Specifically, both ends of the wire-pressing roller 342 are connected to the rotary cylinder 341 through a wire-pressing roller holder. The connecting rod assemblies 343 are provided with a plurality of groups, and the plurality of groups of connecting rod assemblies 343 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the rotating cylinder 341. The connecting rod assembly 343 includes a first connecting rod 3431, one end of the first connecting rod 3431 is hinged to the positioning mechanism 33, and specifically, one end of the first connecting rod 3431 is connected to the clamping thread seat 3331 of the clamping thread seat 333. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 12 to fig. 15, the lifting platform unit 2 includes a lifting base 21 and a lifting plate 22, the lifting plate 22 is disposed above the lifting base 21, a supporting roller 23 is disposed on a top surface of the lifting plate 22 for supporting the steel bar welding net, and the supporting roller 23 is disposed to facilitate taking off the steel bar welding net from the lifting platform unit 2, so as to reduce friction between the steel bar welding net and the lifting platform unit 2.
The lifting driving assembly 24 comprises an inner supporting beam 241 and an outer supporting beam 242 which are arranged in a crossed manner and hinged in the middle, and the inner supporting beam 241 and the outer supporting beam 242 are connected to form a scissor shape. One end of the inner support beam 241 is slidably connected to the lifting base 21, and the other end of the inner support beam 241 is hinged to the lifting plate 22. One end of the outer support beam 242 is slidably connected to the lifting plate 22, and the other end of the outer support beam 242 is slidably connected to the lifting base 21. The extent to which the outer support beam 242 and the inner support beam 241 slide determines the height at which the lifter plate 22 is raised.
Specifically, the lifting plate 22 and the lifting base 21 are both provided with elongated sliding grooves, the end portions of the outer support beam 242 and the inner support beam 241 are both hinged with sliding blocks, and the sliding blocks slide in the elongated sliding grooves.
The lift drive assembly 24 further includes a lift drive hingedly disposed on one of the outer support beam 242 and the inner support beam 241, with a drive end of the lift drive hingedly connected to the other.
In this embodiment, the lift drive includes an inner support lift drive 243 and an outer support lift drive 244. In order to improve the supporting force for the lifting plate 22, in this embodiment, at least two sets of inner supporting beams 241 and outer supporting beams 242 are arranged in a crossing manner and hinged in the middle, the inner supporting beams 241 are connected by a first inner supporting connecting beam 246 and a second inner supporting connecting beam 247, the first inner supporting connecting beam 246 and the second inner supporting connecting beam 247 are arranged near the hinged joint of the inner supporting beam 241 and the outer supporting beam 242, and the first inner supporting connecting beam 246 and the second inner supporting connecting beam 247 are arranged on both sides of the hinged joint. The outer supporting beams 242 are connected through a first outer supporting connecting beam 248 and a second outer supporting connecting beam 249, the first outer supporting connecting beam 248 is arranged close to a hinge point of the outer supporting beam 242 and the lifting base 21, and the second outer supporting connecting beam 249 is arranged close to a sliding connection position of the outer supporting beam 242 and the lifting plate 22. The inner support lifting driver 243 is hinged on the first outer support connecting beam 248, the driving end of the inner support lifting driver 243 is hinged with the second inner support connecting beam 247, and preferably, the driving end of the inner support lifting driver 243 is connected with the second inner support connecting beam 247 through a fisheye joint. The outer support lifting driver 244 is hingedly mounted on a second outer support link 249, the drive end of the outer support lifting driver 244 is hingedly connected to the first inner support link 246, and preferably the drive end of the outer support lifting driver 244 is connected to the first inner support link 246 by a fisheye joint. The inner supporting lifting driver 243 and the outer supporting lifting driver 244 are installed in a manner that the lifting plate 22 is driven to lift, and meanwhile, the lifting plate 22 is not influenced to descend to be attached to the lifting base 21, so that sufficient walking space is provided for the net bending unit 3.
Both inner support elevator drive 243 and outer support elevator drive 244 are preferably pneumatic cylinders.
The lifting driving assembly 24 further includes an auxiliary driver 245, and the auxiliary driver 245 is used for preferentially lifting the lifting board 22 by a preset height, that is, after the auxiliary driver 245 pushes the lifting board 22 to rise by a certain height, the inner supporting lifting driver 243 and the outer supporting lifting driver 244 push the inner supporting beam 241 and the outer supporting beam 242 to rise, so that the lifting board 22 rises to a specified height to support the mesh reinforcement.
In this embodiment, the auxiliary actuator 245 includes an auxiliary cylinder, a lifting plate is connected to an end of a piston rod of the auxiliary cylinder, and a contact plate capable of contacting with the lifting plate is disposed on the lifting plate 22. When the lifting plate 22 is at the lowest position, the contact plate comes into contact with the lift plate. Preferably, auxiliary drives 245 are provided on at least two opposite sides of the lifter plate 22 to provide uniform force to the lifter plate 22.
