In the embodiment of fig. 1 to 39 of the present application, the electrical connector 1 includes: the insulating base 11, the main side terminal group 12, the main side second conductive terminal connecting element 13, the secondary side terminal group 14 and the secondary side second conductive terminal connecting element 15. The insulative housing 11 has a tongue portion 111 and a tail portion 112. The tongue 111 has a tongue major side 1111 and a tongue minor side 1112, and the tail 112 has a tail major side 1121 and a tail minor side 1122.
The main-side terminal set 12 is embedded in the insulating base 11, and has a plurality of main-side first conductive terminals 121 and a plurality of main-side second conductive terminals 122 for transmitting conductive signals or ground signals. Each of the main-side first conductive terminals 121 is, for example, a metal conductor, and has a main-side first conductive terminal lap joint 1211 and a main-side first conductive terminal soldering structure 1212. It should be noted that, in the present application, the main-side first conductive terminal overlapping structure 1211 is disposed on the tongue main side 1111 to overlap the abutting portion 21 of the abutting member 2 on the tongue main side 1111 for transmitting a conductive signal or a ground signal. The main side first conductive terminal soldering structure 1212 is disposed on the tail main side 1121 to solder the soldering portion 31 of the soldering member 3 on the tail main side 1121 for transmitting a conductive signal or a ground signal.
Each of the main side second conductive terminals 122 is, for example, a metal conductor, and has a main side second conductive terminal strap 1221 and a main side second conductive terminal weldment 1222. It should be noted that, in the present application, the main-side second conductive terminal overlapping element 1221 has a main-side second conductive terminal overlapping element overlapping structure 12211 and a main-side second conductive terminal overlapping element plugging structure 12212, the main-side second conductive terminal overlapping element overlapping structure 12211 is disposed on the tongue main side 1111 to lap the docking portion 21 of the docking member 2 on the tongue main side 1111, the main-side second conductive terminal welding element 1222 has a main-side second conductive terminal welding element welding structure 12221, a main-side second conductive terminal welding element plugging structure 12222 and a main-side second conductive terminal welding element retaining wall structure 12223, the main-side second conductive terminal welding element welding structure 12221 is disposed on the tail main side 1121 to weld the welding portion 31 of the welding member 3 on the tail main side 1121 for transmitting conductive signals or ground signals. The main-side second conductive terminal welding part plug-in structure 12222 is plugged in the main-side second conductive terminal overlapping part plug-in structure 12212, so that the main-side second conductive terminal overlapping part 1221 is electrically connected to the main-side second conductive terminal welding part 1222 for transmitting conductive signals or grounding signals. The second conductive terminal solder retaining wall 12223 is adjacent to at least one of the plurality of main side first conductive terminals 121, so as to reduce the degree of external interference (such as EMI electromagnetic interference or noise interference) on the signal transmission of the adjacent main side first conductive terminal 121.
The main-side second conductive terminal overlapping member connecting member 13 is, for example, a plastic conductor or a metal conductor, and can cross each main-side first conductive terminal 121 at the tongue portion 111 to connect the main-side second conductive terminal overlapping members 1221 of each main-side second conductive terminal 122, so that each main-side second conductive terminal 122 is electrically connected to form a main-side second conductive circuit. In this embodiment, the second conductive circuits on the main side can be respectively used for transmitting ground signals, so as to meet the customized requirements of the electrical connector. Therefore, the electrical connection between the conductive terminals on the electrical connector 1 can be achieved without additionally adding a jumper, and the electronic device provided with the electrical connector 1 can be continuously developed towards the direction of light weight, thinness, shortness and small size so as to meet the requirement of customization of the electrical connector.
In the embodiment of fig. 11 in the present application, the main-side second conductive terminal strap connecting member 13 has a main-side second conductive terminal strap connecting structure connecting member 131 and a main-side second conductive terminal strap plugging structure connecting member 132. As shown in fig. 21, the main-side second conductive terminal overlapping structure connecting member 131 is used for connecting the main-side second conductive terminal overlapping structure 12211 of each main-side second conductive terminal 122, so that the main-side second conductive terminal overlapping members 1221 of each main-side second conductive terminal 122 are electrically connected. As shown in fig. 21, the main-side second conductive terminal overlapping element plugging structure connecting element 132 is used for connecting the main-side second conductive terminal overlapping element plugging structure 12212 of each main-side second conductive terminal 122, so that the main-side second conductive terminal overlapping elements 1221 of each main-side second conductive terminal 122 are electrically connected.
Specifically, in the embodiment shown in fig. 21 of the present application, the main side second conductive terminal lap joint structure connector 131 has a main side second conductive terminal lap joint structure connector body 1311 and a main side second conductive terminal lap joint structure connector connection structure 1312, the main side second conductive terminal lap joint structure connector connection structure 1312 connects the main side second conductive terminal lap joint structure connector body 1311 with the main side second conductive terminal lap joint structure 12211 of each main side second conductive terminal 122, and the connecting member connecting structure 1312 of the main side second conductive terminal overlapping member overlapping structure has a bending structure, so that the main connector body 1311 of the main side second conductive terminal overlapping structure extends under or at the side of the main side second conductive terminal overlapping structure 12211 of each main side second conductive terminal 122 to cross each main side first conductive terminal 121.
In addition, the main-side second conductive terminal strap plug-in structure connecting member 132 has a main-side second conductive terminal strap plug-in structure connecting member main body 1321 and a main-side second conductive terminal strap plug-in structure connecting member connection structure 1322, the main-side second conductive terminal strap plug-in structure connecting member connection structure 1322 connects the main-side second conductive terminal strap plug-in structure connecting member main body 1321 and the main-side second conductive terminal strap plug-in structure 12212 of each main-side second conductive terminal 122, and the main-side second conductive terminal strap plug-in structure connecting member connection structure 1322 has a bending structure, so that the main-side second conductive terminal strap plug-in structure connecting member main body 1321 extends below the main-side second conductive terminal strap plug-in structure 12222 of each main-side second conductive terminal 122 to cross each main-side first conductive terminal 121. It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the main-side second conductive terminal welding member insertion structure 12222 passes through the main-side second conductive terminal overlapping member insertion structure connecting member connecting structure 1322 to achieve the insertion connection of the main-side second conductive terminal overlapping member insertion structure 12212.
In the embodiment of fig. 28 to 32 in the present application, the electrical connector 1 includes a main-side second conductive terminal solder connecting means 16, and the main-side second conductive terminal solder connecting means 16 is, for example, a plastic conductor or a metal conductor, and can be used to connect the main-side second conductive terminal solder 1222 of each main-side second conductive terminal 122 across each main-side first conductive terminal 121, so that the main-side second conductive terminal solder 1222 of each main-side second conductive terminal 122 is electrically connected. In the present embodiment, the main-side second conductive terminal welding member connecting member 16 is inserted into the main-side second conductive terminal welding member 1222 of each main-side second conductive terminal 122, but not limited thereto, in other embodiments, the main-side second conductive terminal welding member connecting member 16 may be connected to the main-side second conductive terminal welding member 1222 of each main-side second conductive terminal 122 in other non-insertion manner (for example, overlapping manner).
The secondary side terminal set 14 is embedded in the insulating base 11 and has a plurality of secondary side first conductive terminals 141 and a plurality of secondary side second conductive terminals 142 for transmitting conductive signals or ground signals. Each sub-side first conductive terminal 141 is, for example, a metal conductor, and has a sub-side first conductive terminal overlapping structure 1411 and a sub-side first conductive terminal soldering structure 1412. It should be noted that, in the present application, the sub-side first conductive terminal overlapping structure 1411 is disposed on the tongue sub-side 1112, so as to overlap the abutting portion 21 of the abutting member 2 on the tongue sub-side 1112 for transmitting a conductive signal or a ground signal. The secondary side first conductive terminal soldering structure 1412 is disposed on the tail secondary side 1122 to solder the soldering portion 31 of the soldering member 3 on the tail secondary side 1122 for transmitting a conductive signal or a ground signal.
Each sub-side second conductive terminal 142 is, for example, a metal conductor, and has a sub-side second conductive terminal overlapping part 1421 and a sub-side second conductive terminal welding part 1422. It should be noted that, in the present application, the sub-side second conductive terminal overlapping part 1421 has a sub-side second conductive terminal overlapping part overlapping structure 14211 and a sub-side second conductive terminal overlapping part insertion structure 14212, the sub-side second conductive terminal overlapping part overlapping structure 14211 is disposed on the tongue sub-side 1112 to overlap the butt joint portion 21 of the butt joint member 2 on the tongue sub-side 1112, the sub-side second conductive terminal welding part 1422 has a sub-side second conductive terminal welding part welding structure 14221, a sub-side second conductive terminal welding part insertion structure 14222 and a sub-side second conductive terminal welding part retaining wall structure 14223, and the sub-side second conductive terminal welding part welding structure 14221 is disposed on the tail sub-side 1122 to weld the welding portion 31 of the welding member 3 on the tail sub-side 1122 for transmitting the conductive signal or the ground signal. The sub-side second conductive terminal solder part plug-in structure 14222 is plugged into the sub-side second conductive terminal overlapping part plug-in structure 14212, so that the sub-side second conductive terminal solder part 1422 is electrically connected to the sub-side second conductive terminal overlapping part 1421 for transmitting conductive signals or grounding signals. The second conductive terminal solder retaining wall 12223 is adjacent to at least one of the plurality of main side first conductive terminals 121, so as to reduce the degree of external interference (such as EMI electromagnetic interference or noise interference) on the signal transmission of the adjacent main side first conductive terminal 121.
The secondary side second conductive terminal lap connection member 15 is, for example, a plastic conductor or a metal conductor, and can cross over each secondary side first conductive terminal 141 at the tongue portion 111 to connect with the secondary side second conductive terminal lap 1421 of each secondary side second conductive terminal 142, so that each secondary side second conductive terminal 142 is electrically connected to form a secondary side second conductive circuit. In this embodiment, the secondary side second conductive circuits may be respectively used for transmitting ground signals, so as to meet the requirement of the electrical connector for customization. Therefore, the electrical connection between the conductive terminals on the electrical connector 1 can be achieved without additionally adding a jumper, and the electronic device provided with the electrical connector 1 can be continuously developed towards the direction of light weight, thinness, shortness and small size so as to meet the requirement of customization of the electrical connector.
In the embodiment of fig. 11 of the present application, the secondary side second conductive terminal strap connection member 15 has a secondary side second conductive terminal strap lap structure connection 151 and a secondary side second conductive terminal strap plug structure connection 152. As shown in fig. 21, the connecting member 151 of the secondary side second conductive terminal overlapping structure is used for connecting the secondary side second conductive terminal overlapping structure 14211 of each secondary side second conductive terminal 142, so that the secondary side second conductive terminal overlapping parts 1421 of each secondary side second conductive terminal 142 are electrically connected. As shown in fig. 21, the connecting member 152 of the secondary side second conductive terminal connecting structure is used for connecting the secondary side second conductive terminal connecting structure 14212 of each secondary side second conductive terminal 142, so that the secondary side second conductive terminal connecting structure 1421 of each secondary side second conductive terminal 142 is electrically connected.
Specifically, in the embodiment shown in fig. 21 of the present application, the secondary side second conductive terminal strap lap structural connector 151 has a secondary side second conductive terminal strap lap structural connector body 1511 and a secondary side second conductive terminal strap lap structural connector connection structure 1512, the secondary side second conductive terminal lap joint structure connector connecting structure 1512 connects the secondary side second conductive terminal lap joint structure connector body 1511 with the secondary side second conductive terminal lap joint structure 14211 of each secondary side second conductive terminal 142, and the second conductive terminal overlapping element overlapping structure connecting element connecting structure 1512 has a bending structure, so that the minor-side second conductive terminal overlapping structure connecting member main body 1511 extends below or at a side of the minor-side second conductive terminal overlapping structure 14211 of each minor-side second conductive terminal 142 to cross over each minor-side first conductive terminal 141.
In addition, the sub-side second conductive terminal overlapping element insertion structure connecting member 152 has a sub-side second conductive terminal overlapping element insertion structure connecting member main body 1521 and a sub-side second conductive terminal overlapping element insertion structure connecting member connecting structure 1522, the sub-side second conductive terminal overlapping element insertion structure connecting member connecting structure 1522 connects the sub-side second conductive terminal overlapping element insertion structure connecting member main body 1521 and the sub-side second conductive terminal overlapping element insertion structure 14212 of each sub-side second conductive terminal 142, and the sub-side second conductive terminal overlapping element insertion structure connecting member connecting structure 1522 has a bending structure, so that the sub-side second conductive terminal overlapping element insertion structure connecting member main body 1521 extends below the sub-side second conductive terminal insertion structure 14222 of each sub-side second conductive terminal 142 to cross each sub-side first conductive terminal 141. Moreover, it should be noted that in the present embodiment, the secondary side second conductive terminal welding part inserting structure 14222 passes through the secondary side second conductive terminal overlapping part inserting structure connecting part connecting structure 1522 to achieve the inserting connection of the secondary side second conductive terminal overlapping part inserting structure 14212.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 28 to 32, the electrical connector 1 includes a sub-side second conductive terminal solder connecting member 17, and the sub-side second conductive terminal solder connecting member 17 is, for example, a plastic conductor or a metal conductor, and can be used to cross over each sub-side first conductive terminal 141 and connect the sub-side second conductive terminal solder 1422 of each sub-side second conductive terminal 142, so that the sub-side second conductive terminal solder 1422 of each sub-side second conductive terminal 142 is electrically connected. In the embodiment, the sub-side second conductive terminal solder connecting member 17 is inserted into the sub-side second conductive terminal solder 1422 of each sub-side second conductive terminal 142, but not limited thereto, in other embodiments, the sub-side second conductive terminal solder connecting member 17 may connect the sub-side second conductive terminal solder 1422 of each sub-side second conductive terminal 142 by other non-insertion methods (e.g., a lap joint method).
In the embodiment of fig. 21, when the main-side second conductive terminal overlapping structure connecting piece body 1311 extends below the main-side second conductive terminal overlapping structure 12211 of each main-side second conductive terminal 122, the main-side second conductive terminal overlapping structure connecting piece body 1311 abuts the sub-side second conductive terminal overlapping structure connecting piece body 1511 (i.e., the sub-side second conductive terminal overlapping piece connecting member 15), so that the main-side second conductive circuit is electrically connected to the sub-side second conductive circuit, thereby meeting the customization requirement of the electrical connector.
In addition, when the main side second conductive terminal overlapping element insertion structure connecting piece body 1321 extends below the main side second conductive terminal welding element insertion structure 12222 of each main side second conductive terminal 122, the main side second conductive terminal overlapping element insertion structure connecting piece body 1321 abuts against the secondary side second conductive terminal overlapping element insertion structure connecting piece body 1521 (i.e., the secondary side second conductive terminal overlapping element connecting member 15), so that the main side second conductive circuit is electrically connected with the secondary side second conductive circuit, thereby meeting the customized requirement of the electrical connector.
In other words, when the secondary-side second conductive terminal overlapping structure connecting piece main body 1511 extends above the secondary-side second conductive terminal overlapping structure 14211 of each secondary-side second conductive terminal 142, the secondary-side second conductive terminal overlapping structure connecting piece main body 1511 abuts against the primary-side second conductive terminal overlapping structure connecting piece main body 1311 (i.e., the primary-side second conductive terminal overlapping piece connecting member 13), so that the secondary-side second conductive circuit is electrically connected to the primary-side second conductive circuit, thereby meeting the customization requirement of the electrical connector.
In addition, when the secondary side second conductive terminal strap plug-in structure connecting piece main body 1521 extends above the secondary side second conductive terminal strap plug-in structure 14212 of each secondary side second conductive terminal 142, the secondary side second conductive terminal strap plug-in structure connecting piece main body 1521 abuts against the primary side second conductive terminal strap plug-in structure connecting piece main body 1321 (i.e., the primary side second conductive terminal strap connecting member 13), so that the secondary side second conductive circuit is electrically connected to the primary side second conductive circuit.
It should be noted that, in the foregoing embodiment of the electrical connector 1 of the present application, some components may be omitted, for example, the secondary side terminal set 14, the secondary side second conductive terminal solder connecting component 15, the primary side second conductive terminal solder connecting component 16 and the secondary side second conductive terminal solder connecting component 17 may be omitted. That is, in the embodiment of the present application, the electrical connector 1 may only selectively include the insulating housing 11, the main-side terminal set 12 and the main-side second conductive terminal connecting member 13.
The insulation base 11 has a tongue portion 111 and a tail portion 112, the tongue portion 111 has a tongue main side 1111, and the tail portion 112 has a tail main side 1121. The main-side terminal set 12 is embedded in the insulating base 11, and the main-side terminal set 12 has a plurality of main-side first conductive terminals 121 and a plurality of main-side second conductive terminals 122.
Each main-side first conductive terminal 121 has a main-side first conductive terminal overlapping structure 1211 and a main-side first conductive terminal welding structure 1212, the main-side first conductive terminal overlapping structure 1211 is disposed on the tongue main side 1111 to overlap the butt joint portion 21 of the butt joint member 2 on the tongue main side 1111, and the main-side first conductive terminal welding structure 1212 is disposed on the tail main side 1121 to weld the welding portion 31 of the welding member 3 on the tail main side 1121. Each main-side second conductive terminal 122 has a main-side second conductive terminal overlapping piece 1221 and a main-side second conductive terminal welding piece 1222, the main-side second conductive terminal overlapping piece 1221 has a main-side second conductive terminal overlapping piece overlapping structure 12211 and a main-side second conductive terminal overlapping piece plugging structure 12212, the main-side second conductive terminal overlapping piece overlapping structure 12211 is disposed on the tongue main side 1111 to lap the docking portion 21 of the docking member 2 on the tongue main side 1111, the main-side second conductive terminal welding piece 1222 has a main-side second conductive terminal welding piece welding structure 12221 and a main-side second conductive terminal welding piece plugging structure 12222, the main-side second conductive terminal welding structure 12221 is disposed on the tail main side 1121 to weld the welding portion 31 of the welding member 3 on the tail main side 1121, the main-side second conductive terminal welding piece plugging structure 12222 is plugged in the main-side second conductive terminal overlapping piece plugging structure 12212, the main side second conductive terminal solder 1222 is electrically connected to the main side second conductive terminal strap 1221.
In addition, it should be noted that the main-side second conductive terminal overlapping element connecting member 13 crosses over each main-side first conductive terminal 121 at the tongue portion 111 to connect the main-side second conductive terminal overlapping element 1221 of each main-side second conductive terminal 122, so that each main-side second conductive terminal 122 is electrically connected to form a main-side second conductive circuit, thereby achieving the electrical connection between some conductive terminals on the electrical connector 11.
In summary, the electrical connector provided in the present application can achieve electrical connection between the conductive terminals of the upper portion of the electrical connector through the connecting member, so that the electrical connection between the conductive terminals of the upper portion of the electrical connector can be achieved without adding a jumper, and the electronic device provided with the electrical connector of the present application can be developed towards light, thin, short and small directions.

Claims (27)

1. An electrical connector for overlapping a mating member and welding a welding member, the mating member having a mating portion and the welding member having a welding portion, the electrical connector comprising:
an insulative housing having a tongue portion with a tongue major side and a tail portion with a tail major side;
the main side terminal set is embedded in the insulating base body and is provided with a plurality of main side first conductive terminals and a plurality of main side second conductive terminals; wherein,
each main side first conductive terminal is provided with a main side first conductive terminal lapping structure and a main side first conductive terminal welding structure, the main side first conductive terminal lapping structure is arranged on the tongue main side so as to lap the butt joint part of the butt joint component on the tongue main side, and the main side first conductive terminal welding structure is arranged on the tail main side so as to weld the welding part of the welding component on the tail main side;
each main side second conductive terminal is provided with a main side second conductive terminal overlapping piece and a main side second conductive terminal welding piece, the main side second conductive terminal overlapping piece is provided with a main side second conductive terminal overlapping piece overlapping structure and a main side second conductive terminal overlapping piece plugging structure, the main side second conductive terminal overlapping piece overlapping structure is arranged on the main side of the tongue part so as to overlap the butt joint part of the butt joint component on the main side of the tongue part, the main side second conductive terminal welding piece is provided with a main side second conductive terminal welding piece welding structure and a main side second conductive terminal welding piece plugging structure, the main side second conductive terminal welding piece welding structure is arranged on the main side of the tail part so as to weld the welding part of the welding component on the main side of the tail part, and the main side second conductive terminal welding piece plugging structure is plugged in the main side second conductive terminal overlapping piece plugging structure, electrically connecting the second conductive terminal welding part on the main side with the second conductive terminal lapping piece on the main side; and
and the main side second conductive terminal lapping piece connecting component spans the main side first conductive terminals on the tongue part and is used for connecting the main side second conductive terminal lapping pieces of the main side second conductive terminals, so that the main side second conductive terminals are electrically connected to form a main side second conductive circuit.
2. The electrical connector of claim 1 wherein said primary side second conductive terminal strap connecting member is a plastic electrical conductor or a metal electrical conductor.
3. The electrical connector of claim 1, wherein the main side second conductive terminal lap joint connection member has a main side second conductive terminal lap joint structure connection member for connecting a main side second conductive terminal lap joint structure of each of the main side second conductive terminals.
4. The electrical connector of claim 3 wherein said main side second conductive terminal crossover structure connector has a main side second conductive terminal crossover structure connector body and a main side second conductive terminal crossover structure connector connection structure, the main side second conductive terminal overlapping part overlapping structure connecting piece connecting structure is connected with the main side second conductive terminal overlapping part overlapping structure connecting piece main body and the main side second conductive terminal overlapping part overlapping structure of each main side second conductive terminal, and the connecting piece connecting structure of the main side second conductive terminal overlapping part overlapping structure is provided with a bending structure, so that the connecting piece body of the lapping structure of the main side second conductive terminal lapping part extends below or at the side edge of the lapping structure of the main side second conductive terminal lapping part of each main side second conductive terminal to cross each main side first conductive terminal.
5. The electrical connector of claim 1 wherein said main side second conductive terminal crossover connection member has a main side second conductive terminal crossover plug connection structure connector for connecting to a main side second conductive terminal crossover plug structure of each said main side second conductive terminal.
6. The electrical connector of claim 5 wherein said main side second conductive terminal strap plug structure connector has a main side second conductive terminal strap plug structure connector body and a main side second conductive terminal strap plug structure connector connection structure, the main side second conductive terminal overlapping piece inserting structure connecting piece connecting structure is connected with the main side second conductive terminal overlapping piece inserting structure connecting piece main body and the main side second conductive terminal overlapping piece inserting structure of each main side second conductive terminal, and the connecting piece connecting structure of the main side second conductive terminal overlapping part splicing structure is provided with a bending structure, so that the main body of the connecting piece of the main side second conductive terminal overlapping part plugging structure extends below the main side second conductive terminal welding part plugging structure of each main side second conductive terminal to cross each main side first conductive terminal.
7. The electrical connector of claim 6, wherein the main side second conductive terminal solder tab mating structure passes through the main side second conductive terminal crossover sub mating structure connection element connection structure to mate with the main side second conductive terminal crossover sub mating structure.
8. The electrical connector of claim 1, further comprising a main side second conductive terminal solder member connecting means for connecting the main side second conductive terminal solder member of each main side second conductive terminal across each main side first conductive terminal so that the main side second conductive terminal solder member of each main side second conductive terminal is electrically connected.
9. The electrical connector of claim 8, wherein the primary side second conductive terminal solder connection member is a plastic conductor or a metal conductor.
10. The electrical connector of claim 8, wherein said main side second conductive terminal solder attachment member engages said main side second conductive terminal solder of each said main side second conductive terminal.
11. The electrical connector of claim 1, wherein the main-side second conductive terminal solder of each main-side second conductive terminal has a main-side second conductive terminal solder retaining wall structure adjacent to at least one of the plurality of main-side first conductive terminals to reduce the degree of interference to signal transmission of the adjacent main-side first conductive terminals.
12. The electrical connector of claim 4, wherein the tongue portion further has a tongue portion minor side, the tail portion further has a tail portion minor side, and the electrical connector further comprises a primary side terminal set embedded in the insulative housing, the secondary side terminal set having a plurality of secondary side first conductive terminals and a plurality of secondary side second conductive terminals; wherein,

each secondary side second conductive terminal is provided with a primary side second conductive terminal lapping piece and a primary side second conductive terminal welding piece, the secondary side second conductive terminal lapping piece is provided with a primary side second conductive terminal lapping piece lapping structure and a primary side second conductive terminal lapping piece splicing structure, the secondary side second conductive terminal lapping piece lapping structure is arranged on the secondary side of the tongue part so as to lap the butt joint part of the butt joint component on the secondary side of the tongue part, the secondary side second conductive terminal welding piece is provided with a primary side second conductive terminal welding piece welding structure and a primary side second conductive terminal welding piece splicing structure, the secondary side second conductive terminal welding piece welding structure is arranged on the secondary side of the tail part so as to weld the welding part of the welding component on the secondary side of the tail part, and the secondary side second conductive terminal welding piece splicing structure is spliced with the secondary side second conductive terminal lapping piece splicing structure, electrically connecting the secondary side second conductive terminal welding piece with the secondary side second conductive terminal lapping piece; and
the primary side second conductive terminal overlapping part connecting component spans each secondary side first conductive terminal on the tongue part and is used for connecting the secondary side second conductive terminal overlapping part of each secondary side second conductive terminal, so that each secondary side second conductive terminal is electrically connected to form a primary side second conductive circuit.
13. The electrical connector of claim 12, wherein when the primary side second conductive terminal lap joint structure connector body extends below the primary side second conductive terminal lap joint structure of each of the primary side second conductive terminals, the primary side second conductive terminal lap joint structure connector body abuts the secondary side second conductive terminal lap joint connector member such that the primary side second conductive circuit is electrically connected to the secondary side second conductive circuit.
14. The electrical connector of claim 6, wherein the tongue portion further has a tongue portion minor side, the tail portion further has a tail portion minor side, and the electrical connector further comprises a primary side terminal set embedded in the insulative housing, the secondary side terminal set having a plurality of secondary side first conductive terminals and a plurality of secondary side second conductive terminals; wherein,
each minor side first conductive terminal is provided with a primary side first conductive terminal lapping structure and a primary side first conductive terminal welding structure, the minor side first conductive terminal lapping structure is arranged on the minor side of the tongue part so as to lap joint parts of the butt joint component on the minor side of the tongue part, and the minor side first conductive terminal welding structure is arranged on the minor side of the tail part so as to weld the welding parts of the welding component on the minor side of the tail part;
each secondary side second conductive terminal is provided with a primary side second conductive terminal lapping piece and a primary side second conductive terminal welding piece, the secondary side second conductive terminal overlapping part is provided with a primary side second conductive terminal overlapping part overlapping structure and a primary side second conductive terminal overlapping part splicing structure, the secondary side second conductive terminal overlapping part overlapping structure is arranged on the secondary side of the tongue part, the minor side second conductive terminal welding piece is provided with a primary side second conductive terminal welding piece welding structure and a primary side second conductive terminal welding piece splicing structure, the minor side second conductive terminal welding piece welding structure is arranged on the minor side of the tail part, welding the welding part of the welding component on the secondary side of the tail part, and inserting the secondary side second conductive terminal welding part inserting structure into the secondary side second conductive terminal lap joint part inserting structure; and
the primary side second conductive terminal overlapping part connecting component spans each secondary side first conductive terminal on the tongue part and is used for connecting the secondary side second conductive terminal overlapping part of each secondary side second conductive terminal, so that each secondary side second conductive terminal is electrically connected to form a primary side second conductive circuit.
15. The electrical connector of claim 14, wherein when the primary side second conductive terminal strap connector structure connector body extends below the primary side second conductive terminal solder member connector structure of each of the primary side second conductive terminals, the primary side second conductive terminal strap connector structure connector body abuts the secondary side second conductive terminal strap connector member such that the primary side second conductive circuit is electrically connected to the secondary side second conductive circuit.
16. The electrical connector of claim 12 or 14 wherein said minor second conductive terminal land connection member is a plastic electrical conductor or a metal electrical conductor.
17. The electrical connector of claim 12 or 14 wherein said secondary side second conductive terminal lap connection member has a primary side second conductive terminal lap structure connecting member for connecting a secondary side second conductive terminal lap structure of each said secondary side second conductive terminal.
18. The electrical connector of claim 17 wherein the secondary second conductive terminal lap joint structure connector has a primary second conductive terminal lap joint structure connector body and a primary second conductive terminal lap joint structure connector connection structure, the connecting piece connecting structure of the secondary side second conductive terminal overlapping structure is connected with the connecting piece main body of the secondary side second conductive terminal overlapping structure and the secondary side second conductive terminal overlapping structure of each secondary side second conductive terminal, and the connecting piece connecting structure of the secondary side second conductive terminal overlapping part lap joint structure is provided with a bending structure, so that the connecting piece body of the sub-side second conductive terminal overlapping structure extends above or on the side of the sub-side second conductive terminal overlapping structure of each sub-side second conductive terminal to cross each sub-side first conductive terminal.
19. The electrical connector of claim 18, wherein when the secondary side second conductive terminal lap joint structure connector body extends over the secondary side second conductive terminal lap joint structure of each of the secondary side second conductive terminals, the secondary side second conductive terminal lap joint structure connector body abuts the primary side second conductive terminal lap joint connector member such that the secondary side second conductive circuit is electrically connected to the primary side second conductive circuit.
20. The electrical connector of claim 12 or 14 wherein said secondary side second conductive terminal strap connection member has a primary side second conductive terminal strap plug structure connection member for connecting to a secondary side second conductive terminal strap plug structure of each said secondary side second conductive terminal.
21. The electrical connector of claim 20 wherein the secondary second conductive terminal strap connector plug structure connector has a primary second conductive terminal strap connector plug structure connector body and a primary second conductive terminal strap connector plug structure connector connection structure, the minor side second conductive terminal overlapping part splicing structure connecting piece connecting structure is connected with the minor side second conductive terminal overlapping part splicing structure connecting piece main body and the minor side second conductive terminal overlapping part splicing structure of each minor side second conductive terminal, and the connecting piece connecting structure of the secondary side second conductive terminal overlapping part splicing structure is provided with a bending structure, so that the minor-side second conductive terminal overlapping part splicing structure connecting piece main body extends above the minor-side second conductive terminal welding part splicing structure of each minor-side second conductive terminal to cross each minor-side first conductive terminal.
22. The electrical connector of claim 21, wherein when the secondary side second conductive terminal strap connector body extends over the secondary side second conductive terminal strap connector engagement structure of each of the secondary side second conductive terminals, the secondary side second conductive terminal strap connector body abuts the primary side second conductive terminal strap connector connection member such that the secondary side second conductive circuit is electrically connected to the primary side second conductive circuit.
23. The electrical connector of claim 21 wherein said secondary side second conductive terminal solder tab mating structure is inserted through said secondary side second conductive terminal strap mating structure connector connecting structure to mate with said secondary side second conductive terminal strap mating structure.
24. The electrical connector of claim 12 or 14, further comprising a primary second conductive terminal solder connection member, wherein the secondary second conductive terminal solder connection member is configured to cross over each of the secondary first conductive terminals to connect to the secondary second conductive terminal solder of each of the secondary second conductive terminals, such that the secondary second conductive terminal solder of each of the secondary second conductive terminals is electrically connected.
25. The electrical connector of claim 24, wherein the second minor terminal solder connection member is a plastic conductor or a metal conductor.
26. The electrical connector of claim 24 wherein said minor side second conductive terminal solder attachment member engages a minor side second conductive terminal solder of each said minor side second conductive terminal.
27. The electrical connector of claim 12 or 14, wherein the minor-side second conductive terminal solder of each minor-side second conductive terminal has a minor-side second conductive terminal solder dam adjacent to at least one of the minor-side first conductive terminals to reduce external interference on signal transmission of the adjacent minor-side first conductive terminal.
