the container comprises a container body, a sealing ring and a sealing ring, wherein a cavity is formed in the container body, an opening part is formed at the upper end of the container body, and an annular clamping part is arranged on the inner side wall of the container body and is positioned below the opening part;
the cover body is detachably arranged at the opening part; and
a partition member detachably provided in the container body at a position adjacent to the opening portion to partition the empty chamber in the container body into a first space below the partition member and a second space above the partition member; the partition member is configured to allow the fluid contained in the first space to pass through the partition member to the second space, and to block suspended matter contained in the fluid so that the suspended matter cannot flow into the second space;
wherein, the partition member comprises a cylindrical body part, a clamping structure connected with the upper end of the body part, a bottom connected with the lower end of the body part and a straw perforation formed in the center of the bottom; the body part is provided with a plurality of water-permeable pores, the body part is configured to be inserted into the opening part and extend to the lower part of the annular clamping part, the diameter of the body part is smaller than that of the inner side wall of the empty chamber of the container body, and a distance is kept between the outer side wall of the body part and the inner side wall of the empty chamber; the bottom forms an arc surface or a conical surface with a central part protruding downwards; and
a straw can be further received in the container body, and the straw can be threaded through the straw aperture such that a lower end of the straw is received in the first space and an upper end of the straw is received in the second space.
2. The container with the removable partition member according to claim 1, wherein the diameter of the straw perforation is configured to be between 5mm and 18 mm; the single-sided distance between the perforated rim of the straw and the outer sidewall of the straw is configured to be between 0.5mm and 3 mm.
3. The container with the removable partition member of claim 1, wherein the diameter of the upper end of the body portion is greater than the diameter of the lower end of the body portion; the length of the body portion is configured to be between 0.5 and 3 times the diameter of the upper end of the body portion; the single-side distance between the outer side wall of the main body part and the inner side wall of the empty chamber is configured to be between 3mm and 15 mm.

The container as claimed in claim 1, wherein the engaging structure comprises an engaging flange formed outside the upper end of the body portion, and the engaging flange has a diameter larger than that of the annular engaging portion so as to be engaged with the upper end edge of the annular engaging portion.

The container as claimed in claim 4, wherein the engaging structure further comprises a plurality of engaging resilient pieces formed outside the body and under the engaging flange, the engaging resilient pieces protruding from the outer side wall of the body, and the engaging resilient pieces being located corresponding to the inner side wall of the annular engaging portion and being capable of abutting against the inner side wall of the annular engaging portion.

The container with a separable partition member according to claim 1, wherein an inner side wall of the opening portion has an internal threaded portion; the cover body is provided with a top cover and a middle bolt, the diameter of the top cover is larger than that of the opening part, the middle bolt is connected to the lower end of the top cover, the diameter of the middle bolt is smaller than that of the inner side wall of the opening part and can be inserted into the inner side of the opening part, the middle bolt is provided with a middle bolt outer wall which is cylindrical, and the middle bolt outer wall is provided with an external thread part matched with the internal thread part so that the middle bolt can be locked in the inner side of the opening part; the middle bolt is provided with a second empty chamber which is sunken upwards from the bottom of the middle bolt, the cover body is arranged at the opening part, and the upper end of the second empty chamber protrudes out of the upper end of the opening part to form a suction tube accommodating space.

The container with the removable partition member of claim 6, wherein said top cover of said cover has a cover top plate and a top cover side wall extending downwardly from an outer periphery of said cover top plate; the middle bolt is provided with a middle bolt outer wall, a compression joint ring extending outwards from the upper end of the middle bolt outer wall, a middle bolt inner wall arranged at the inner side of the middle bolt outer wall at intervals, a closed end part connected between the middle bolt outer wall and the lower end of the middle bolt inner wall and a middle bolt top plate formed at the upper end of the middle bolt inner wall; the outer periphery of the pressure welding ring is connected to the lower end of the inner side of the side wall of the top cover, and when the container cover body is arranged on the opening part, the pressure welding ring is abutted to the upper end of the opening part; the inner plug wall and the top plug plate jointly define the second empty chamber; the top cover and the middle bolt are formed by metal plate bodies, and a space is kept between the top plate of the cover body and the pressure connecting ring and between the top plate of the middle bolt, and a space is kept between the outer wall of the middle bolt and the inner wall of the middle bolt, so that a heat insulation space between the top cover and the middle bolt is formed.
8. A partition member for being disposed in a container body, the container body having a chamber formed therein and an opening formed at an upper end thereof, the container body having an annular engaging portion formed therein adjacent to a lower portion of the opening, and a straw inserted therein; characterized in that said partition means comprises:
a cylindrical body portion which is inserted into the opening portion and extends below the annular clamping portion, wherein the diameter of the body portion is smaller than that of the inner side wall of the empty chamber of the container body, so that a space is kept between the outer side wall of the body portion and the inner side wall of the empty chamber, and the body portion is provided with a plurality of water through holes;
the clamping structure is connected to the upper end of the body part and can be matched with the annular clamping part, so that the partition member can be detachably arranged in the container body; and
a bottom part connected to the lower end of the body part, the bottom part forming an arc or cone surface with a central part protruding downwards, and a suction pipe perforation formed in the center of the bottom part;
when the partition member is arranged in the container body, the hollow chamber in the container body can be partitioned into a first space below the partition member and a second space above the partition member; the suction pipe can pass through the suction pipe penetration hole such that the lower end of the suction pipe is received in the first space and the upper end of the suction pipe is received in the second space.
9. The partition member of claim 8, wherein the diameter of the straw perforations is configured to be between 5mm and 18 mm; the unilateral distance between the perforated edge of the straw perforation and the outer side wall of the straw is configured to be between 0.5mm and 3 mm; the diameter of the upper end of the body part is larger than that of the lower end of the body part; the length of the body portion is configured to be between 0.5 and 3 times the diameter of the body portion; the single-side distance between the outer side wall of the main body part and the inner side wall of the empty chamber is configured to be between 3mm and 15 mm.
10. The partition member as claimed in claim 8, wherein the engaging structure includes an engaging flange formed outside the upper end of the body portion, the engaging flange having an outer peripheral edge with a diameter larger than that of the annular engaging portion so as to be engageable with an upper end edge of the annular engaging portion; and the clamping elastic sheets are formed on the outer side of the body part and positioned below the clamping flange, the clamping elastic sheets protrude out of the outer side wall of the body part, and the positions of the clamping elastic sheets correspond to the annular clamping part and can be abutted against the inner side wall of the annular clamping part.
