When the rubberizing heads 41 are matched with the bottom support part 31 to suck the rubber sections, the rubberizing heads 41 are in a gathering state; when the tape segment is adhered to the solder stamp by using the tape head 41, the first driving part 421 drives the first left tape head 41 to move leftward, the plug 411 on the second left tape head 41 and the waist-shaped hole 4231 on the first stroke plate 423 generate relative movement, when the plug 411 is located at the right end of the waist-shaped hole 4231 of the first stroke plate 423, the first left tape head 41 and the second left tape head 41 simultaneously move leftward, the plug 411 on the third left tape head 41 and the waist-shaped hole 4231 on the second stroke plate 423 generate relative movement, and when the plug 411 is located at the right end of the waist-shaped hole 4231 of the second stroke plate 423, the three tape heads 41 located on the left side simultaneously move leftward to preset positions to be matched with the positions of the solder stamp.
In the two embodiments of the adjustment structure 42 described above, the first driving portion 421 is a cylinder. Of course, the first driving portion 421 may have other linear driving structure, such as a ball screw structure.
