The airflow driving body 20 is attached to the airflow guide housing 10, and the detection body 30 is provided at the detection port 103 of the airflow guide housing 10. The airflow driving body 20 guides external air to enter the detection channel 102 from the air inlet 101, the air leaves the airflow guiding housing 10 from the air outlet 104 after passing through the detection body 30 located at the detection port 103, and the detection body 30 detects dust content in the passing air.
Further, referring to fig. 3A and 3B, the dust detecting device 100 further includes a filter body 40, wherein the airflow guiding housing 10 has a filter channel 105 and at least one blowing opening 106, wherein the filter channel 105 is communicated with the air inlet 101, and the blowing opening 106 is communicated with the filter channel 105 and the detecting channel 106. The filter body 40 is disposed in the filter channel 105, the air entering the airflow guide housing 10 from the air inlet 101 is guided to enter the filter channel 105, the filter channel filters and purifies the air entering the filter channel 105, absorbs dust particles in the air, the purified clean air is blown out from the air blowing port 106 of the airflow guide housing 10, the clean air blows away the dust on the inner wall of the detection channel 102 defined by the airflow guide housing 10, and the detection result of the detection body 30 is prevented from being influenced by the dust on the inner wall of the detection channel 102 defined by the dust when passing through the detection channel 102.
It should be noted that the specific embodiment of the filtering body 40 is not limited, for example, but not limited to, the filtering body 40 is implemented as a filtering net, gauze, filtering cotton or other filtering elements known to those skilled in the art, etc., and the specific embodiment of the filtering body 40 is only an example and should not be construed as a limitation to the content and scope of the dust detecting apparatus 100 of the present invention.
Further, a horizontal distance between the air blowing port 106 and the air inlet 101 is smaller than a horizontal distance between the detection port 103 and the air inlet 101, that is, the air blowing port 106 is closer to the air inlet 101, after the air entering the detection channel 102 from the air inlet 101 passes through the air blowing port 106, the air passes through the detection main body 30, and the clean air blown out from the air blowing port 106 is continuously blown to the inner wall defining the detection channel 102, so that the air to be detected cannot be adsorbed on the inner wall defining the detection channel 102. In this way, the detection result of the detection subject 30 is advantageously improved.
Furthermore, the air blowing port 106 is located on one side of the detection port 103, the air blowing port 106 is close to the detection port 103, and the air blown out from the air blowing port 106 is blown to the detection main body 30, so that the dust particles attached to the surface of the detection main body 30 can be taken away by the clean air blown out from the air blowing port 106, and the dust particles attached to the surface of the detection main body 30 are reduced, so as to improve the detection accuracy of the detection main body 30.
The airflow guiding housing 10 further has a mounting channel 107, wherein the mounting channel 107 is connected to the air inlet 101, the detecting channel 102, the detecting opening 103 and the air outlet 104. The gas guiding body 20 is held in the assembly channel 107, and external gas flow enters the gas flow guiding housing 10 from the air inlet 101 under the action of the gas guiding body 20, and the gas flow driving body 20 drives the gas flow in the gas flow guiding housing 10.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, in some specific embodiments of the present invention, the mounting opening of the mounting channel 107 is the air outlet 104, that is, the airflow driving body 20 is disposed at the air outlet 104, and the airflow driving body 20 sucks external air into the air inlet 101 by forming a negative pressure at the outer side of the air outlet 104 and guides the air to flow inside the airflow guiding housing 10. Under the action of the airflow driving body 20, the external air sequentially passes through the air inlet 101, the detection channel 102, the detection port 103, and the assembly channel 107, and then leaves the airflow guiding housing 10 from the air outlet 104. And the external air passes through the air inlet 101, the filtering channel 105, the air blowing port 106, the detecting channel 102, the detecting port 103, and the assembling channel 107 in sequence under the action of the air flow driving body 20, and then leaves the air flow guiding housing 10 from the air outlet 104. The external air passes through the air flow driving body 20 after being detected, so that dust attached to the surface of the air flow driving body 20 is prevented from entering the detection channel 102 along with the external air.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 8 and 9, the mounting opening of the mounting passage 107 is the air inlet 101, the airflow driving body 20 is disposed at the air inlet 101, and the airflow driving body 20 blows external air from the air inlet 101 into the interior of the airflow guide housing 10 by forming a negative pressure at the outer side of the air inlet 101. Under the action of the airflow driving body 20, the external air sequentially passes through the assembly channel 107, the air inlet 101, the detection channel 102, and the detection port 103, and then leaves the airflow guiding housing 10 from the air outlet 104. And the external air passes through the assembling channel 107, the air inlet 101, the filtering channel 105, the air blowing port 106, the detecting channel 102 and the detecting port 103 in sequence under the action of the air flow driving body 20, and then leaves the air flow guiding housing 10 from the air outlet 104.
It should be noted that the specific embodiment of the airflow driving body 20 is not limited, for example, but not limited to, the airflow driving body 20 is implemented as a fan, a negative pressure generator or other devices known to those skilled in the art.
In this specific embodiment of the dust detecting device 100 of the present invention, the air inlet 101 of the air flow guiding housing 10 is implemented as one, and the air entering the air flow guiding housing 10 from the air inlet 101 is respectively guided into the filtering channel 105 and the detecting channel 102.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3B to 4B, the airflow guide housing 10 further has a communication channel 108, wherein the communication channel 108 communicates the filtering channel 105 and the detecting channel 102, and the communication channel 108 is close to the air inlet 101. A flow of gas entering the gas guiding housing 10 from the air inlet 101 is divided into two parts, i.e., dust, wherein a part of the gas enters the filtering channel 105 through the communicating channel 108, is filtered and purified by the filtering main body 40 disposed in the filtering channel 105, is blown into the detecting channel 102 from the air blowing port 106, passes through the detecting port 103, and then leaves the gas flow guiding housing 10 from the air outlet 104; another part of the gas flows along the detection channel 102, and after passing through the detection port 103, leaves the airflow guiding housing 10 from the air outlet 104.
That is, both ends of the filter passage 105 communicate with the detection passage 102 through the communication passage 108 and the air blowing port 106, respectively.
Further, the cross-sectional dimensions of the communication channel 108 and the air blowing opening 106 are small and much smaller than the cross-sectional dimensions of the air inlet 101 and the detection channel 108, so that only a small portion of the air flow entering the air flow guide housing 10 from the air inlet 101 is distributed into the filtering channel 105 for filtering and purifying and then blown out from the air blowing opening 106. Most of the gas entering the air inlet 101 directly enters the detection channel 102 for detection. In this way, the filtered gas not only prevents dust particles in the detected gas from being attached to the inner wall of the gas guide housing 10, but also the influence of a small amount of the filtered gas on the detection result is negligible.
Referring to fig. 6 to 7, in a specific embodiment of the present invention, the air inlets 101 of the airflow guiding housing 10 are implemented as two air inlets 101, and the two air inlets 101 are disposed at an interval to define that one of the air inlets 101 is a detecting air inlet 1011, the other air inlet 101 is a filtering air inlet 1012, the detecting air inlet 1011 is communicated with the detecting channel 102, and the filtering air inlet 1012 is communicated with the filtering channel 105. Under the action of the airflow driving body 20, two air streams in an external environment respectively enter the inside of the airflow guiding housing 10 from the detecting air inlet 1011 and the filtering air inlet 1012, the airflow entering the inside of the airflow guiding housing 10 from the detecting air inlet 1011 sequentially passes through the detecting channel 102 and the detecting port 103 and then leaves the airflow driving body 20 from the air outlet 104, after the airflow entering the inside of the airflow guiding housing 10 from the filtering air inlet 101 enters the filtering channel 105, the filtering body 40 filters and purifies the airflow, and after the filtered clean air enters the detecting channel 102 from the air blowing port 106 and passes through the detecting port 103, the filtered clean air leaves the airflow guiding housing 10 from the air outlet 104.
That is, the filter passage 105 communicates with the detection passage 102 only through the air blowing port 106.
Further, the sizes of the filtering air inlet 101 and the air blowing opening 106 directly communicated with the filtering channel 105 are far smaller than the sizes of the detecting air inlet 101 and the detecting channel 102 directly communicated with the detecting channel 102. Thus, the gas entering the filter channel 105 from the filter inlet 101 is much less than the gas entering the detection channel 102 directly from the detection inlet 101 under the action of the airflow driving body 20. That is, the amount of air blown from the air blowing port 106 to the detection channel 102 is much less than the amount of air directly entering the detection channel 102 from the detection air inlet 101. In this way, the filtered gas can not only prevent dust particles in the detected gas from attaching to the inner wall of the gas guide housing 10, but also the influence of a small amount of filtered gas on the detection result is small and can be ignored.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the number of the blowing openings 106 is two, and two blowing openings 106 are formed on two opposite side walls defining the detection channel 102. That is, the gas entering the filtering passage 105 is filtered by two dust streams, and enters the detecting passage 102 through the two air blowing ports 106. Optionally, the air blowing openings 106 are oppositely arranged, that is, the distances from the two air blowing openings 106 to the detection opening 103 are consistent. Alternatively, the two air blowing openings 106 are arranged in a staggered manner, that is, the distances from the two air blowing openings 106 to the detection opening 103 are not the same.
Preferably, the air blowing opening 106 is formed at the bottom of two opposite side walls defining the detection channel 102, and the clean gas blown out from the air blowing opening 106 can prevent not only the dust particles in the gas to be detected from being attached to the two opposite side walls defining the detection channel 102, but also the dust particles in the gas to be detected from being attached to the bottom wall defining the detection channel 102.
In another specific embodiment of the present invention, the number of the air blowing openings 106 is three, wherein two air blowing openings 106 are formed on two opposite side walls defining the detection channel 102, and the other air blowing opening 106 is formed on a bottom wall defining the detection channel 102. The clean gas blown out from the air blowing port 106 can prevent dust particles in the gas to be detected from being attached to the side walls and the bottom wall defining the detection passage 102.
It should be noted that the specific number and the specific distribution of the air outlets 106 are only examples, and should not be construed as limiting the content and scope of the dust detecting device 100 of the present invention. In other embodiments of the present invention, the air blowing openings 106 may be implemented as one, four or other numbers.
In this specific embodiment of the dust detection device 100 of the present invention, the air flow guiding housing 10 of the dust detection device 100 has at least one drainage slope 109, wherein the drainage slope 109 extends from the filtering channel 105 to the air blowing opening 106 in an inclined manner, and the drainage slope 109 is retained at one side of the air blowing opening 106. Under the action of the airflow driving body 20, the clean air filtered by the filtering body 40 enters the detection channel 102 from the air blowing opening 106 orderly and smoothly along the drainage slope 109.
The airflow guide housing 10 further has a holding space 110, wherein the holding space 110 is communicated with the detection port 103, the detection body 30 is disposed in the holding space 110, and the detection body 30 detects the gas passing through the detection port 103.
Preferably, the detecting body 30 includes a laser emitting unit 31 and a light processing unit 32, wherein the laser emitting unit 31 has a laser emitting surface 310, wherein the laser emitting unit 31 is installed in the holding space 110 with the laser emitting surface 310 facing the detecting opening 103, the light processing unit 32 is disposed on an inner wall defining the detecting channel 102, and the light processing unit 32 is opposite to the detecting opening 103. The laser emitting unit 31 emits a laser beam towards the detection port 103, the laser beam reaches the detection channel 102 after passing through the detection port 103, the laser beam irradiates the dust particles in the gas in the detection channel 102 to be scattered, the light processing unit 32 collects the scattered laser beam, and the content of the dust particles in the gas passing through the detection channel 102 can be obtained after the laser beam is analyzed and processed.
It should be noted that the specific embodiment of the detecting body 30 is not limited, and the detecting body 30 can detect the dust particles in the gas passing through the detecting channel 102 by a laser projection method, a light scattering method, a light absorption method, a beta ray absorption method or other methods known to those skilled in the art. Also, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the specific embodiment of the detecting body 30 is only an example, and is not intended to limit the content and scope of the dust detecting device 100.
