The conveyor belt foreign matter identification and alarm device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the image acquisition device comprises a plurality of X-ray detectors distributed at the blanking end of the conveyor belt, the foreign matter and coal have different attenuation degrees to X-rays, and whether the foreign matter exists or not is judged according to the attenuation degree of the X-rays;
the X-ray detector comprises an X-ray emitter and an X-ray receiver which are oppositely arranged, the X-ray emitter and the X-ray receiver are positioned at two ends of the coal flow, and X-rays emitted by the X-ray emitter penetrate through the coal flow and then are received by the X-ray receiver.

The conveyor belt foreign matter identification and alarm device according to claim 4, wherein the image acquisition device further comprises a plurality of gateway devices, a wireless transmitter is arranged in the X-ray detector, a wireless receiver is arranged in the gateway devices, a part of the X-ray detectors are connected to the same gateway device through a wireless network, and the gateway devices are used for collecting and calling image data acquired by the X-ray detectors.

The conveyor belt foreign matter identification alarm device according to claim 5, wherein the image processing device comprises a network interface, the image processing device is bidirectionally connected with the gateway device through the network interface, and the gateway device packages the collected image data and transmits the packaged image data to the image processing device.

The conveyor belt foreign matter identification and alarm device according to claim 2, further comprising a network monitoring module electrically connected with the foreign matter identification module, wherein the network monitoring module comprises an industrial ring network, a core switch, an industrial personal computer and an operation console, the core switch is connected to the industrial ring network, and the industrial personal computer and the operation console are respectively connected with the core switch in a bidirectional manner;
the industrial ring network is formed by sequentially connecting a plurality of ring network switches in series through optical cables, and the microprocessor is connected with the ring network switches in a two-way mode.

The conveyor belt foreign matter identification and alarm device according to claim 1, wherein the foreign matter identification module further comprises a foreign matter removing device electrically connected to the control device, and the control device controls the foreign matter removing device to move to a foreign matter place according to the received foreign matter position signal to remove the foreign matter.

The conveyor belt foreign matter identification and alarm device according to claim 1, wherein the image processing device comprises an image extraction module, a feature extraction module and a feature identification module which are electrically connected in sequence, the image extraction module is used for summarizing X-ray attenuation information detected by the plurality of X-ray receivers to form an X-ray image, the feature extraction module is used for extracting feature values of an edge profile of the X-ray image, and the feature identification module is used for identifying the size, the shape and the position of the foreign matter according to feature value data.

The conveyor belt foreign matter identification and alarm device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a coal bunker is arranged above the feeding end of the conveyor belt, and coal stored in the coal bunker falls into the feeding end of the conveyor belt and is conveyed to the blanking end of the conveyor belt by the feeding end of the conveyor belt.
