The first positioning hole 1301 allows the first positioning column 1201 to pass through, and the second positioning hole 1302 allows the second positioning column 1202 to pass through. The first positioning post 1201 passes through the first positioning hole 1301, and the second positioning post 1202 passes through the second positioning hole 1302 to fix the position of the circuit board 13 relative to the inner case 12.
In this embodiment, two positioning pillars 120 are disposed on each frame portion of the inner housing 12, and the two positioning pillars 120 are respectively located at two ends of each frame portion, so as to limit the relative position of the circuit board 13 with respect to the inner housing 12, thereby facilitating the assembly of the wearable massager 100.
In some embodiments, between first positioning post 1201 and second positioning post 1202, circuit board 13 has bending region 1303. The inflection region 1303 is creased or arched. It will be appreciated that the circuit board 13 between the first positioning post 1201 and the second positioning post 1202 has a fold or arch. Alternatively, the circuit board 13 has a fold or arch between the first positioning hole 1301 and the second positioning hole 1302.
In this embodiment, the circuit board 13 portion between the first positioning column 1201 and the second positioning column 1202 has a fold or an arch, the main body 10 in the wearable massage apparatus 100 can elastically deform to adapt to users with different head sizes, and the circuit board 13 has a margin that can be stretched and flattened when the main body 10 deforms by setting the fold or the arch, and is not easily broken by pulling, so that the reliability of the wearable massage apparatus 100 is improved.
Referring to fig. 12, fig. 12 is a schematic structural view of the circuit board 13 shown in fig. 3 at another angle. In some embodiments, the wearable massager 100 further comprises a stiffening plate 15. The reinforcing plate 15 is fixed on a side of the circuit board 13 away from the first connection terminal 31, and the positioning hole 130 penetrates through the reinforcing plate 15. As can be appreciated, the stiffener plate 15 is located on the back side of the circuit board 13.
In this embodiment, the reinforcing plate 15 is disposed on the back surface of the circuit board 13, and the positioning hole 130 is disposed on the reinforcing plate 15, so that the structural rigidity of the circuit board 13 is enhanced, the connection strength between the positioning column 120 and the positioning hole 130 is improved, and the reliability of the wearable massage apparatus 100 is improved.
In some embodiments, the number of the reinforcing plates 15 is plural, and the plural reinforcing plates 15 are provided at intervals. The plurality of reinforcing plates 15 correspond to the plurality of positioning holes 130 one to one. Illustratively, the plurality of reinforcing plates 15 includes a first reinforcing plate 15 and a second reinforcing plate 15. The first reinforcing plate 15 and the second reinforcing plate 15 are respectively located at both ends of the first frame part 121. The first positioning hole 1301 is located on the first reinforcing plate 15, and the second positioning hole 1302 is located on the second reinforcing plate 15.
In this embodiment, a plurality of reinforcing plates 15 correspond to a plurality of locating holes 130 one-to-one, and the circuit board 13 corresponds in the position of setting for the locating hole 130 and sets up reinforcing plate 15, and circuit board 13 between the adjacent reinforcing plate 15 can be equipped with the fold or hunch-up, avoids reinforcing plate 15 to lay in whole circuit board 13 for circuit board 13 is equipped with the deformation volume, is difficult for being broken by pulling.

Claims (17)

1. A wearable massage apparatus, comprising:
the main machine comprises an outer shell, an inner shell and a circuit board, wherein the outer shell is fixed on the inner shell, the circuit board is positioned between the outer shell and the inner shell, and one side of the circuit board facing the outer shell is provided with a plurality of first wiring terminals arranged at intervals;
the massage components are fixed on one side, away from the outer shell, of the inner shell and are arranged at intervals, and each massage component comprises a massage element and a connecting wire electrically connected with the massage element; the one end that the electric wire kept away from massage component is equipped with second binding post, second binding post with first binding post fixed connection, and it is a plurality of first binding post and a plurality of second binding post one-to-one.
2. The wearable massager according to claim 1, wherein the electric wire comprises a first section, a second section and a bending section which are electrically connected, the first section and the second section are respectively positioned at two sides of the circuit board, the bending section is connected between the first section and the second section, the second section is positioned at one side of the circuit board far away from the massage element, and the second connection terminal is positioned at the second section.
3. The wearable massager of claim 2 wherein said first segment extends in a first direction and said second segment extends in a second direction, said first direction being perpendicular to said second direction.
4. The wearable massager of claim 2 wherein said first section, said second section and said bending section are integrally formed.
5. The wearable massager of claim 1 wherein the electrical cord comprises a flexible circuit board that is flexible and easily bendable such that the electrical cord remains bent after bending.
6. The wearable massager of claim 1 wherein each of the first terminals is closer to the massage element electrically connected to the first terminal.
7. The wearable massager of any one of claims 1 to 6 wherein the first terminal is plugged into the second terminal to be fixed and electrically connected.
8. The wearable massager of claim 7, further comprising a buffer member located between the inner housing and the circuit board, wherein a projection of the buffer member on the circuit board covers the first wire connection terminal.
9. The wearable massager of any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising a drop of glue covering the first and second wire terminals.
10. The wearable massager of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the inner housing is provided with a plurality of spaced positioning posts, the positioning posts protruding towards a side facing away from the massage element, the circuit board is provided with a plurality of spaced positioning holes, and the positioning posts are received in the positioning holes.
11. The wearable massager of claim 10, wherein the inner housing comprises a first frame portion and a second frame portion arranged symmetrically to the first frame portion; the positioning columns arranged at intervals comprise first positioning columns and second positioning columns, the first positioning columns and the second positioning columns are used for positioning the circuit board, the first positioning columns are located at one ends, close to the second frame portion, of the first frame portions, and the second positioning columns are located at one ends, far away from the second frame portion, of the first frame portions.
12. The wearable massager of claim 10 wherein said plurality of positioning posts comprises a first positioning post and a second positioning post, wherein said circuit board between said first positioning post and said second positioning post is corrugated or arched.
13. The wearable massager of claim 10, further comprising a reinforcing plate fixed to a side of the circuit board facing away from the first terminals, wherein the positioning holes pass through the reinforcing plate.
14. The wearable massager of claim 13 wherein the plurality of reinforcing plates are spaced apart from one another and correspond one-to-one to the plurality of positioning holes.
15. The wearable massager of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the inner housing is provided with a support member, the support member is fixed to a side of the circuit board facing away from the first connection terminal, and a projection of the support member on the circuit board covers the first connection terminal.
16. The wearable massager of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the inner housing comprises a first frame portion and a second frame portion arranged symmetrically to the first frame portion; the plurality of massage components comprise a plurality of first massage components and a plurality of second massage components, and the plurality of first massage components are arranged at intervals and are all fixed on the first frame part; the plurality of second massage assemblies are arranged at intervals and are fixed on the second frame part.
17. The wearable massager of claim 16 further comprising a first temple arm and a second temple arm, wherein said first temple arm and said second temple arm are positioned on either side of said inner housing, wherein said first temple arm is attached to said first frame portion and said second temple arm is attached to said second frame portion, and wherein said first temple arm and said second temple arm are adapted to secure said wearable massager to an object.
