a water tank (20);
a water pump (21) in communication with the water tank (20);
a steam generator (22) having an inlet and an outlet, the inlet of the steam generator (22) being in communication with the water pump (21) and the outlet of the steam generator (22) being in communication with the interior of the fry basket (23).

The multifunctional flip air fryer according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the fry basket (23) comprises a bottom plate (24) and a vertical plate (25) arranged around the bottom plate (24), the bottom plate (24) and the vertical plate (25) are integrally formed to form a containing cavity, when the fry basket (23) is placed on the base (3), a part of the area of the vertical plate (25) is surrounded by the side plate (4), and the rest of the area is directly exposed.

The multi-functional air fryer of the flip type as claimed in claim 13, wherein the fry basket (23) further comprises a pan cover (26) covering the upper side of the riser (25), the inner wall of the riser (25) is provided with a step surface (27), and the step surface (27) is selectively provided with a frying plate and a steaming plate.
