 of the auxiliary device by means of the wire clamp 3.
