Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种可形变缓冲单体结构及其构成的包装纸和包装袋,包括:形变部和连接部;形变部,其形成为球冠,所述球冠的外弧面上形成有多个加强部,其能受力发生形变;连接部,其是形成在所述形变部四周,所述自形变部向外延伸;其中,所述形变部和连接部由可降解环保材料制造。本实用新型采用可降解材料制造,能避免环境污染,符合环保要求,对现有技术的气泡结构降低了生产工艺难度,提高了生产效率,并且进一步提高了气泡纸的适用性。

可形变缓冲单体结构、包装纸和包装纸袋
技术领域
本实用新型涉及包装印刷领域,特别是涉及一种包装用的可形变缓冲单体结构、包装纸和包装纸袋。
背景技术
目前市场上使用的气泡膜包装材料都是以高压聚乙烯为主要原料,再添加增白剂、开口剂等辅料,经230度左右高温挤出吸塑成气泡的产品。气泡内充满气体,通过气泡进行应力缓冲,保护产品。广泛用于电子、仪表、陶瓷、工艺品、家用电器、自车行,厨房、家具和漆品制品、玻璃制品及精密仪器等抗震性缓冲包装。可制成气泡袋、气泡牛皮纸信封袋等产品。但是生产气泡膜所用原材料都是一些不可回收降解的材料,因此也对我国的环境保护带来巨大的压力。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有缓冲作用,能降解的可形变缓冲单体结构。
相应的,本实用新型还提供了一种具有所述可形变缓冲单体结构的包装纸,一种具有所述可形变缓冲单体结构的包装纸袋。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供的可形变缓冲单体结构,包括:形变部和连接部;
形变部,其形成为球冠,所述球冠的外弧面上形成有多个加强部,其能受力发生形变;
连接部,其是形成在所述形变部四周,连接部所述自形变部向外延伸;
其中,所述形变部和连接部由可降解环保材料制造。
可选择的,进一步改进所述的可形变缓冲单体结构,所述加强部均匀的形成在所述球冠的外弧面上。
所述加强部是形成在球冠上的加强筋,例如,在指定部位(加强筋部位)使球冠的壁厚加厚。
所述加强部是形成在球冠上的凹部,凹部会使球冠壁产生折痕,折痕处球冠壁的强度必然大于球冠其他位置的强度。
其中,可降解环保材料可优选可降解的纸,以及能实现本实用新型结构的任意一种现有可降解环保材料。
可选择的,进一步改进所述的可形变缓冲单体结构,形成有至少二个所述加强部。
可选择的,进一步改进所述的可形变缓冲单体结构,所述加强部为四个。
可选择的,进一步改进所述的可形变缓冲单体结构,所述加强部为九个。
可选择的,进一步改进所述的可形变缓冲单体结构,还包括:
粘合部,其形成在所述连接部底面,其用于将可形变缓冲单体结构粘合固定于外部结构。粘合部可以是不干胶涂层。
可选择的,进一步改进所述的可形变缓冲单体结构,所述粘合部覆盖全部连接部底面。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种具有上述任意一项所述可形变缓冲单体结构的包装纸,其是由多个所述可形变缓冲单体结构的连接部彼此连接形成。
对于包装纸可形变缓冲单体结构的粘合部可以是覆盖连接部底面;粘合部也可以设置为粘合点,可选择每个可形变缓冲单体结构设置一个粘合点,也可以是多个可形变缓冲单体结构共用粘合点,原则上只要能将包装纸粘合固定在其要保护的外部结构上即可。
可选择的,进一步改进所述的可形变缓冲单体结构,各可形变缓冲单体结构的尺寸、间距和/或颜色不同。
不同尺寸的可形变缓冲单体结构能提供不同的缓冲强度,可以根据实际需求,在需要更大缓冲的位置设置大尺寸的可形变缓冲单体结构,其他位置设置相对小尺寸的可形变缓冲单体结构的。
以及,可以通过不同尺寸的可形变缓冲单体结构构成不同的图案,例如粘合保护在产品外部时,包装纸的各不同尺寸的可形变缓冲单体结构形成LOGO图案等用于展示选出的内容。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种具有上述任意一项可形变缓冲单体结构的包装纸袋,其袋体为任意一种现有包装纸袋,其内壁粘合有至少一个所述可形变缓冲单体结构。
本实用新型至少能实现以下技术效果:
1、采用可降解材料制造,能避免环境污染,符合环保要求。
2、通过粘合部本实用新型能快速固定在被保护产品上,提高适用性。
3、通过可形变缓冲单体结构进行缓冲,相对现有技术的气泡结构降低了生产工艺难度,提高了生产效率。
4、根据实际需求选择可形变缓冲单体结构的尺寸、数量、间距能调节气泡纸所能承受极限压力,根据不同的压力需求形成不同的结构,进一步提高了气泡纸的适用性。
5、包装纸通过设置可形变缓冲单体结构的尺寸、数量、间距、颜色能形成不同的图案,在形成广告、LOGO等宣传内容,提高包装纸的经济效益。

第三实施例;

第五实施例;
本实用新型提供具有上述第一实施例~第三实施例任意一项所述可形变缓冲单体结构的包装纸袋,其袋体为任意一种现有包装纸袋,其内壁粘合有至少一个所述可形变缓冲单体结构。
