Abstract
一种手动复位型突跳式温控器，由主体盖、碟形
双金属片、外壳、顶柱、顶杆、触点组件等组成。装在
外壳与主体盖之间的碟形双金属片可通过顶柱顶到
触点组件，顶杆也可从另一端顶住触点组件。本实用
新型利用碟形双金属片在温度作用下产生变形的原
理，可使触点迅速动作，达到接通或断开电路的目的，
且工作性能稳定，不需调整，动作可靠干脆，不拉弧，
使用寿命长，干扰小，可供各类家用电器的温度控制
和过热保护。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种温控器，特别是一种手动复位型突跳式温控器。
现有的温控器结构较复杂，体积较大，成本较高。
本实用新型的目的在于避免上述现有技术的不足之处而提供一种结构简单、动作可靠、使用寿命长的手动复位型突跳式温控器
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下措施来达到：本实用新型包括主体盖、外壳、触点组件，其特征在于：还有碟形金属片、顶柱、顶杆，装于主体盖与外壳之间的碟形金属片通过顶柱顶住触点组件，顶杆也从另一端顶住触点组件。

本实用新型下面将结合附图（实施例）作进一步详述：
参照图1，图2，本实用新型由主体盖1、碟形双金属片2、外壳3、顶柱4、顶杆5、触点组件6等组成。碟形双金属片2装于外壳3与主体盖1之间，并通过 顶柱4顶住触点组件6，顶杆5也可以从一端顶住触点组件6。
实际工作时，碟形双金属片2作为感温元件，当它在温度作用下会产生变形，从而通过顶柱4使触点组件6中的两触点分开，达到断开电路的目的。当需要复位时，可通过顶杆5推顶触点组件6，并通过顶柱4使碟形双金属片2复原。
本实用新型可供家用电器温度控制和过热保护，如消毒碗柜、电热开水瓶、咖啡壶、电子瓦撑、微波炉、电吹风、电取暖炉、电烫斗、干衣机、吸尘器、电机等电器。使用时应尽可能使温控器的金属外壳紧贴被控器具的安装部位。
本实用新型相比现有技术具有如下优点：工作温度性能固定、不需调整、动作可靠、干脆，不拉弧，使用寿命长，干扰少。
