It should be noted that the crawler belt device in the embodiment of the present application is used in conjunction with a vehicle with tires, and the corresponding vehicle includes a main body and the crawler belt device as above; the main body is provided with a tire 40, and the crawler belt unit is detachably connected to the tire 40.
According to the above-described embodiments of the present invention, in particular, the vehicle having the crawler travel device described above can effectively travel on a complicated road such as a deep snow or muddy road, and is less likely to cause wear on the tread of the tire 40.

Claims (10)

1. Crawler belt device mounted on a tire (40) of a vehicle, comprising:
the tire cleaning machine comprises a frame, wherein a bearing assembly (10) is arranged on the frame, and a tire (40) is placed on the bearing assembly (10);
a wheel-track connecting structure (50), wherein a first end of the wheel-track connecting structure is rotatably connected to the frame, a second end of the wheel-track connecting structure is rotatably connected to the rim of the tire (40), and the second end of the wheel-track connecting structure (50) is detachably connected with the rim of the tire (40);
the length of the wheel-track connecting structure (50) is adjustable, and the wheel-track connecting structure (50) is used for installing the tire (40) on the crawler belt walking device.

Crawler belt device according to claim 1, wherein the wheel-track connection structure (50) comprises a first housing (51), a second housing (52) and an adjustment assembly (53), the first housing (51) and the second housing (52) being arranged at a distance and being adjustably connected by the adjustment assembly (53), the adjustment assembly (53) being used to adjust the distance between the first housing (51) and the second housing (52).
3. Crawler belt device according to claim 2, characterized in that said first housing (51) is rotatably connected to said frame, said second housing (52) being removably connected to the rim of said tyre (40);
the second shell (52) is provided with a mounting disc (36), the mounting disc (36) is rotatably connected with the second shell (52), and the mounting disc (36) is fixedly connected to a rim of the tire (40).

Crawler belt device according to claim 2, characterized in that the adjustment assembly (53) comprises at least one adjustment member (531), the first end of the adjustment member (531) being connected with the first housing (51) and the second end of the adjustment member (531) being connected with the second housing (52).

Crawler belt according to claim 4, characterized in that said adjustment assembly (53) further comprises at least one elastic member (532), said elastic member (532) being arranged between said first housing (51) and said second housing (52), said adjustment members (531) being adapted to said elastic member (532) in a one-to-one correspondence.

The crawler belt device according to claim 4, wherein the adjusting member (531) is an adjusting screw, the first housing (51) is provided with a first connecting portion having a first connecting hole, the second housing (52) is provided with a second connecting portion, the second housing (52) has a second connecting hole, and the adjusting screw is simultaneously inserted through the first connecting hole and the second connecting hole;
the adjusting screw rod adjusts the distance between the first shell (51) and the second shell (52) through a matched nut; or one of the first connecting hole and the second connecting hole is a threaded connecting hole, the other one is a round hole, and one end, close to the round hole, of the adjusting screw rod is provided with a limiting structure.

Crawler belt according to claim 4, wherein the adjusting member (531) is a turn-buckle, the ends of the turn-buckle are connected to the first housing (51) and the second housing (52), respectively, and the adjusting knob in the middle of the turn-buckle is rotated to move the first housing (51) and the second housing (52) closer or farther.

Crawler belt according to claim 2, further comprising a transmission assembly (30), the driving end of the transmission assembly (30) being mounted on the rim of the tire (40) through the wheel-track connection structure (50), the driven end of the transmission assembly (30) being mounted on a track assembly (20) connected to the frame;
the first housing (51) and the second housing (52) enclose a receiving cavity, and the transmission assembly (30) is at least partially mounted in the receiving cavity.
9. Crawler belt device according to claim 8, characterized in that a mounting disc (36) is provided on the second housing (52), the mounting disc (36) being rotatably connected to the second housing (52), the mounting disc (36) being fixedly connected to a rim of the tire (40);
the driving end of the transmission assembly (30) is fixedly connected to the mounting disc (36).
10. Crawler belt device according to claim 8, wherein said transmission assembly (30) comprises a transmission, said transmission being of flexible construction;
the crawler belt walking device further comprises a tensioning mechanism (54), the tensioning mechanism (54) is arranged in the accommodating cavity, and the tensioning mechanism (54) abuts against the transmission piece;
the tensioning mechanism (54) can keep the transmission piece in a tensioned state during the adjustment of the first shell (51) and the second shell (52) through the adjusting component (53).
