In some embodiments, the photovoltaic module frame is made of a steel material, which may include, but is not limited to, any one of stainless steel, alloy steel, or cast steel, and the steel material has high toughness and can withstand an impact effect, so that the photovoltaic module frame is stable in structure and not easy to deform, and is beneficial to improving the stability of the photovoltaic module assembly structure. In addition, the steel materials can be welded or riveted, so that the assembly is convenient, and cutting, hot rolling and forging can be performed, so that the quality of the photovoltaic module frame is improved, the loss is reduced, the photovoltaic module frame and the corner connector are assembled, the frame assembling process flow is simplified, the assembling efficiency is improved, and the reliability of the photovoltaic module frame is improved; the material of photovoltaic module frame can be the same with the material of angle sign indicating number, effectively avoids because the potential that has the potential difference between photovoltaic module frame and the angle sign indicating number and leads to corrodes.
In some embodiments, the photovoltaic module frame includes a horizontally extending supporting portion, a first multi-section bending portion extending upward from one side edge of the supporting portion and enclosing a first cavity, and a second multi-section bending portion extending downward from the other side edge of the supporting portion and enclosing a second cavity, wherein the first cavity is used for accommodating the photovoltaic module, and the second cavity is used for accommodating the corner connectors to form a continuous photovoltaic module assembly structure.
In some embodiments, the second multi-section bending portion includes a side portion extending downward from another side edge of the carrying portion, a bottom carrying portion, and an extending portion, the side portion is connected to the bottom carrying portion and the carrying portion, respectively, and the extending portion is located at an end of the bottom carrying portion away from the side portion; the upper side 112 of the corner brace is adapted to mate with the carrier, the lower side 114 of the corner brace is adapted to mate with the bottom carrier, and the fifth portion 115 is adapted to mate with the extension.
In some embodiments, a first buffer structure is disposed on a side of the carrying portion away from the first cavity, and a second buffer structure corresponding to the first buffer structure is disposed on a side of the upper side 112 opposite to the carrying portion, so as to effectively avoid stress damage to the frame and corner connectors of the photovoltaic module due to excessive assembly force.

Claims (11)

1. An angle brace, comprising: the photovoltaic module comprises a first connecting portion, a bending portion and a second connecting portion, wherein the bending portion is connected with the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion, a matching structure used for being connected with a photovoltaic module frame is arranged on the first connecting portion and/or the second connecting portion, and the matching structure is a square groove concavely arranged on the surface of the connecting portion.
2. The corner brace according to claim 1, wherein the first connecting portion and/or the second connecting portion are/is a profile formed by bending a plate, and the square groove is a blind hole formed in a wall surface of the profile.
3. The corner brace according to claim 1, wherein the first connecting portion and/or the second connecting portion are formed by bending a plate to form a profile, the profile wall is formed with a side layer protruding from one side of the profile wall to the other side of the profile wall, and the square groove is surrounded by the side layer.
4. The corner brace according to claim 1, wherein the first connecting portion and/or the second connecting portion are/is a section formed by bending a plate, and the square groove is a through hole in a wall surface of the section.

The corner brace according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein in the extending direction of the first connecting portion and/or the second connecting portion, the inner wall surface of the square groove far away from the bent portion is a vertical surface, and the inner wall surface of the square groove near the bent portion is an inclined surface.

The corner brace according to any one of claims 2-4, wherein the first and/or second connecting portions comprise a horizontally extending first portion, a vertically extending second portion, and a horizontally extending third portion, the first portion being opposite the third portion, the second portion connecting the first and third portions, respectively; the matching structure is positioned on one side, away from the third part, of the first part.
7. The corner brace of claim 6, wherein the engagement structure is further located on a side of the third portion distal from the first portion.
8. The corner brace of claim 1, wherein the corner brace comprises a lower side for engaging a bottom portion of a photovoltaic module jamb and an upper side for engaging a top portion of the photovoltaic module jamb; the cooperation structure including being located the first cooperation structure of first connecting portion and the second cooperation structure of second connecting portion, first cooperation structure is located the upside and/or the downside of angle sign indicating number, second cooperation structure is located the upside and/or the downside of angle sign indicating number.
9. The corner brace of claim 1, wherein the corner brace is made of steel.
10. A photovoltaic module assembly structure, comprising:
the corner brace of any of claims 1-9;
the photovoltaic module frame is provided with a third matching structure for connecting the corner connectors.
11. The photovoltaic module assembly structure according to claim 10, wherein the photovoltaic module frame is made of steel.
