The water tank assembly as claimed in claim 7, wherein the water level detection mechanism further comprises a liquid leakage detection device electrically connected to the control device, the top of the housing is provided with a spillway opening and a water baffle, and the water baffle is enclosed outside the spillway opening; the side part and the bottom part of the shell are respectively provided with a first overflow groove and a second overflow groove which are communicated with each other, and the overflow port is communicated with the first overflow groove; and a probe of the liquid leakage detection device penetrates through the shell and is positioned in the second overflow tank.
