Rather, various modifications may be made in the details within the scope and range of equivalents of the claims and without departing from the invention.
References herein to "front", "rear", "upper", "lower", etc. directional descriptions are merely for convenience of understanding, and the present invention is not limited to these directions, but may be modified in practice and although the present application has been described with reference to exemplary embodiments, the terms used are intended to be illustrative and exemplary, rather than limiting.
A folding bed with a sunshade 100 according to the present application will first be described in its entirety with reference to fig. 1. As shown in the drawings, the folding bed includes a bed 200 and a sunshade 100 erected on the bed 200. Wherein the bed 200 is a main body for carrying children, and the sunshade 100 is sheltered on the top of the bed 200 to meet the requirement of shading sunlight. The present application sufficiently considers the safety and portability of the folding bed, and thus the bed 200 and the sunshade 100 are designed to be separable from each other and to be individually foldable for storage after separation. The sunshade 100 and the bed 200 will be described below, respectively.
An awning 100 according to the present application will first be described with reference to fig. 2A-3.
As shown, the sunshade 100 includes an outer frame 110, a sunshade cloth 120, and a first fixing member 130. The outer frame 110 is a member defining an outer boundary of the sunshade 100, the sunshade cloth 120 is a member filled in the outer frame 110 and providing a sunshade function, and the first fixing member 130 is a member fixing the sunshade 100 to the bed 200.
More specifically, the outer frame 110 has a generally oval-shaped outer frame 110 edge, the outer frame 110 edge having two opposing longitudinal edges 111 and two opposing transverse edges 112 located between the two opposing longitudinal edges 111, the longitudinal edges 111 and the transverse edges 112 having an arcuate transition therebetween. The awning cloth 120 is stretched over the outer frame 110 and forms a closed connection with the entire edge of the outer frame 110. In other embodiments, the outer frame 110 can have a different shape, such as being substantially circular or substantially rectangular.
The first fixing member 130 is fixed to the sunshade cloth 120, and in this embodiment, the first fixing member 130 is located on a longitudinal center line (i.e., a central slit 140) of the outer frame 110 and is disposed two and adjacent to the two lateral edges 112 of the outer frame 110, respectively. However, in other embodiments, the position of the first fixing member 130 may be adaptively adjusted according to the shape of the bed 200, for example, the first fixing members 130 may be provided in four and respectively located near four corners of the sunshade 100.
In view of the storage requirements of the sunscreen 100, the outer frame 110 is made of a flexible bar that is resiliently deformable to allow the sunscreen 100 to be converted between a substantially flat, free state (fig. 2A, 2B), a curved, arched, in-use state (fig. 3), and a storage state. Wherein in the stowed condition the sunscreen 100 is folded and can be placed in a storage bag. Thus, the sunshade 100 can be easily carried and also easily unfolded.
More specifically, when the sunscreen 100 is in use, the longitudinal edges 111 thereof are bent towards the middle at both ends, and the middle section of the longitudinal edges 111 is slightly flared towards the two sides to form the pattern of fig. 3. The awning cloth 120 may be made of a material having a certain elasticity, or may be made of a general physical material. The awning sheet 120 may be divided into left and right halves and joined together at the center seam 140, or may be a single piece.
The first fastener 130 is on the outer surface of the arch when the sunshade 100 is in use. In this embodiment, the first fixing member 130 is a buckle belt, one end of which is connected to the sunshade cloth 120, and the other end of which is a free end. Between one end of the strap (i.e., the first end 132 of the first fixing element 130) and the other end (i.e., the second end 133 of the first fixing element 130), and on the same side of the strap, there is a pair of snap fasteners 131 that can be engaged with each other. Thus, the user can wrap the strap around the second fixing element 292 (FIG. 5B) of the bed 200 and then engage the two press studs 131 on the same strap, such that the strap forms a loop. In other embodiments, the first fastener 130 may be any suitable type of fastener, such as a zipper, a plug, etc. In other embodiments, the sunshade 100 may be coupled to other infant carriers, such as infant car seats and infant carts.
A specific structure of the bed 200 will now be described with reference to fig. 4A to 5B.
The bed 200 has an open top and can be switched between a use state in which the floor space is large and a storage state in which the floor space is small. The bed 200 includes a frame 201, a bed frame cloth 290, and a base cloth 291. Wherein the support 201 is a part supporting the structure of the bed 200, which substantially encloses a circle to define the side of the bed 200. The support 201 is foldable, so that the bed 200 can be switched between a use state and a storage state. That is, in the use position, the frame 201 forms a larger enclosure (fig. 4A), thereby forming a substantially vertical inner side 202 and a substantially vertical outer side 203; in the stowed position, the frame 201 is tightened to form a small enclosure (fig. 4D).
Specifically, the bracket 201 includes a vertical frame 210, a first horizontal frame 220, a second horizontal frame 230, a first connector 240, a second connector 250, a third connector 260, and a hinge shaft 270. Wherein the vertical frames 210 define the lateral shape of the bed 200, and the first cross frame 220 and the second cross frame 230 are cross-connected between the vertical frames 210 to form a scissors link structure, thereby allowing the vertical frames 210 to be unfolded and folded; the first connecting piece 240 and the second connecting piece 250 are used for connecting the vertical frame 210, the first transverse frame 220 and the second transverse frame 230; third link 260 is used for the connection between mullion 210 and ground fabric 291; the hinge shaft 270 is used for pivotal connection between the first and second cross frames 220 and 230.
More specifically, the vertical frame 210 may be provided with four or more, as long as it can enclose the entire side of the bed 200. In this embodiment, six vertical frames 210 are provided. The vertical frames 210 extend vertically and are uniformly distributed around a circle.
A first connector 240 is provided at the top end of each of the vertical frames 210. The first connecting member 240 is fixed to the top end of the vertical frame 210 to extend substantially transversely thereto, and is provided at both transverse ends with a hinge shaft 270, respectively, for pivotally connecting the first cross frame 220 and the second cross frame 230.
The second connector 250 is sleeved on each vertical frame 210, is located below the first connector 240, and can slide along the vertical frame 210. The second link 250 is similar in shape to the first link 240 and is also provided at both lateral ends with a hinge shaft 270, respectively, to pivotally connect the first and second cross frames 220 and 230.
The first cross frame 220 and the second cross frame 230 are connected between the adjacent two vertical frames 210 in a scissors configuration while crossing each other. Both ends of one of the first and second cross frames 220 and 230 are pivotally connected to the first connecting member 240 of one of the two adjacent vertical frames 210 and the second connecting member 250 of the other of the two adjacent vertical frames 210, respectively, and both ends of the other of the first and second cross frames 220 and 230 are pivotally connected to the second connecting member 250 of one of the two adjacent vertical frames 210 and the first connecting member 240 of the other of the two adjacent vertical frames 210, respectively, to allow the two vertical frames 210 to approach and move away from each other as the second connecting member 250 slides. For example, in the pair of the first and second crossbars 220 and 230, the left end of the first crossbars 220 is connected to the right end of the first link 240 on the left vertical frame 210, and the right end of the first crossbars 220 is connected to the left end of the second link 250 on the right vertical frame 210. The left end of the first cross frame 220 is connected to the right end of the second link 250 on the left vertical frame 210, and the right end of the first cross frame 220 is connected to the left end of the first link 240 on the right vertical frame 210. The hinge shaft 270 is inserted and connected to the middle of the first cross frame 220 and the second cross frame 230. In this way, the stent 201 can achieve the change of deployment and storage as shown in fig. 4A to 4D. Furthermore, since the first link 240 and the second link 250 are commonly used between the adjacent scissors-type linkage structures, the respective scissors-type linkage structures are interlocked with each other, and thus all the erectors 210 are unfolded and folded simultaneously. That is, the user can only unfold or fold some (e.g., two) of the vertical frames 210 to drive the other vertical frames 210 to move synchronously.
Bed frame foundation cloth 290 and foundation cloth 291 are flexible components in bed 200. The bed frame cloth 290 is erected on the side of the bracket 201, and the bed frame cloth 290 may be erected on the inner side of the bracket 201 and may be folded from the top of the bracket 201 to the outer side of the bracket 201, thereby completely covering the top end of the bracket 201. When the bed body 200 is in a use state, the bed frame sheet 290 is wrapped substantially flatly around the inner side of the bracket 201.
When the bed body 200 is in use, the base cloth 291 is laid substantially flat on the entire inner bottom surface of the frame 201, and the entire periphery of the base cloth 291 is closely combined with the entire lower edge of the bed frame foundation cloth 290. When the bed 200 is in the storage state, the base fabric 291 is naturally folded between the brackets 201 as the brackets 201 contract.
In order to fix the bed 200 in the adapted state, a third mount 293 and a fourth mount 294 are provided. A third fixing member 293 is provided at an outer side of the frame sheet 290 near the top of the bed 200, and a fourth fixing member 294 is provided at a corresponding position on one of the first and second cross frames 220 and 230. When the bed 200 is in its use state, the third fixing member 293 can be engaged to the fourth fixing member 294 to lock the bed 200 in its use state. In this embodiment, the third fixing member 293 is a socket, and the fourth fixing member 294 is a plug. In other embodiments, the third fixing member 293 and the fourth fixing member 294 may be other types of fixing members.
At a position of the bed frame sheet 290 near the top of the bed body 200, there is provided a second fixing member 292 corresponding to the first fixing member 130, and when the bed body 200 is in the use state and the first fixing member 130 of the sunshade 100 is engaged with the corresponding second fixing member 292, the sunshade 100 is fixed to the bed body 200 and in the use state of its curved arch shape.
In the present embodiment, the sunshade 100 is configured to be inserted into the inside of the bed 200, that is, when the sunshade 100 is erected and fixed on the bed 200, the lateral edge 112 of the sunshade 100 is inserted through the open top surface of the bed 200 to be elastically abutted against the inner side wall of the bed 200. In other embodiments, the sunshade 100 can also be configured to cover the outside of the bed 200. In other embodiments, the bed 200 may also be engaged with other accessories, such as infant toy bars and mosquito nets, etc.
As the present application may be embodied in several forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof, it should also be understood that the above-described embodiments are not limited by any of the details of the foregoing description, but rather should be construed broadly within its scope as defined in the appended claims, and therefore all changes that fall within the meets and bounds of the claims, or equivalences of such meets and bounds are therefore intended to be embraced by the appended claims.
