Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. For example, although the present embodiment has been described with reference to the refrigerator main body in which the mounting/removal state with respect to the vehicle is realized by the rebound guide rail in combination with the pressing operation by the user, this is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and those skilled in the art may change the rebound guide rail to another mechanism having a self-locking function or the pressing operation to another operation and select a structure or a mechanism adapted thereto accordingly without departing from the principles of the present invention.
It should be noted that, in the description of the present invention, directional terms such as "front", "rear", and "rear" are all based on the front-rear direction of the vehicle after the components are mounted to the vehicle. The directional terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "inner", "outer", etc. indicate directional or positional relationships that are based on the orientation shown in the drawings, which are for convenience of description only, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and therefore should not be construed as limiting the invention. The singular forms "a", "an" and "the" may include plural forms as well.
Furthermore, it should be noted that, in the description of the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, and may be, for example, fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
Additionally, while numerous specific details are set forth in the following description in order to provide a better understanding of the invention, it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that the invention can be practiced without some of these specific details. In some cases, the working principle of the rebound guide rail, which is flexible and far from the known rebound guide rail, is not described in detail for the skilled person in order to highlight the gist of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, fig. 1 shows an assembly schematic diagram of a removable vehicle-mounted refrigerator on a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 shows an assembly schematic diagram of a removable vehicle-mounted refrigerator on a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 3 shows a structural schematic diagram of a removable vehicle-mounted refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a vehicle 100 includes a cabin space 1 for accommodating a driver and a trunk space 2 for accommodating articles, which are partitioned, and the cabin space is provided with a rear seat 11, and an article taking opening 111 is provided between two adjacent seats of the rear seat. The trunk 21 forms the aforementioned trunk space. The inside of vehicle has the installation cavity the utility model discloses in, the function of installation cavity is: the vehicle is provided with an on-vehicle refrigerator, and a refrigerator main body 4 of the on-vehicle refrigerator is accommodated in the mounting chamber. In the present embodiment, the mounting chamber includes two portions in the X direction, a forward portion (referred to as a first portion) is located inside the rear seat (not shown), and a rearward portion (referred to as a second portion 31) is configured by the mounting member 3 added to the trunk of the vehicle. The refrigerator main body comprises an object space with a refrigerating function (of course, the refrigerating function can be further refined or added with other supplementary functions and the like according to actual requirements and similar to a traditional refrigerator), for example, the side of the refrigerator main body capable of taking objects corresponds to the position of the object taking opening. Thus, the food can be taken out from the storage space in the refrigerator main body through the taking opening at the rear seat.
In one possible embodiment, a pair of rebound guide rails 41 is respectively disposed on the left and right sides of the refrigerator main body 4, and the refrigerator main body 4 is disposed at a position corresponding to the installation chamber of the vehicle through two pairs of rebound guide rails. Such as bounce guides, usually comprise two matching parts (such as male and female elements that can be said to match each other), one of which is arranged outside the refrigerator body and the other of which is arranged in the part of the installation vehicle corresponding to the installation chamber, such as in this other part: the forward portion is provided inside the rear seat, and the rearward portion is provided inside the mounting member. It will be understood that the skilled person can select the appropriate type and size among commercially available bounce guides, etc. according to the actual product requirements. Thus, when a user (such as a car owner) needs to remove the refrigerator main body from the vehicle, the user only needs to open the trunk and lightly press the refrigerator main body, so that the constraint constructed by the rebound guide rails can be released. The rebound guide rails are arranged on the two sides of the refrigerator main body, so that the refrigerator main body has good operation stability in the process of being installed in the installation cavity and in the process of being popped out from the installation cavity, for example, the refrigerator main body is smooth in operation and free of extra deformation generation.
It should be noted that after the refrigerator main body is installed in place, it should be ensured that a gap between the door body of the refrigerator main body (which opens the door body to expose the storage space to the cabin space through the article taking opening) and the front side inner wall of the installation chamber needs to be larger than a pressing space of the rebound guide rail, for example, larger than about 5 mm. Accordingly, an elastic structure, such as a compressible rubber structure, may be added to the vehicle at a position corresponding to the front inner wall of the mounting chamber along the circumferential direction, and the rubber structure may fill the gap without hindering the opening/closing operation of the door body of the refrigerator main body.
The refrigerator main body 4 includes a connector 42, such as a plug, that can be connected to a vehicle. In one possible embodiment, the connector 42 is located on the rear side of the vehicle, near the trunk, corresponding to the mounting compartment. Thus, when the in-vehicle refrigerator needs to be removed from the vehicle, the connector 42 can be easily pulled out, thereby ensuring that the refrigerator main body can be disassembled from the vehicle without interference before being pressed. Similarly, the refrigerator main body can be attached to the vehicle without interference after being mounted to the vehicle. For example, the plug connector 42 can be electrically connected with the vehicle to supply power to the refrigerator main body, and can be in communication connection with the vehicle controller of the vehicle to realize operations such as mode selection, parameter setting and the like, which can support the vehicle controller to drive the refrigeration function of the refrigerator main body, through direct setting of an interactive interface of the vehicle or through a mobile phone APP of a user associated with the vehicle, so as to realize intelligent operation, personalized customization and the like of the refrigerator main body.
Based on the structure, the step of putting the refrigerator main body into the whole vehicle is as follows: the refrigerator main body is slightly pushed forwards from the trunk area along the direction of the rebound guide rail, after the rebound guide rail is in place, self-locking is realized, and the refrigerator main body is fixed. And then the connector is connected with the whole vehicle to realize the power supply and communication functions. The user can open the door body of the refrigerator main body through the fetching opening in the middle of the two rows of seats so as to fetch corresponding food and the like. As shown in fig. 1, the direction from the right rear to the left front is the direction of taking out the refrigerator. Correspondingly, the step of taking the refrigerator main body out of the whole vehicle comprises the following steps: and pulling down the connector in the trunk area, slightly pushing the refrigerator main body forwards from the trunk area along the direction of the rebound guide rail, enabling the refrigerator to be in self-locking contact along the rebound guide rail, and popping up the refrigerator along the direction of the rebound guide rail, so that the refrigerator main body can be taken out.
In one possible embodiment, the refrigerator body 4 is provided with an adapter 43, such as an adapter cable, in order to enlarge the application field of the refrigerator body for performing its cooling function, or to try to achieve its cooling function after the refrigerator body is removed from the vehicle. For example, after the refrigerator main body is removed from the installation chamber of the vehicle, the cooling function of the in-vehicle refrigerator can be continuously provided by connecting the patch cord with a plug or the like in a non-vehicle environment.
The advantages of the removable on-board refrigerator of the present invention are described below with reference to two examples of application scenarios.
The first application scenario is: if the car owner carries out picnic like family and friends, the vehicle-mounted refrigerator is mainly used for storing food materials, but the picnic place mostly has a certain distance from the parking lot. Especially, when the food materials are too many, if the vehicle-mounted refrigerator cannot be completely removed from the vehicle, the food materials need to be taken out of the vehicle-mounted refrigerator one by one and then transferred from the parking lot to a picnic place, and the process is complicated and the freshness of the food materials is affected. Obviously, based on the utility model discloses an on-vehicle refrigerator, alright solve this problem through the mode of removing the refrigerator main part from the vehicle completely.
The second application scenario is: if the owner of the vehicle is in the north and the current winter season is colder, at the moment, the vehicle-mounted refrigerator can be completely removed from the vehicle due to the fact that the using probability of the vehicle-mounted refrigerator is low, and therefore the installation chamber corresponding to the vehicle-mounted refrigerator is released. However, during the shelf life of the in-vehicle refrigerator, there is a possibility that it is required to be used as a general refrigerator. In this way, the refrigerator main body can be ensured to play the cooling function after being removed by the electric connection between the adaptor arranged on the vehicle-mounted refrigerator and the household 220V power supply, so that the refrigerator main body can be used for being supplemented for household use.
Taking the second scenario as an example, from the perspective of the in-vehicle refrigerator, the refrigerator main body can continue its cooling function after being removed. Likewise, the released installation chamber should accordingly also serve other functions from the viewpoint of the installation chamber. In connection with the example shown in fig. 2, there may be problems when the installation chamber is used for other functions:
the first part of the installation chamber has a small structure and no other supporting structure is arranged inside the installation chamber, so that the installation chamber cannot be well utilized. If such placement is not possible: a plurality of small items are placed therein in order. In this case, structures such as a horizontal partition and/or a vertical partition may be added to the first part of the installation chamber, so that the first part of the installation chamber can be properly planned and the first part of the installation chamber can be utilized more effectively.
Since the mounting member forming the second portion of the mounting chamber has a fixed structure, the second portion of the mounting chamber cannot be completely merged with other spaces of the trunk, if such a placement cannot be achieved: certain oversized articles can only be placed in the trunk when the mounting compartment and other spaces of the trunk are fully merged, such as articles having a larger dimension in the Y-direction but a smaller dimension in the Z-direction.
In response to this, the mounting member may be modified as follows: the two side plates (left side plate and right side plate) of the mounting component for mounting the rebound guide rail are arranged to be of a bendable structure. Therefore, the left side plate is bent leftwards to the horizontal position, and the right side plate is bent rightwards to the horizontal position, so that the oversized articles with large sizes along the Y direction can be smoothly placed in the trunk. Of course, in the case of practical application to products, the requirements in terms of bonding strength and the like are needed to reasonably set the side plates to be bent and the specific manner in which the side plates are bent.
It can be seen that, in the utility model of the vehicle-mounted refrigerator, through its removable setting with respect to the vehicle, it is possible to seek to enlarge the application scene of the refrigerator main body through the realization of removal and to release the installation chamber corresponding to the refrigerator space. Through the configuration of adaptor, can seek refrigerator main part to maintain its refrigeration function (for example become the replenishment of using at home) under other application scenes. By providing the mounting member in a variable manner such as bending, the mounting chamber corresponding to the refrigerator main body can be more easily released (for example, an article having a large dimension in the Y direction can be smoothly placed in the trunk).
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Without departing from the principle of the present invention, a person skilled in the art can make equivalent changes or substitutions to the related technical features, and the technical solutions after these changes or substitutions will fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
