In a state that the second filter device 400 is disposed in the mounting cavity 140, the second mounting seat 410 encloses a portion of the first ventilation opening 150 and a portion of the second ventilation opening 160, so as to partition the first ventilation opening 150 and the second ventilation opening 160, and prevent air in the laundry processing tub 210 from entering the air duct 220 through the first ventilation opening 150 and the second ventilation opening 160.
Further, the second air passing opening 420 is communicated with the second air passing opening 160 and the opening 141, air in the external environment can flow through the second air passing opening 420 through the opening 141 and enter the air duct 220 from the second air passing opening 160, and after being dried by the heat exchange system in the air duct 220, dry hot air is formed, and the dry hot air enters the laundry processing tub 210 from the air inlet. The third air passing opening 430 is communicated with the first air passing opening 150 and the opening 141, and air in the laundry treating tub 210 can flow into the external environment from the opening 141 after flowing through the third air passing opening 430 from the first air passing opening 150, thereby realizing the dehumidifying treatment of the external air.
In some optional embodiments of the present invention, the second mounting seat 410 includes a second baffle 411, a third baffle 412 and a partition 413, the partition 413 is connected between the second baffle 411 and the third baffle 412, wherein, under the state that the second filtering device 400 is disposed in the mounting cavity 140, the partition 413 separates the mounting cavity 140 into an air inlet cavity and an air outlet cavity.
The second baffle 411 closes part of the second ventilation opening 160, the air inlet cavity is communicated with the second ventilation opening 160 and the second ventilation opening 420, and air in the external environment can enter the air inlet cavity from the opening 141 through the second ventilation opening 420 and then enter the air duct 220 from the second ventilation opening 160.
The third baffle 412 closes a portion of the first ventilation opening 150, the air outlet cavity is communicated with the first ventilation opening 150 and the third air passing opening 430, and air in the clothes treating barrel 210 can enter the air outlet cavity through the first ventilation opening 150 and then flow from the air outlet cavity to the external environment through the third air passing opening 430 and the opening 141.
That is, the air in the external environment enters the installation cavity 140 through the second air passing opening 420 from the opening 141, flows through the second filter and flows out of the installation cavity 140 from the second air passing opening 160, and then enters the air duct 220, and the air in the air duct 220 enters the laundry processing barrel 210 from the air inlet after the heat exchange process. The air inside the laundry treating tub 210 is adapted to flow through the first ventilation opening 150, the third ventilation opening 430 and be discharged from the opening 141 to the external environment, so as to realize air exchange between the laundry treating device 1 and the external environment.
Specifically, the second filtering device 400 is arranged in the installation cavity 140, so that an air inlet cavity and an air outlet cavity are defined, the air inlet cavity is communicated with the second ventilation opening 160 through the second ventilation opening 420, the air outlet cavity is communicated with the first ventilation opening 150 through the third ventilation opening 430, and the partition plate 413 can separate the air inlet cavity and the air outlet cavity to prevent the first ventilation opening 150 and the second ventilation opening 160 from being communicated with each other.
In the dehumidification mode, air in the external environment can enter the air inlet cavity through the second air passing opening 420 from the opening 141, then enter the air duct 220 through the second air passing opening 160, enter the clothes processing barrel 210 through the air inlet after being dried in the air duct 220, and then flow into the external environment through the air outlet, the first air passing opening 150, the third air passing opening 430 and the opening 141, so as to exchange air between the clothes processing device 1 and the external environment, and perform dehumidification on the air in the external environment.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9, when the second filter device 400 is installed in place, the air inlet chamber and the air outlet chamber are arranged in the left-right direction, the air inlet chamber is located at the left portion of the second mounting base 410, and the air outlet chamber is located at the right portion of the second mounting base 410.
The second baffle 411 is located at the right side of the bottom of the second mounting seat 410 to close the right side of the second ventilation opening 160, and the second ventilation opening 420 is located at the left side of the front of the second mounting seat 410 to communicate the second ventilation opening 420 with the second ventilation opening 160 through the air inlet cavity. Air in the external environment can enter the air duct 220 from the second ventilation opening 160 through the second ventilation opening 420 from the opening 141 at the front side of the installation cavity 140.
The third baffle plate 412 is positioned at the left side of the top of the second mounting seat 410 to close the left side of the first ventilation opening 150, and the third air passing opening 430 is positioned at the right side of the front of the second mounting seat 410 to communicate the third air passing opening 430 with the first ventilation opening 150 through the air outlet and inlet chamber. The air in the laundry treating tub 210 can enter the air outlet chamber from the second ventilating opening 160 through the second air passing opening 420, and the air in the air outlet chamber flows to the external environment from the opening 141 at the front side of the mounting chamber 140.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the second mounting seat 410 has a second mounting hole 414, the second mounting hole 414 is disposed opposite to the second baffle 411, the second filter is disposed on the second mounting hole 414, wherein the second baffle 411 encloses a portion of the second ventilation hole 160, and since the second mounting hole 414 is disposed opposite to the second baffle 411, the second mounting hole 414 is communicated with a portion of the first ventilation hole 150 to filter the air flowing through the first ventilation hole 150.
Specifically, in the dehumidification mode, the air in the laundry treatment tub 210 can flow from the first ventilation opening 150 to the external environment through the third ventilation opening 430, and the second filter is disposed at the second mounting opening 414, so that the second filter can filter the air flowing out of the laundry treatment tub 210 to prevent the foreign matters in the laundry treatment tub 210 from flowing from the second mounting opening 414 to the external environment.
In some optional embodiments of the present invention, the second filter forms a second filter screen, and the projection of the second filter screen on the imaginary plane where the second ventilation opening 160 is located covers a part of the second ventilation opening 160, so as to filter the air flowing through the second ventilation opening 160 sufficiently, and prevent the foreign matter from entering the air duct 220.
In some embodiments, the second ventilation opening 160 extends in the left-right direction, and the second baffle 411 closes the right half of the second ventilation opening 160, that is, the air in the installation cavity 140 enters the air duct 220 only from the left half of the second ventilation opening 160, so that the projection of the second filter on the imaginary plane where the second ventilation opening 160 is located covers the left half of the second ventilation opening 160.
In some examples, the second filter is formed in an arc shape, and two sides of the arc shape are flush with two sides of the left half portion of the second air vent 160 or flush with two sides of the left half portion of the second air vent 160, so as to cover the left half portion of the second air vent 160 in a projection of an imaginary plane where the second air vent 160 is located, thereby preventing excessive foreign matters from entering the air duct 220 from the second air vent 160 and affecting components such as a heat exchange system in the air duct 220.
In other embodiments, the second filter is formed in a shape adapted to the shape of the second mounting hole 414, and the second filter is laid at the second mounting hole 414, and is adapted to cover the left half of the second ventilation hole 160 in the projection of the imaginary plane where the second ventilation hole 160 is located, so as to fully filter the air flowing through the second ventilation hole 160, and prevent foreign matters from entering the air duct 220 and affecting the components of the heat exchange system in the air duct 220.
In some optional embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the casing 100 includes a casing 120 and a door 130, a lateral wall of the casing 120 has a laundry taking and placing opening 121, the laundry taking and placing opening 121 is communicated with an inner cavity of the laundry processing barrel 210, for example, the laundry taking and placing opening 121 may be communicated with an air outlet of the laundry processing barrel 210. The user can take or place the clothes in the clothes processing barrel 210 through the clothes taking and placing opening 121, the opening 141 is arranged below the clothes taking and placing opening 121, the user can conveniently install the first filtering device 300 or the second filtering device 400 to the installation cavity 140 from the opening 141 when taking or placing the clothes at the clothes taking and placing opening 121, and switching of the clothes processing device 1 between a clothes drying mode and a dehumidifying mode is achieved.
For example, when a user needs to dry the laundry, the laundry may be placed in the laundry treating tub 210 through the laundry taking and placing opening 121, and the first filtering device 300 may be conveniently installed in the installation cavity 140 from the opening 141 below the laundry taking and placing opening 121, so that the operation mode of the laundry treating device 1 can be adjusted to the drying mode to dry the laundry in the laundry treating tub 210.
After the laundry processing apparatus 1 performs the drying process on the laundry, when the user just needs to perform the dehumidification process on the indoor air, the laundry can be taken out from the laundry processing tub 210 through the laundry taking and putting opening 121, the first filtering device 300 is conveniently taken out from the installation cavity 140 from the opening 141 below the laundry taking and putting opening 121, and the second filtering device 400 is installed in the installation cavity 140, so that the operation mode of the laundry processing apparatus 1 can be adjusted to the dehumidification mode, so as to perform the dehumidification process on the indoor air.

Specifically, when the first filter device 300 is mounted in the mounting cavity 140, the first filter device 300 may close the opening 141 and communicate the first ventilation opening 150 and the second ventilation opening 160.
The clothes treating apparatus 1 may operate in a clothes drying mode, air in the clothes treating tub 210 may enter the installation cavity 140 from the air outlet through the first vent 150, after being filtered by the first filtering device 300, the air may flow into the air duct 220 through the second vent 160, the first vent 150 and the second vent 160 may be converted into dry hot air after being dried by the heat exchange system in the air duct 220, the dry hot air may then enter the clothes treating tub 210 from the air inlet, the dry hot air may pass through the clothes in the clothes treating tub 210, increase the humidity thereof, and then may again enter the installation cavity 140 from the air outlet through the first vent 150 and the second vent 160, and the process is repeated to dry the clothes in the clothes treating tub 210.
When the second filter 400 is mounted to the mounting chamber 140, the second filter 400 is communicated between the first ventilation opening 150 and the opening 141, and the second filter 400 is communicated between the second ventilation opening 160 and the opening 141.
The clothes treatment device 1 can operate in a dehumidification mode, air in the external environment can reach the opening 141 from the gap between the casing 120 and the door 130, enter the installation cavity 140 from the opening 141, enter the air duct 220 through the second ventilation opening 160, be dried by the heat exchange system in the air duct 220 and then be converted into dry hot air, then enter the clothes treatment barrel 210 through the air inlet, enter the installation cavity 140 from the air outlet through the first ventilation opening 150 and reach the opening 141, and flow into the external environment from the opening 141 through the gap between the casing 120 and the door 130, and the circulation is performed in this way, so that the air in the clothes treatment device 1 and the air in the external environment are exchanged, and the dehumidification treatment of the air is realized.
In some optional embodiments of the present invention, the casing 120 includes a front sealing door 122 and a front support 123, the front support 123 is connected to the rear side of the front sealing door 122, the laundry processing barrel 210 is connected to the front support 123, the front support 123 can support the laundry processing barrel 210 to realize stable rotation of the laundry processing barrel 210, which facilitates to reduce the shock generated by the laundry processing barrel 210 when rotating, and is beneficial to reduce the noise generated by the laundry processing device 1.
The mounting cavity 140 is disposed on the front support 123, the opening 141 is located on the front side of the front support 123, and the front sealing door 122 has an avoiding opening corresponding to the opening 141, so as to prevent the front sealing door 122 from shielding the opening 141, so that air in the external environment cannot enter the laundry processing tub 210 through the opening 141.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the front sealing door 122 is disposed on the front side of the housing 120, and the front sealing door 122 has an avoiding opening and a matching opening, which are spaced in the up-down direction, and the avoiding opening is disposed below the matching opening.
The avoiding opening corresponds to the installation cavity 140, the matching opening corresponds to the clothes taking and placing opening 121, the door body 130 is rotatably arranged on the front sealing door 122, and the door body 130 covers the avoiding opening and the matching opening when being in a closed state, so that the clothes taking and placing opening 121 and the installation cavity 140 are covered, the clothes treatment barrel 210 and the first filtering device 300 or the second filtering device 400 can be hidden on the inner side of the door body 130, and the clothes treatment device 1 is smooth and attractive in appearance.
In some embodiments, the rim of the relief opening is located outside the rim of mounting cavity 140, i.e., the size of the relief opening is greater than the size of mounting cavity 140. The front sealing door 122 is provided with a decorative piece, and at least one part of the decorative piece is positioned between the edge of the avoiding opening and the edge of the mounting cavity 140.
That is to say, the edge of the avoiding opening and the edge of the installation cavity 140 are arranged at intervals, when the front sealing door 122 and the front support 123 are connected in place, the front sealing door 122 covers the peripheral edge of the decoration, and at least one part of the decoration is located between the edge of the avoiding opening and the edge of the side opening 141, so that on the basis of ensuring the smooth and attractive appearance of the clothes treatment device 1, the difficulty in matching the front support 123 and the front sealing door 122 is reduced.

In some optional embodiments of the present invention, the laundry treating apparatus 1 further comprises a first detecting element, a second detecting element and a controller, the first detecting element is used for detecting the on-site state of the first filtering device 300, the first detecting element detects that the first filtering device 300 is disposed in the installation cavity 140, and the controller is adapted to control the laundry treating apparatus 1 to operate in the clothes drying mode.
The second detection part is used for detecting the in-place state of the second filtering device 400, and when the second detection part detects that the second filtering device 400 is arranged in the installation cavity 140, the controller is suitable for controlling the clothes treatment device 1 to operate in the dehumidification mode.
In some embodiments, the first detecting element and the second detecting element are used for detecting a first sensor matched with the first detecting device on the first filtering device 300, and the controller is adapted to control the laundry treating device 1 to operate in the clothes drying mode when the first detecting device detects the first sensor.
The second filter 400 is provided with a second sensor matched with the second detection means, and the controller is adapted to control the laundry treating device 1 to operate in the dehumidification mode when the second detection means detects the second sensor.
In other embodiments, the first detecting element and the second detecting element may also be a camera or other devices that can be used to distinguish the first filtering device 300 from the second filtering device 400, and adjust the operation mode of the laundry treatment apparatus 1.
An embodiment of the laundry treating apparatus 1 according to the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 8.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the laundry treating apparatus 1 includes a cabinet 100, a laundry treating tub 210, a first filtering device 300, a second filtering device 400, and an air intake grill 500.
The casing 100 includes a casing 120 and a door 130, and the door 130 is rotatably disposed on the casing 120.
The front side of the housing 120 defines a mounting cavity 140, the front side of the mounting cavity 140 has an opening 141, the upper side of the mounting cavity 140 is provided with a first ventilation opening 150, the lower side of the mounting cavity 140 is provided with a second ventilation opening 160, the housing 120 is further provided with a clothes taking and placing opening 121, and the clothes taking and placing opening 121 is arranged at the upper position of the mounting cavity 140. When the door 130 closes the laundry loading opening 121, a gap is formed between the door 130 and the casing 120 to communicate the opening 141 with the outside, and air in the outside environment can reach the opening 141 through the gap.
The laundry treatment barrel 210 is disposed in the casing 120, an air outlet is disposed at the front side of the laundry treatment barrel 210, an air duct 220 is further disposed in the casing 120, the air duct 220 is disposed below the laundry treatment barrel 210, the air outlet is communicated with the first ventilation opening 150, and air in the laundry treatment barrel 210 can enter the installation cavity 140 through the air outlet and the first ventilation opening 150. An air inlet is formed at the rear side (e.g., the bottom) of the laundry processing barrel 210, the air inlet is communicated with the rear side of the air duct 220, the second ventilation opening 160 is communicated with the front side of the air duct 220, that is, the air inlet is communicated with the second ventilation opening 160 through the air duct 220, and the air inlet is formed at the rear side of the second ventilation opening 160, so that the air in the installation cavity 140 can enter the air duct 220 from the second ventilation opening 160, and can enter the laundry processing barrel 210 through the air inlet after flowing through the air duct 220.
Wherein, the casing 120 includes a front sealing door 122 and a front support 123, the front support 123 is disposed at the rear side of the front sealing door 122, and the front support 123 is matched with the front end of the laundry treating tub 210 to support the laundry treating tub 210, thereby realizing stable rotation of the laundry treating tub 210. A mounting cavity 140 and a laundry introduction opening 121 are formed on the front support 123, and the laundry introduction opening 121 is located above the mounting cavity 140. The front sealing door 122 is provided with an avoiding opening and a matching opening, the avoiding opening corresponds to the mounting cavity 140, the matching opening corresponds to the clothes taking and placing opening 121, when the door body 130 closes the clothes taking and placing opening 121, the front sealing door 122 is matched with the door body 130, the door body 130 covers the avoiding opening and the matching opening, so that the clothes taking and placing opening 121 and the mounting cavity 140 are covered, the clothes processing barrel 210 and the first filtering device 300 or the second filtering device 400 can be hidden on the inner side of the door body 130, and the clothes processing device 1 is smooth and attractive in appearance.
In addition, there is air inlet grille 500 air outlet department, and air inlet grille 500 is located the top of first vent 150, is convenient for under the prerequisite of guaranteeing ventilation effect, can prevent moreover that foreign matter such as clothing from being drawn into in the wind channel 220.
The laundry treating apparatus 1 has at least two operation modes, namely a drying mode and a dehumidifying mode.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, when the user mounts the first filter device 300 in the mounting cavity 140, the first filter device 300 closes the opening 141, and the first filter device 300 communicates with the first ventilation opening 150 and the second ventilation opening 160.
The clothes treating apparatus 1 can operate in a clothes drying mode, air in the clothes treating tub 210 can enter the installation cavity 140 from the air outlet through the first vent 150, after being filtered by the first filtering device 300, the air flows into the air duct 220 through the second vent 160, and becomes dry hot air after being dried by the heat exchange system in the air duct 220, and enters the clothes treating tub 210 from the air inlet under the driving of the fan, and the dry hot air passes through clothes in the clothes treating tub 210, increases the humidity, and then enters the installation cavity 140 again from the air outlet through the first vent 150, and the process is circulated so as to dry the clothes in the clothes treating tub 210.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, when the user mounts the second filter 400 in the mounting chamber 140, the second filter 400 is communicated between the first ventilation opening 150 and the opening 141, and the second filter 400 closes a portion of the second ventilation opening 160.
The laundry treating apparatus 1 can be operated in a dehumidifying mode, and air in the laundry treating tub 210 can flow out from the air outlet, enter the installation cavity 140 through the first ventilation opening 150 and the opening 141, and then flow out from the opening 141 to the external environment. Under the drive of the fan, the outside air can enter the installation cavity 140 from the opening 141, after being filtered by the second filtering device, the outside air flows out of the installation cavity 140 from the second ventilation opening 160 and enters the air duct 220, the humidity is reduced after being dried by the heat exchange system, and then the outside air enters the clothes treatment barrel 210 through the air inlet, and the circulation is performed, so that the exchange between the air in the clothes treatment device 1 and the air in the outside environment is realized, and the dehumidification treatment is performed on the air in the outside environment.

Claims (14)

1. A laundry treating apparatus, comprising:
the air conditioner comprises a machine shell, a first air inlet and a second air inlet, wherein the machine shell limits a mounting cavity which is provided with an opening, the first air inlet and the second air inlet, and the opening is communicated with the outside;
the clothes treatment barrel is arranged in the machine shell and is provided with an air outlet and an air inlet, the air outlet is communicated with the first ventilation opening, and the air inlet is communicated with the second ventilation opening through an air duct;
a first filtering device and a second filtering device which can be selectively arranged in the mounting cavity,
the clothes treatment device is provided with a clothes drying mode and a dehumidifying mode, the first filtering device is arranged in the installation cavity in the clothes drying mode, the first filtering device seals the opening and is communicated with the first ventilation opening and the second ventilation opening, and the second filtering device is arranged in the installation cavity and is communicated between the first ventilation opening and the opening and between the second ventilation opening and the opening in the dehumidifying mode.
2. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first ventilation opening is located above the installation cavity and the second ventilation opening is located below the installation cavity, the opening being located at a front portion of the installation cavity.
3. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first filtering device and the second filtering device are respectively adapted to be provided to the installation cavity to be slidable from the opening.
4. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first filtering device includes:
the first mounting seat is provided with a first mounting opening;
the first filter piece is arranged at the first mounting opening;
the first baffle is arranged on one side of the first mounting seat;
wherein, under the state that first filter equipment locates the installation cavity, first baffle seals the opening.
5. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the first mounting seat and the first baffle plate define therebetween a first air passing opening disposed opposite to the first mounting opening,
wherein one of the first air passing opening and the first mounting opening is positioned at the top of the first mounting seat, and the other one of the first air passing opening and the first mounting opening is positioned at the bottom of the first mounting seat.
6. The laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the first filter member forms a first filter mesh, and a projection of the first filter mesh on an imaginary plane in which the second ventilation opening is located covers the second ventilation opening.
7. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the second filtering device includes:
the second mounting seat or the second mounting seat and the machine shell define a second air passing opening and a third air passing opening;
the second filter piece is arranged on the second mounting seat;
