In addition, through setting the main part of filter element to the height that the height of its filtering surface's at least partly is higher than the bottom plate and corresponds to the partial surface of outlet, in the in-process of implementing the drainage, ponding that has granular impurity firstly receives the influence of difference in height when flowing through filter element, and partial particulate matter can be intercepted by the edge of the filter element that the height is relatively higher, realizes prefiltering, and partial particulate matter that is not intercepted is further filtered after flowing through filtering surface to promote the filter effect, and convenience of customers clears up corresponding filtration region.
The utility model provides an among the inner bag subassembly, the drain pipe can be riveting, interference fit is connected, welding etc. with being connected of outlet.
In addition, the constraint member is arranged on the filter member, and the constraint member and the filter member can be connected, such as fixed connection or detachable connection, wherein the fixed connection can be bonding, welding and the like, and the detachable connection can be interference fit connection, clamping and the like; the restraining member may be integrally formed with the filter member.
In addition, the connection mode of the detachable connection of the restriction component and the drain pipe can be interference fit connection, clamping connection or combination of the interference fit connection and the clamping connection and the like.
In a specific case where the height of the filter surface of the main body portion is higher than the height of the surface of the bottom plate corresponding to the portion of the drain opening, it may be that the height of a portion of the filter surface is higher than the height of the surface of the bottom plate, or that the height of the entire filter surface is higher than the height of the surface of the bottom plate, for example, the filter surface is formed by a configuration of a flat surface portion and a tapered surface portion, in which the flat surface portion is located at the center of the tapered surface portion, and the filter surface thus configured protrudes entirely from the surface of the bottom plate when the filter member is in a mounted state; alternatively, the filter surface is formed by a planar portion and a plurality of obliquely arranged flat surface portions which are joined to each other and arranged on the periphery of the planar portion to form a cone-like structure, the filter surface thus formed projecting over the surface of the base plate as a whole when the filter member is in the mounted state.
With regard to the above-mentioned liner assembly of a cooking appliance, in some possible embodiments, the filtering surface comprises a curved surface and/or a flat surface and/or a sloping surface.
It will be appreciated that the curved surface may be a cambered or corrugated surface. For example, the filter surface may be formed by a planar portion and a conical portion configuration; or may be formed of a planar portion and a beveled portion configuration; or may be formed by a cambered surface portion and a beveled surface portion; or may consist of just a ramp; or consist of only planes, etc.
With regard to the liner assembly of the cooking appliance described above, in some possible embodiments, the filter member further includes a flanged portion extending downward from an edge of the main body portion, at least a portion of the flanged portion abutting a surface of a portion of the bottom plate corresponding to the drain opening.
Through setting up the turn-ups part, with the surface butt of turn-ups part and bottom plate, through the height of turn-ups part lifting main part's filtering surface to this can reduce main part's thickness, and then reduce its quality, reduction in production cost.
It will be appreciated that, in order to better mount the filter member, the portion of the bottom plate where the drain opening is formed is preferably configured with a counter sink structure, and in this case, the filter member after mounting may be such that only the end face of the flange thereof abuts against the planar portion of the counter sink structure, or may be such that the end face of the flange abuts against the planar portion of the counter sink structure while a portion of the outer peripheral face of the flange abuts against the vertical portion of the counter sink structure, and thus a height difference between the filter surface and the surface of the portion of the bottom plate corresponding to the drain opening is configured by the flange.
With regard to the above-described inner container assembly of the cooking appliance, in some possible embodiments, the main body portion is formed with a first filter portion located at a region of the main body portion near a middle portion thereof.
It will be appreciated that the first filter portion may include one or more first apertures, which may be circular, square, oval, arcuate, or a combination thereof. In the case where the first through-hole includes a plurality of through-holes, it is preferable that the plurality of first through-holes be arranged in a ring-shaped array in a region near the middle thereof.
With regard to the above-mentioned liner assembly of the cooking appliance, in some possible embodiments, the main body portion further forms a second filtering portion corresponding to a region of the periphery of the first filtering portion, and the filtering capacity of the second filtering portion is greater than that of the first filtering portion.
It will be appreciated that a high filtration capacity indicates that particles in the sump are not readily able to pass through the filter site, and a low filtration capacity indicates that particles in the sump are more readily able to pass through the filter site. In other words, for convenience of understanding, assuming that the directions of the particles are close, the filtering portion with large filtering capacity can fully intercept the particles with small size, while the filtering portion with small filtering capacity can only intercept the particles with large size, and the particles with small size can directly pass through the filtering portion. More specifically, taking the example that the first filtering portion includes a plurality of circular first through holes and the second filtering portion includes a plurality of circular second through holes, the filtering capacity of the second filtering portion is greater than that of the first filtering portion when the aperture of the second through holes is smaller than that of the first through holes.
Thus, a more preferred implementation of the body portion to perform the filtering function is provided. Through setting up the second filtering part to the filter capacity that sets to the second filtering part is greater than the filter capacity of first filtering part, so, the particulate matter in ponding is at first obstructed when passing through the second filtering part in the in-process that accompanies the ponding circulation and stops, and rivers then can further discharge fast through first filtering part, and then accelerate ponding exhaust speed, promote filtration efficiency.
In some possible embodiments, the bottom plate is formed with a sinking portion, and the water outlet is disposed at the sinking portion.
Through setting up the position that sinks at the bottom plate to set up the outlet in this position that sinks, be favorable to ponding to assemble smoothly to the outlet.
It is understood that the sink portion may be circular, square, etc.
In some possible embodiments, the sinking portion corresponds to a sinking space, and the bottom plate further has at least one flow guide structure communicated with the sinking space.
The drainage is guided by the flow guide structure, so that accumulated water in the inner container can be smoothly gathered and drained.
The flow guide structure can be a flow guide groove or a flow guide surface formed on the bottom plate, and the flow guide groove can be in a U-shaped groove, a V-shaped groove and the like.
With respect to the liner assembly of the cooking appliance, in some possible embodiments, the restriction member is connected or clamped with the drain pipe in an interference fit manner.
In this way a simple and easy to implement manner of restraint is provided.
It can be understood that the restriction member is connected with the drain pipe in an interference fit manner, specifically, the restriction member is connected with the inner wall surface of the drain pipe in an interference fit manner, wherein, as viewed in the circumferential direction of the drain pipe, the restriction member may be connected with only a part of the inner wall surface of the drain pipe in an interference fit manner, for example, the restriction member is made into a strip-shaped plate member having a length and a width along the radial direction of the drain pipe, two ends of the plate member are made into an arc shape adapted to the inner wall surface of the drain pipe, and the two ends of the plate member are connected with only a part of the inner wall surface in the circumferential direction after being in the interference fit manner with the inner wall surface of the drain pipe; or the restraining member may be in sealing connection with the inner wall surface of the drain pipe, for example, the restraining member is made into an annular structure, and after the restraining member in the annular structure is in interference fit connection with the inner wall surface of the drain pipe, the entire outer peripheral surface of the restraining member is attached to the inner wall surface of the drain pipe, so that the sealing connection is realized. The sealing connection is limited to between the outer peripheral surface of the restriction member and the inner wall surface of the drain pipe, and in order to ensure smooth flow of the accumulated water, the restriction member and/or a part of the filter member for supporting the restriction member should be penetrated in the axial direction of the drain pipe.
The restriction component and the drain pipe can be clamped by arranging a bayonet or an annular clamping groove on the inner wall surface of the drain pipe, arranging clamping protrusions capable of being matched with the bayonet or the clamping groove at two end parts of the restriction component with length and width along the radial direction of the drain pipe, and realizing the clamping of the restriction component and the drain pipe through the matching of the clamping protrusions and the bayonet or the clamping groove. It will be appreciated that different snap-fit arrangements will constrain the filter element to different degrees. If the size of bayonet socket is less, bayonet socket and the protruding cooperation of joint can form the restraint to the filter component in axial and circumferencial direction simultaneously, and when the bayonet socket along the great bar draw-in groove or the ring groove that forms of size of circumference, the protruding restraint that receives in circumference of joint that blocks in the draw-in groove is limited, and then makes the restraint that the filter component received in circumference limited, mainly forms the restraint to the filter component in the axial this moment. In addition, the elastic restricting member may be abutted against the inner wall surface of the drain pipe by its own deformation characteristic, and the elastic restricting member may be engaged with the inner wall surface of the drain pipe by its restoring force.
With regard to the liner assembly of the cooking appliance described above, in some possible embodiments, the filter portion further comprises a connection member through which the restraining member is connected with the filter member.
By arranging the connecting member, the binding member can be conveniently connected with the filter member, and the filter member and the binding member can be preassembled.
The connecting member may be a screw, bolt, rivet, or the like.
It will be appreciated that the filter element may also be directly connected to the restriction member by welding, snapping, gluing, etc.
