The power assembly 10 can provide driving force to drive the dough kneading knife 3 to rotate so as to knead dough. The first blade 31 comprises a vertical section 311 connected to the arbor 30. Along the axial direction of the knife shaft 30, the height of the vertical section 311 is greater than that of the second blade 32. In the circumferential direction of the arbor 30, the width of the vertical segment 311 is smaller than the width of the second blade 32. In the radial direction of the knife shaft 30, the length of the vertical section 311 is smaller than that of the second blade 32. The distance D1 between the vertical section 311 and the bottom wall of the food container 4 is greater than or equal to 3mm and less than or equal to 8 mm; the height W of the vertical section 311 is more than or equal to 35mm and less than or equal to 40 mm; the distance D2 between the second blade 32 and the bottom wall of the food container 4 is greater than or equal to 19mm and less than or equal to 24 mm; i.e. the second blade 32 is located in the middle of the first blade 31. By so arranging, in the actual use process of the dough kneading knife 3, the second blade 32 presses the dough wadding thereunder, and referring to fig. 1, a relatively sufficient space is provided between the second blade 32 and the bottom wall of the food container 4, so that the suspension of the broken dough is prevented, and the dough agglomerating efficiency is improved.
The distance D3 between the vertical section 311 and the bottom end of the knife shaft 30 is greater than or equal to 1mm and less than or equal to 3mm, so that the food material at the bottom of the food container 4 can be stirred.
As shown in fig. 5, the arrow direction indicates the rotation direction of the dough kneading blade 3. The second blade 32 includes an upper surface 320 and a lower surface 321 opposite to each other, and a first side 322 and a second side 323 connecting the upper surface 320 and the lower surface 321.
