It will be appreciated that the screw-on may increase the tightness of the connection between the waste bin 22 and the fixing member 21; the clamping connection can facilitate the detachment between the garbage box 22 and the fixing type part 21 and the replacement of the garbage box 22 relative to the fixing type part 21, in this embodiment, the selection of the screw connection and the clamping connection between the garbage box 22 and the fixing type part 21 is not limited, and a suitable connection mode should be selected according to the actual working condition of the cleaning assembly 2. The shape and material of the garbage box 22 are not limited in the embodiment of the present application, for example, the garbage box 22 may be a square or a trapezoid, and the garbage box 22 may be made of a transparent material, so as to observe the collection condition of the garbage inside the garbage box 22 conveniently and intuitively.
As shown in fig. 4, the spraying member 23 is used as a member for spraying the cleaning liquid in the cleaning assembly 2, and the spraying member 23 is opened with one or more liquid spraying ports 231 for spraying the cleaning liquid (such as water, detergent, etc.), so that the spraying member 23 can spray water to the roller brush or the floor through the liquid spraying ports 231 to realize the spraying function of the spraying member 23. It can be understood that, in order to prevent the spraying member 23 from being damaged due to the collision impact of the cleaning robot 1 with the external environment, the spraying member 23 may be protected by the fixing member 21, the garbage box 23, and the like.
Further, the detachable connection between the spraying member 23 and the garbage box 22 enables the spraying member 23 to be easily detached from the garbage box 22, thereby easily realizing the replacement work of the spraying member 23. In this embodiment, the detachable manner of the spraying member 23 is not limited, and the connection manner between the spraying member 23 and the garbage box 22 may include at least one of a screw connection and a clamping connection, for example, an elastic pipe clamp may be disposed on the garbage box 22, and the spraying member 23 is clamped with the elastic pipe clamp, so that the spraying member 23 is detachably connected with the elastic pipe clamp; for another example, a containing groove can be formed on the garbage box 22, and the spraying piece 23 is clamped with the wall of the containing groove; for another example, a quick-release connector may be further disposed on the garbage box 22, and the spraying member 23 is connected to the quick-release connector in a threaded or snap-fit manner, so that the spraying member 23 can be easily detached from the garbage box 22. It will be appreciated that the screwing increases the tightness of the connection between the sprinkler 23 and the waste bin 22; the clamping connection can facilitate the detachment between the spraying part 23 and the garbage box 22, and is convenient for the spraying part 23 to be replaced relative to the garbage box 22, in this embodiment, the selection of the clamping connection and the screw connection between the spraying part 23 and the garbage box 22 is not limited, and a suitable connection mode should be selected according to the actual working condition of the cleaning assembly 2.
Further, the spraying member 23 is provided to the garbage box 22 so that when the garbage box 22 is detached from the fixing member 21, the spraying member 23 can be detached together with the garbage box 22 with respect to the fixing member 21; after the garbage box 22 is detached from the fixing member 21, the spraying member 23 can be detached from the garbage box 22 due to the detachable connection between the spraying member 23 and the garbage box 22, so that the spraying member 23 can be maintained and replaced conveniently.
To sum up, this application embodiment sets up in rubbish box 22 through spraying 23 detachably to setting up rubbish box 22 detachably in solid type spare 21, so that spray 23 can be along with rubbish box 22 together for solid type spare 21 dismantlement, when rubbish box 22 drives and sprays 23 and follow solid type spare 21 and dismantle the back, can follow rubbish box 22 with spraying 23 and dismantle, be convenient for maintain and change spraying 23.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the fixing member 21 has a receiving groove 211, the garbage box 22 is detachably disposed in the receiving groove 211, and the receiving groove 211 can provide a receiving space for the garbage box 22. Further, when the trash box 22 is disposed in the accommodating groove 211, the trash box 22 abuts against a groove wall of the accommodating groove 211, and the groove wall of the accommodating groove 211 can limit the trash box 22, so that the trash box 22 is stably placed in the accommodating groove 211. It can be understood that, in some embodiments, the accommodating groove 211 is a blind groove, when the trash box 22 is disposed in the accommodating groove 211, the trash box 22 abuts against the groove wall and the groove bottom of the accommodating groove 211 under the action of gravity, the groove bottom of the accommodating groove 211 supports the trash box 22, and the groove wall of the accommodating groove 211 limits the trash box 22, so that the trash box 22 can be stably fixed in the accommodating groove 211.
Further, referring to fig. 1, in order to fix the garbage box 22 in the receiving groove 211 more stably, the cleaning assembly 2 further includes a limiting member 24, the limiting member 24 is disposed on the fixing member 21, and the limiting member 24 is used for abutting against the garbage box 22, so that the garbage box 22 can be fixed on the fixing member 21 more stably, that is, the garbage box 22 can be placed in the receiving groove 211 more stably. The abutting between the limiting member 24 and the garbage can 22 includes but is not limited to clamping, screwing, and the like, for example, the limiting member 24 may be a set screw, and the garbage can 22 is abutted by screwing the limiting member 24; for example, the limiting member 24 may be a latch, and a corresponding position on the garbage box 22 is provided with a latch, or the limiting member 24 may be a latch, and a corresponding position on the garbage box 22 is provided with a latch, and the latch abuts against the latch so that the garbage box 22 abuts against the fixing member 21. In the present embodiment, the limiting member 24 is disposed to enhance the tightness of the connection between the trash box 22 and the fixing member 21, so that the trash box 22 can be disposed in the accommodating groove 211 more stably.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, in particular, the garbage box 22 may be provided with a fixing groove 221, and the limiting member 24 may abut against a groove wall of the fixing groove 221, so as to further enhance the fixing effect of the garbage box 24 in the accommodating groove 211. The limiting member 24 includes a bending piece 241 and a torsion spring 242, the bending piece 241 has a rotation shaft 2411, the rotation shaft 2411 is rotatably connected to the fixing member 21, one end of the torsion spring 242 abuts against a groove wall of the fixing groove 221, the other end of the torsion spring 242 abuts against the bending piece 241, when the garbage box 22 is disposed in the accommodating groove 211, the torsion spring 242 is in a compression state or a tension state, and the elastic force of the torsion spring 242 makes the bending piece 241 have a tendency to rotate around the rotation shaft 2411, but because the limiting member 24 abuts against a groove wall of the fixing groove 221, that is, the bending piece 241 abuts against a groove wall of the fixing groove 211, and the groove wall of the fixing groove 221 makes the bending piece 241 unable to rotate around the rotation shaft 2411, the abutting effect between the bending piece 241 and the groove wall of the fixing groove 221 can be enhanced, so that the garbage box 22 can be more stably fixed in the accommodating groove 211.
Further, the process of placing the garbage box 22 into the accommodating groove 211 is as follows: an external force is applied to one end of the bending piece 241 far away from the rotating shaft 2411, so that a sufficient space is formed between the bending piece 241 and the groove wall of the fixing groove 221 for the garbage box 22 to be put in, then the garbage box 22 is placed in the accommodating groove 211, and the external force applied to the bending piece 241 is removed, because the torsion spring 242 is in a compressed or stretched state at this time, the bending piece 241 is abutted against the groove wall of the fixing groove 221 under the elastic force of the torsion spring 242, and the fixing effect of the garbage box 22 in the accommodating groove 221 can be further enhanced.
When the garbage can 22 is disposed in the accommodating groove 211, the limiting member 24 abuts against the wall of the fixing groove 221, and the garbage can 22 is removed from the accommodating groove 211 as follows: when the space between the bending piece 241 and the groove wall of the fixing groove 221 is enough for the garbage box 22 to pass through, the garbage box 22 can be taken out from the accommodating groove 211 by grabbing the groove wall of the accommodating groove 211 or the garbage box 22, that is, the process of detaching the garbage box 22 from the accommodating groove 211 is completed. It can be understood that the fixing groove 221 may be a blind groove or a through groove, and the fixing groove 221 not only can play a role of limiting, but also can facilitate the extraction of the garbage box 22 from the accommodating groove 21 by grabbing the groove wall of the fixing groove 221.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, it can be understood that, in order to prevent the spraying member 23 from being damaged due to collision impact between the cleaning robot 1 and the external environment, when the garbage box 22 is disposed in the accommodating groove 211, the spraying member 23 disposed on the garbage box 22 may also be disposed in the accommodating groove 211, that is, the spraying member 23 is disposed between a groove wall of the accommodating groove 211 and the garbage box 22, or the spraying member 23 is disposed between a groove bottom of the accommodating groove 211 and the garbage box 22, so as to protect the spraying member 23. Further, in order to spray the cleaning liquid sprayed by the spraying member 23 to the outside of the receiving groove 211, an avoiding port 2111 may be further formed on the groove wall or the groove bottom of the receiving groove 211, for example, when the spraying member 23 is disposed between the groove wall of the receiving groove 211 and the garbage can 22, the groove wall of the receiving groove 211 is formed with the avoiding port 2111, and the opening direction of the liquid spraying port 231 faces the avoiding port 2111, so that the cleaning liquid sprayed by the spraying member 23 is sprayed to the outside of the receiving groove 211 through the avoiding port 2111; for another example, when the spraying member 23 is disposed between the bottom of the receiving cavity 211 and the garbage box 22, the bottom of the receiving cavity 211 is opened with an avoiding opening 2111, and the opening direction of the liquid spraying opening 231 faces the avoiding opening 2111, so that the cleaning liquid sprayed by the spraying member 23 is sprayed out of the receiving cavity 211 through the avoiding opening 2111.
As shown in fig. 2, fig. 6 and fig. 7, specifically, a liquid inlet 232 is formed at one end of the spraying member 23, a first quick coupling 222 is disposed on the garbage box 22, the first quick coupling 222 is used for communicating with the liquid inlet 232, and the spraying member 23 is detachably connected to the first quick coupling 222, so that the spraying member 23 is detachably disposed on the garbage box 22. It will be appreciated that the first quick coupling 222 may be a quick coupling to facilitate the removal and attachment of the spray member 23 to the first quick coupling 222. In the embodiment of the present application, the connection relationship between the first quick connector 222 and the garbage box 22 is not limited, and may be a screw connection, an adhesive connection, a clamping connection, a welding connection, and the like, which are common in the art; the detachable connection between the spraying member 23 and the first quick coupling 222 is not limited in this embodiment, for example, the spraying member 23 may be screwed with the first quick coupling 222, and the screwing may make the connection between the spraying member 23 and the first quick coupling 222 tighter, so as to avoid the leakage of the cleaning liquid at the connection between the spraying member 23 and the first quick coupling 222. The spraying member 23 of this embodiment is connected with the first quick coupling 222 quickly, so that the spraying member 23 is detachably disposed on the first quick coupling 222, the spraying member 23 is conveniently detached from the garbage box 22, and the spraying member 23 is detachably disposed on the garbage box 22.
Referring to fig. 2 and 6, the cleaning assembly 2 further includes a fluid infusion member 25, one end of the fluid infusion member 25 is communicated with the first quick connector 222, and the other end of the fluid infusion member 25 is communicated with an external water pump, so that the cleaning liquid in the external water pump can be delivered to the spraying member 23 from the fluid infusion member 25. In the present embodiment, the material and structure of the infusion member 25 are not particularly limited, and for example, the infusion member 23 may be made of PVC (Polyvinyl chloride), PB (polybutylene), or the like, so as to reduce the overall mass of the cleaning assembly 2 and thus the cleaning robot 1 as much as possible. For example, the infusion piece 23 of the embodiment of the present application is a plastic hose, and has the advantage of being easily bent while reducing the overall mass of the cleaning assembly 2, so that the infusion piece 23 can be bent to be disposed in an idle area inside the cleaning assembly 2, and then the occupied space of the infusion piece 23 is reduced, which is beneficial to realizing miniaturization of the cleaning assembly 2.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the fixing member 21 is provided with a second quick connector 223, one end of the infusion member 25 far away from the external water pump is communicated with the first quick connector 222 through the second quick connector 223, and the second quick connector 223 is clamped with the first quick connector 222. It is understood that the second quick connector 223 may be a quick connector to facilitate the removal and connection between the administration feeding set 25 and the second quick connector 223. In this embodiment, the connection relationship between the fixing element 21 and the second quick connector 223 is not limited, and may be a bolt, a snap, an adhesive, a welding, etc. commonly used in the art. Further, the connection between the feeding member 25 and the second quick connector 223 should be sealed to avoid leakage of cleaning liquid at the connection of the feeding member 25 and the second quick connector 223. Furthermore, the projections of the first quick connector 222 and the second quick connector 223 on the fixing member 21 are overlapped, and the first quick connector 222 can be directly clamped with the second quick connector 223, so that the infusion member 25 is communicated with the first quick connector 222 through the second quick connector 223, and the cleaning liquid in the external water pump can be conveyed to the spraying member 23 through the infusion member 25 because the first quick connector 222 is communicated with the liquid inlet 232 of the spraying member 23. It can be understood that, while the first quick connector 222 and the second quick connector 223 are clamped to each other, the tightness of the clamping should be ensured to prevent the cleaning liquid from leaking at the clamped position of the first quick connector 222 and the second quick connector 223.
As shown in fig. 7, in some embodiments, the garbage box 22 is provided with one or more drainage holes 224, and the drainage holes 224 are spaced apart from each other in the garbage box 22. It will be appreciated that, when the spraying member 23 sprays the cleaning liquid to the surface to be cleaned (e.g., floor surface, wall surface, etc.), the garbage collected by the garbage box 22 may include the sewage water with the dust, dirt, etc. adsorbed thereon. When the sewage is collected in the garbage box 22, on one hand, the garbage box 22 has a heavy weight due to the excessive sewage collected by the garbage box 22, which is not beneficial to the replacement and disassembly of the garbage box 22; on the other hand, sewage assembles in rubbish box 22, breeds bacterium such as microorganism easily, consequently, sets up waterlogging caused by excessive rainfall hole 224 on rubbish box 22 and can make the interior sewage of rubbish box 22 in time discharge, and then reduces the bacterium that breeds in rubbish box 22. Further, the opening direction of the draining holes 224 is the same as the opening direction of the liquid spray ports 231, so that the draining holes 224 discharge the sewage in the same spraying direction as the spraying direction of the cleaning liquid by the spraying members 23.
In a second aspect, as shown in fig. 8, the present embodiment provides a cleaning robot 1, where the cleaning robot 1 includes a robot body 3 and a cleaning assembly 2 in any one of the above embodiments.
The robot body 3 includes a housing 31 and one or more water scooping strips 32, and the water scooping strips 32 are detachably provided to the housing 31, thereby facilitating replacement of the water scooping strips 32 by the cleaning robot 1. The solid part 21 is detachably connected with the shell 31, so that the cleaning robot 1 can conveniently replace the solid part 21, the garbage box 22 is detachably arranged on the solid part 21, the spraying part 23 is detachably arranged on the garbage box 22, and after the solid part 21 is detached from the shell, the spraying part 23 can be conveniently replaced and detached.
The solid member 21 is disposed at an interval from the water scooping portion 32, and the solid member 21 is disposed in front of the water scooping portion 32 along the traveling direction M of the cleaning robot 1. It can be understood that, when the cleaning robot 1 performs a cleaning operation, the spraying part 23 sprays the liquid onto the surface to be cleaned (such as the ground, the wall surface, etc.), during the operation of the cleaning assembly 2, a part of the liquid will remain on the surface to be cleaned, and since small particles such as dust are adsorbed in the remaining liquid, after the remaining liquid evaporates, small particles such as dust adsorbed by the remaining liquid will be deposited on the surface to be cleaned, that is, after the remaining liquid evaporates, dust will be deposited on the surface to be cleaned; during the traveling process of the cleaning robot 1, the rear suction rakes 32 can suck the residual liquid on the surface to be cleaned into the sewage tank. In some embodiments, the suction scoops 32 may also suck the cleaning liquid discharged from the drainage holes 224 into the sewage tank, thereby allowing the cleaning robot 1 to have a better cleaning effect on the surface to be cleaned.
