The heating driving circuit, the cooling driving circuit, the dehumidifying driving circuit and the humidifying driving circuit are connected with the controller, and the controller controls the heating structure, the cooling structure, the dehumidifying structure and the humidifying structure to be opened and closed through the driving circuits respectively so as to adjust the temperature and/or humidity inside the cabinet. Thus, the temperature rise, the temperature reduction, the dehumidification and the humidification can be independently controlled.
The temperature raising structure may adopt one or more of a resistance heater, an electromagnetic heater and an infrared heater. In this embodiment, a resistance heater, that is, a heating manner for heating the blank by using electric current to emit heat through an electric heating element, such as a resistance wire heater, a ceramic heater, a resistance coil heater, a quartz tube heater, etc., is preferably used. In view of installation and maintenance costs, resistance wire heating is preferred.
The cooling structure comprises, but is not limited to, a compression refrigerator and an absorption refrigeration device, and the compression refrigerator is preferably adopted. Specifically, for example, the temperature and humidity data of the warehouse can be detected regularly or in real time through a temperature and humidity probe in the warehouse of the cabinet and sent to the controller, and the controller controls the opening and closing of the temperature rising structure, the temperature lowering structure, the dehumidifying structure and the humidifying structure according to the detected temperature and humidity data so as to adjust the temperature and humidity value of the warehouse to meet the preset requirement. As an example and not limitation, the temperature and humidity measurement of the warehouse environment is started every five minutes by the temperature and humidity probe, and if the detected temperature and humidity value is within a preset standard range, a controller is not needed to open and close any adjusting structure to keep the original state; if the detected temperature and humidity value exceeds or is lower than the preset standard range, the controller opens and closes the corresponding adjusting structure to adjust so as to maintain the temperature and humidity to be within the standard range.
