As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, one embodiment of the present invention provides an inflatable product 10, such as an inflatable swimming pool, comprising an inflatable bladder 100 and a receptacle assembly 200 disposed within the inflatable bladder 100. The object supporting assembly 200 of the inflatable product 10 is simple in installation and manufacturing process, and can greatly reduce the manufacturing cost and time.
Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the inflatable pool of this embodiment may include three inflatable bladders 100, and the three inflatable bladders 100 are fused and stacked in sequence to form the inflatable pool. The object supporting assembly 200 is arranged on the inflatable airbag 100 positioned at the topmost part, namely the inflatable airbag 100 farthest from the bottom of the pool, so that a user can conveniently place articles such as a water cup, a mobile phone, a key and the like. The three inflatable bladders 100 are similar in structure and each include an inflatable panel 110, with the inflatable panels 110 enclosing an inflatable chamber (not shown). The three inflatable chambers can be inflated by an inflation device to inflate and deploy the three inflatable bladders 100, so that the inflatable pool as a whole is inflated and deployed for use. The three inflatable chambers can also be vented so that the three inflatable bladders 100 collapse and the inflatable pool can be folded for storage. Alternatively, the inflatable sheet 110 is made of soft rubber material such as Polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The inflatable airbag 100 positioned at the topmost part includes a first fixing portion 111 and a second fixing portion 112 which are oppositely disposed, and the first fixing portion 111 and the second fixing portion 112 are respectively positioned at both sides of the inflatable chamber. Of course, in other embodiments, more or less than three inflatable bladders 100 may be provided, as desired. The inflatable product 10 may also be an inflatable floating bed, an inflatable floating raft or other inflatable product 10.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the tray assembly 200 includes a tray barrel 210, a locking mechanism 220, and a pallet 230.
As shown in fig. 2, the object holding cylinder 210 has a substantially cylindrical structure, the object holding cylinder 210 has an object holding opening 211 and an object holding cavity 212 communicating with the object holding opening 211, and the object holding cavity 212 is used for holding objects such as a cup. The edge of the object placing opening 211, i.e. the top end of the object holding cylinder 210, is welded and fixed with the first fixing portion 111. Of course, in other embodiments, the edge of the object placing opening 211 may be fixed to the first fixing portion 111 in other manners. Optionally, the object supporting cylinder 210 is made of a soft material such as polyvinyl chloride. The conventional tote barrel 210 is typically made of a hard material. On the other hand, the object supporting tube 210 in this embodiment is made of a soft polyvinyl chloride material, on one hand, when the inflatable product 10 is deflated and folded, the object supporting tube 210 can be folded along with the inflatable sheet 110, and compared with the object supporting tube 210 made of a hard material, the storage space can be further saved. On the other hand, when the object supporting tube 210 made of hard material is installed on the inflatable sheet 110, the distance between the first fixing portion 111 and the second fixing portion 112 of the inflatable sheet 110 is a certain distance in an uninflated state, which makes the subsequent manufacturing process of the inflatable product 10 complicated and requires additional devices. The object supporting tube 210 made of soft material can be folded and stored, so that the first fixing portion 111 and the second fixing portion 112 of the inflatable sheet 110 can be folded and overlapped without a gap when in an uninflated state, and the subsequent manufacturing process of the inflatable product 10 is simple, generally only needs one additional device to complete, the installation time is short, and the installation cost is low.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the locking mechanism 220 includes a first engaging portion and a second engaging portion that are engaged with each other to lock, the first engaging portion is disposed at an end of the object holding tube 210 away from the object holding opening 211, i.e., a bottom end of the object holding tube 210, and the second engaging portion is disposed at a surface of the second fixing portion 112 facing the air inflation cavity. In this way, the bottom end of the object supporting tube 210 is fixed to the second fixing portion 112 by the locking of the first and second engaging portions of the locking mechanism 220, so that the object in the object supporting tube 210 is not ejected out of the object supporting tube 210 due to the change of the air pressure in the inflation cavity during the inflation process and the use process of the inflatable product 10. Further, the first mating portion may be a male mating portion, and the second mating portion may be a female mating portion. Of course, the first mating portion may be a female mating portion and the second mating portion may be a male mating portion.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 9, the first mating portion may be a first plug 221. The first plug 221 includes a first fixing ring 221a, a first insertion portion 221b, and a first stopper rib 221c. In this embodiment, the first plug 221 includes three first inserting portions 221b, the three first inserting portions 221b are circumferentially spaced and annularly disposed on the first fixing ring 221a, and the first fixing ring 221a is fixed to an end of the object holding barrel 210 away from the object holding opening 211. A first limit rib 221c is provided on an inner wall of each first insertion portion 221 b. The three first insertion portions 221b surround the insertion groove 221d.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, the second mating portion may be a second plug 222. The second socket connector 222 includes a second fixing ring 222a, a second insertion portion 222c, and a second stopper rib 222d. In this embodiment, the second plug 222 includes three second inserting portions 222c, the three second inserting portions 222c are circumferentially spaced apart from each other and are disposed on a second fixing ring 222a, and the second fixing ring 222a is fixed on a surface of the second fixing portion 112 facing the inflation cavity. A second limiting rib 222d is arranged on the outer wall of each second inserting portion 222 c.
Further, the three second inserting portions 222c can be inserted into the inserting groove 221d along the vertical direction shown in fig. 9, at this time, the first inserting portion 221b or the second inserting portion 222c generates a certain elastic deformation to make the first limiting rib 221c pass through the second limiting rib 222d and be located on one side of the second limiting rib 222d close to the second fixing portion 112, that is, below the second limiting rib 222d shown in fig. 6, and the first limiting rib 221c and the second limiting rib 222d are abutted against each other. In this way, the first plug 221 and the second plug 222 are locked by engagement.
In this embodiment, both the first plug-in unit 221 and the second plug-in unit 222 are integrally formed, but in other embodiments, the first plug-in unit 221 may be formed by connecting a first fixing ring 221a, a first insertion portion 221b, and a first limit rib 221c, which are independent of each other, and the second plug-in unit 222 may be formed by connecting a second fixing ring 222a, a second insertion portion 222c, and a second limit rib 222d, which are independent of each other. Also, in other embodiments, the number of the first and second inserting portions 221b and 222c may also be adjusted to be more or less than three as needed. Alternatively, the first connector 221 and the second connector 222 may be made of plastic or other materials with certain elastic deformation capability.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 10 to 17, the first mating portion may also be a first snap member 223, and the first snap member 223 includes a third fixing ring 223a, a snap boss 223b and a snap rib 223c. The third fixing ring 223a is fixed at one end of the object holding barrel 210 far away from the object holding opening 211, the clamping boss 223b is arranged on the third fixing ring 223a, and the side face of the clamping boss 223b is annularly provided with a clamping rib 223c.
As shown in fig. 14 to 17, the second mating portion may be a second snap 224. The second snap 224 includes a fourth fixing ring 224a and a snap ring 224b. The fourth fixing ring 224a is fixed to a surface of the second fixing portion 112 facing the inflation chamber, and the snap ring 224b is disposed on the fourth fixing ring 224 a. One side of the snap ring 224b has a snap notch 224c. Specifically, the snap ring 224b includes a clasping portion 224e and a boss portion 224f connected to each other, and a side of the boss portion 224f away from the clasping portion 224e is fixed to the fourth fixing ring 224 a. The clasping portion 224e is substantially a two-thirds circular ring structure, and the boss portion 224f is substantially a half circular ring structure. The inner wall of the boss portion 224f is provided with a catching groove 224d.
Further, the clamping boss 223b can be clamped in the clamping ring 224b through the clamping notch 224c along the horizontal direction shown in fig. 17, at this time, the clamping portion 224e is elastically deformed to clamp the boss portion 224f, and when the clamping boss 223b is clamped in the clamping ring 224b, the clamping rib 223c is clamped in the clamping groove 224d. In this way, locking fixation between the first mating portion and the second mating portion is achieved.
Alternatively, the first snap member 223 and the second snap member 224 can be made of plastic or other materials with certain elastic deformation capability. In this embodiment, the first clamping member 223 and the second clamping member 224 are both integrally formed, and of course, in other embodiments, the first clamping member 223 may also be formed by connecting the third fixing ring 223a, the clamping boss 223b and the clamping rib 223c which are independent of each other, and the second clamping member 224 may also be formed by connecting the fourth fixing ring 224a and the clamping ring 224b which are independent of each other.
Of course, the above two embodiments are only used for reference, and in other embodiments, the first mating portion and the second mating portion may be provided in other forms, such as a hook and a ring, which are mated with each other, or a pin and a hole, which are mated with each other, respectively, in any case, as long as the mating locking is easily achieved.
Further, the pallet 230 is provided in the substantially middle of the object holding cylinder 210 in the horizontal direction shown in fig. 3, thereby dividing the object holding cylinder 210 into a first cylinder portion 213 and a second cylinder portion 214, the first cylinder portion 213 and the second cylinder portion 214 being arranged up and down along the axial direction of the object holding cylinder 210, that is, the first cylinder portion 213 communicates with the object holding opening 211, and the second cylinder portion 214 is located at one end of the first cylinder portion 213 away from the object holding opening 211, as shown in fig. 2. Alternatively, the supporting plate 230 is made of Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) material. The tray 230 is used to hold a cup or the like placed in the holder 210. In an inflatable product 10 such as an inflatable pool, the distance between the first fixing portion 111 and the second fixing portion 112 of the topmost inflatable bladder 100 is generally much greater than the height of an article such as a water cup, so that a support plate 230 for supporting the article is provided at a substantially middle portion of the article support tube 210 to facilitate the user to take and place the article. Moreover, the object supporting tube 210 is made of soft polyvinyl chloride material, and in the process of inflation or use, the object supporting tube 210 is flattened by the large air pressure in the inflation cavity, so that the object placing cavity 212 is deformed, and articles such as cups and the like are difficult to place in the object placing cavity 212. Therefore, the tray 230 made of the acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer material with relatively greater hardness can allow the storage cavity 212 to maintain its original shape without being flattened and deformed, thereby facilitating the storage of the cup and the like. Of course, in other embodiments, the supporting plate 230 may be made of soft material such as polyvinyl chloride.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, a circular vent hole 231 is provided at a substantially middle position of the retainer plate 230, and the vent hole 231 communicates with both the first cylindrical portion 213 and the second cylindrical portion 214. The vent hole 231 prevents the inflatable product 10 from being folded to a minimum volume when stored after being exhausted due to the gas remaining in the second tubular portion 214 during a portion of the manufacturing process. Of course, in other embodiments, the number, location, and shape of the vents 231 may be adjusted as desired.
In the process of mounting and manufacturing the object holding assembly 200, the edge of the object holding opening 211 of the object holding cylinder 210 and the first fixing portion 111 of the inflatable sheet 110 are first welded and fixed, and then one end of the object holding cylinder 210 far from the object holding opening 211 and the second fixing portion 112 are fixed by the locking mechanism 220. In the conventional installation process of the object supporting component 200, one end of the object supporting component 200 far away from the object placing opening 211 is also welded and fixed with the second fixing portion 112, which makes the manufacturing process more complicated and makes the manufacturing time longer, on the other hand, if the inflatable product 10 has more than two inflatable airbags 100 stacked with each other, the second fixing portion 112 itself is already welded with the inflatable sheets 110 of other inflatable airbags 100, and the existing welding equipment is difficult to extend into the inflatable cavities of the two adjacent inflatable airbags 100 for welding operation so as to weld and fix one end of the object supporting component 200 far away from the object placing opening 211 with the second fixing portion 112. Even if this can be achieved by more sophisticated fusion splicing equipment, the manufacturing costs are relatively high and the manufacturing efficiency is relatively low. Therefore, the utility model provides a hold in palm thing section of thick bamboo 210 and keep away from the one end of putting thing mouth 211 and pass through locking mechanical system 220 with second fixed part 112 and fix, need not the butt fusion and fix, and installation manufacturing process is simple, its manufacturing cost and the manufacturing time that can significantly reduce.
The inflatable product 10 and the object supporting assembly 200 for the inflatable product 10 have at least the following technical effects:
the inflatable product 10 has an inflatable sheet 110 for enclosing an inflatable chamber, and the inflatable sheet 110 has a first fixing portion 111 and a second fixing portion 112 which are oppositely disposed. In the article holding assembly 200, the top of the article holding barrel 210, i.e. the edge of the article holding opening 211 of the article holding barrel 210, is fixed to the first fixing portion 111, and the article holding cavity 212 of the article holding barrel 210 can be used for holding a cup or other articles such as a mobile phone, a key, etc. The bottom of the object holding cylinder 210, i.e. the end of the object holding cylinder 210 away from the object placing opening 211, is locked to the second fixing portion 112 by the engagement of the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion in the locking mechanism 220. Thus, the two ends of the object supporting tube 210 are respectively fixed on the first fixing portion 111 and the second fixing portion 112, so that the object placed in the object supporting tube 210 will not be popped out from the object supporting tube 210 due to the change of the air pressure in the inflation cavity during the inflation and use of the inflatable product 10. The bottom of the object supporting tube 210 is fixed to the second fixing portion 112 by the locking mechanism 220, and there is no need to fix the object supporting tube 210 to the second fixing portion 112 by welding as in the conventional inflatable product 10, so that the process of welding the bottom of the object supporting tube 210 to the second fixing portion 112 can be omitted in the installation and manufacturing process of the object supporting assembly 200, thereby greatly simplifying the manufacturing process of the inflatable product 10, and particularly, for the inflatable product 10 in which other inflatable airbags 100 are welded to the second fixing portion 112, the manufacturing cost and the manufacturing time can be greatly reduced.
