The portable electronic device holder according to claim 1, further comprising a locking mechanism, wherein the locking mechanism comprises a locking member movably disposed on the main body, the first operating member is provided with a first locking wall, the second operating member is provided with a second locking wall, the first locking wall is disposed opposite to the second locking wall, and the locking member is selectively lockable between the first locking wall and the second locking wall to limit sliding of the first operating member and the second operating member.

The stand according to claim 4, wherein the locking member includes a locking portion and a pressing portion, the pressing portion is telescopically disposed in the main body, the locking portion is disposed in the main body, the locking portion includes a connecting plate and a stop plate, the stop plate is disposed opposite to the pressing portion, the connecting plate is connected between the stop plate and the pressing portion, and the stop plate can be locked between the first locking wall and the second locking wall under the driving of the pressing portion.
