Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
An electric toothbrush head 100 and an electric toothbrush according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1-18.
As shown in fig. 1-3, a powered toothbrush head 100 according to an embodiment of the utility model includes: a head body 10, bristles 20, and a flexible member 30.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the brush head body 10 includes a brush rod portion 11 and a brush plate portion 12, the brush rod portion 11 includes a first end 11a and a second end 11b opposite to each other in a length direction, the brush plate portion 12 is connected to the first end 11a of the brush rod portion 11, two sides of a thickness of the brush plate portion 12 are a front side 12a and a back side 12b, respectively, the brush plate portion 12 is elastically deformable between a natural state and an elastically deformable state with respect to the brush rod portion 11, a deformable angle of the brush plate portion 12 with respect to the brush rod portion 11 is not less than 10 °, the elastically deformable state includes a first deformable state in which the brush plate portion 12 is bent and deformed toward the front side 12a with respect to the brush rod portion 11, and a second deformable state in which the brush plate portion 12 is bent and deformed toward the back side 12b with respect to the brush rod portion 11.
It should be noted that the deformable angle of the brush plate portion 12 relative to the brush rod portion 11 is not less than 10 °, which means that one end of the brush plate portion 12 is a fixed end connected to the first end 11a of the brush rod portion 11, the other end of the brush plate portion 12 is a free end, a connection line between the fixed end and the free end of the brush plate portion 12 is an initial connection line when the brush plate portion 12 is in a natural state relative to the brush rod portion 11, the connection line is an instantaneous connection line when the brush plate portion 12 is in an elastic deformation state relative to the brush rod portion 11, and an included angle between the instantaneous connection line and the initial connection line can be changed between 0 ° and X °, where X ° is not less than 10 °, for example, X ° can be 10 °, 12 °, 14 °, 16 °, 18 °, 20 °, 22 °, 24 °, 18 °, 20 °, 22 °, 24 °, 26 °, 28 °, 30 °, 32 °, 34 °, 36 °, where X ° is not less than 10 ° 38 °, 40 °, 42 °, 44 °, 45 °, and so on.
With reference to fig. 1 and 5, the second end 11b of the brush rod part 11 is suitable for connecting the brush handle of the electric toothbrush, the vibration generated by the brush handle of the electric toothbrush is transmitted to the brush board part 12 by the brush rod part 11, because the brush board part 12 can elastically deform between the natural state and the elastic deformation state relative to the brush rod part 11, and the deformable angle of the brush board part 12 relative to the brush rod part 11 is not less than 10 °, the elastic body can generate a soft vibration effect when vibrating, so that the brush board part 12 has a larger amplitude, the cleaning effect is improved without using a motor with a larger amplitude, and the problem of hand vibration caused by a motor with a large amplitude can be effectively avoided. Therefore, both cleaning force and holding experience can be considered.
Moreover, the brush plate part 12 can be elastically deformed between a natural state and an elastic deformation state relative to the brush rod part 11, and the deformable angle of the brush plate part 12 relative to the brush rod part 11 is not less than 10 degrees, so that when the reaction force of the bristles 20 on teeth reaches a threshold value, the brush plate part 12 can be elastically deformed to buffer the pressure of the bristles 20, the pressure of the brush plate part 12 on the tooth surface and the gum through the bristles 20 is reduced, and the scraping force of the bristles 20 is relatively softer.
In addition, since the brush plate portion 12 is elastically deformable between the natural state and the elastically deformed state with respect to the brush shaft portion 11, and the deformable angle of the brush plate portion 12 with respect to the brush shaft portion 11 is not less than 10 °, it is possible to make the brush plate portion 12 more fit to teeth in different areas of the same user, and to better adapt to tooth surface shapes of teeth of different users, so as to improve the cleaning effect.
The term "the plate portion 12 is bent and deformed toward the front side 12a with respect to the stem portion 11 in the first deformed state" and "the plate portion 12 is bent and deformed toward the back side 12b with respect to the stem portion 11 in the second deformed state" means that the plate portion 12 is bent and deformed in any direction toward the front side 12a with respect to the stem portion 11 in the first deformed state, and for example, both sides of the width of the plate portion 12 are left and right sides, respectively, and may be bent toward the left side of the front side of the plate portion 12, may be bent toward the right side of the front side of the plate portion 12, may be bent toward the middle of the front side of the plate portion 12, and the like, and the plate portion 12 is bent and deformed in any direction toward the back side 12b with respect to the stem portion 11 in the second deformed state, and for example, both sides of the width of the plate portion 12 are left and right sides, respectively, and may be bent toward the left side of the back side of the plate portion 12, and toward the back side of the plate portion 12, But may also be curved toward the middle of the back side of the brush plate portion 12, etc. Therefore, the mouth cleaner can be better suitable for different oral shapes and different positions in the oral cavity, and has both use comfort and cleaning thoroughness.
As shown in fig. 8, the two ends of the length of the brush 20 are a root 21 and a head 22, the root 21 of the brush 20 is directly or indirectly connected to the brush plate portion 12 (for example, the direct fixation may be the adhesive fixation, the heat fusion fixation, etc. of the brush plate portion 12 and the brush 20, or the indirect fixation may be the fixation of the brush 20 to a bracket, the bracket being fixed to the brush plate portion 12, etc.), and the head 22 of the brush 20 extends from the front side 12a of the brush plate portion 12, and may extend perpendicularly outward, or obliquely outward with a certain angle (i.e., with a certain angle to the normal of the brush plate portion 12).
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the flexible member 30 has a hardness smaller than that of the brush plate portion 12, and the flexible member 30 includes at least one of a first flexible portion 31, a second flexible portion 33, and a third flexible portion 34, wherein the first flexible portion 31 is disposed on the back side of the brush plate portion 12, the second flexible portion 33 is disposed on the peripheral side of the brush plate portion 12, and the third flexible portion 34 is disposed on the front side of the brush plate portion 12, so that the flexible member 30 can wrap at least a portion of the brush plate portion 12, and the relatively soft flexible member 30 can be used to reduce the rigid contact between the brush plate portion 12 and the oral cavity surface, or the gum surface, or the tooth surface, thereby improving the comfort level. Moreover, the relatively hard brush plate part 12 is beneficial to the fixed connection of the brush bristles 20, so that the connection reliability of the brush bristles 20 can be ensured. In addition, since the flexible member 30 is relatively soft, it does not affect the elastic deformation of the brush plate portion 12, and it is ensured that the brush plate portion 12 can be elastically deformed effectively.
As shown in fig. 1, 4 and 9, the flexible member 30 includes at least a first flexible portion 31, and the first flexible portion 31 is located on a side of the root 21 of the bristle 20 away from the head 22 and covers at least a portion of the back surface of the brush portion 12. Therefore, the first flexible portion 31 can cover at least part of the back side 12b of the brush plate portion 12 while shielding the back side of the brush 20, so that the brush 20 can be protected, the connection reliability between the brush 20 and the brush plate portion 12 can be improved, a flexible layer can be formed on the back side 12b of the brush plate portion 12, the collision of the back side 12b of the brush plate portion 12 to the oral cavity can be reduced, the use comfort of a user can be further improved, and the first flexible portion 31 can more effectively protect the surface of the oral cavity when the brush 20 is relatively greatly and reversely elastically deformed by the reaction force of the tooth surface due to the relatively large amplitude of the brush plate portion 12 in the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 9, the flexible member 30 includes at least a second flexible portion 33, and the second flexible portion 33 covers at least a portion of the circumferential side surface of the brush plate portion 12. For example, when the user turns the brush plate portion 12 from the outer tooth surface side to the inner tooth surface side or from the inner tooth surface side to the outer tooth surface side in the use of the electric toothbrush, the peripheral side of the brush plate portion 12 is likely to collide with the teeth, and for example, when the brush 20 cleans the tooth surface, the vibration of the brush plate portion 12 in the width direction thereof is likely to cause the peripheral side of the brush plate portion 12 to impact the oral cavity surface, and further, for example, when the line connecting the longitudinal line of the brush plate portion 12 and the center of each tooth surface is inclined, the peripheral side of the brush plate portion 12 is likely to impact the oral cavity surface, and the like, whereby at least part of the peripheral side surface of the brush plate portion 12 is wrapped with the relatively soft second flexible portion 33, so that the rigid contact between the peripheral side surface of the brush plate portion 12 and the oral cavity surface, the gum surface, the tooth surface, or the like can be reduced as much as possible, and the use comfort can be improved.
As shown in fig. 12-14, the flexible member 30 at least includes a third flexible portion 34, the third flexible portion 34 covers at least a portion of the front side surface of the brush plate portion 12, an avoiding hole a is formed in the third flexible portion 34, and a portion of the bristles 20 located on the front side 12a of the brush plate portion 12 passes through the avoiding hole a. Therefore, when the user uses the electric toothbrush with a large force and presses the brush plate portion 12 in the direction of the tooth surface, the brush 20 may be deformed to a large extent in contact with the tooth surface, and the front surface of the brush plate portion 12 may contact the tooth surface or the gum, so that at least a part of the front surface of the brush plate portion 12 is covered with the third flexible portion 34, which is relatively soft, thereby reducing the rigid contact between the front surface of the brush plate portion 12 and the gum surface, the tooth surface, or the like as much as possible and improving the use comfort.
The first flexible portion 31, the second flexible portion 33 and the third flexible portion 34 may be made of the same material, such as soft glue, specifically, silicone rubber, etc.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 9, the flexible member 30 includes both the first flexible portion 31 and the second flexible portion 33, so that a better flexible barrier can be formed from the back side and the peripheral side of the brush plate portion 12, resulting in better and more comprehensive protection for the oral cavity, the gingival tooth surface, and the like.
Alternatively, when the flexible member 30 includes both the first flexible portion 31 and the second flexible portion 33, the thickness of the second flexible portion 33 is smaller than that of the first flexible portion 31. Thereby, the peripheral side edge of the flexible member 30 can be narrowed, and the width of the brush plate portion 12 is relatively wide, so that the area of the region for arranging the bristles 20 on the brush plate portion 12 is larger, and the range in which the bristles 20 can be set is larger.
Illustratively, the thickness of the second flexible portion 33 is not more than 1mm, so that the distribution area of the second flexible portion 33 on the circumferential side of the brush plate portion 12 is better prevented from being too large, and the distribution of the bristles 20 is prevented from being affected.
Alternatively, when the flexible member 30 includes both the first flexible portion 31 and the second flexible portion 33, the first flexible portion 31 extends toward the peripheral side surface of the brush plate portion 12 to be connected to the second flexible portion 33. It is understood that the first flexible portion 31 extends along the length and width of the back side 12b of the brush plate portion 12, while the second flexible portion 33 surrounds the circumferential edge of the first flexible portion 31 and extends along the thickness of the brush plate portion 12, and when the first flexible portion 31 is connected to the second flexible portion 33, the back side 12b and at least a portion of the circumferential side of the brush plate portion 12 can be covered.
Therefore, on one hand, the connection stability of the flexible part 30 and the brush board part 12 can be improved, and the local tilting phenomenon of the flexible part 30 is improved; on the other hand, the flexible member 30 has a larger covering area for the brush plate portion 12, so that the rigid portion of the brush plate portion 12, including the edge rigid portion where the back surface meets the peripheral surface, can be better isolated from the gum, the mouth, the tooth surface, and the like, thereby further improving the comfort of use.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 12 and 14, the flexible member 30 includes both the second flexible portion 33 and the third flexible portion 34, so as to form a better flexible barrier from the front side and the peripheral side of the brush plate portion 12, and to form a better and more comprehensive protection for the oral cavity, the gingival tooth surface, and the like.
Alternatively, when the flexible member 30 includes both the second flexible portion 33 and the third flexible portion 34, the third flexible portion 34 extends toward the peripheral side surface of the brush plate portion 12 to be connected to the second flexible portion 33. Therefore, on one hand, the connection stability of the flexible part 30 and the brush board part 12 can be improved, and the local tilting phenomenon of the flexible part 30 is improved; on the other hand, the flexible member 30 has a larger covering area for the brush plate portion 12, and can better isolate the rigid portion of the brush plate portion 12, including the rigid portion where the front surface and the peripheral surface meet, from the gum, the mouth, the tooth surface, and the like, to further improve the comfort of use.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 12 and 14, the flexible member 30 includes both the first flexible portion 31 and the third flexible portion 34, so that a better flexible barrier can be formed from the front side and the back side of the brush plate portion 12, resulting in better and more comprehensive protection for the oral cavity, the gingival tooth surface, and the like.
Optionally, the thickness of the third flexible portion 34 is less than the thickness of the first flexible portion 31. Specifically, on the premise of ensuring the overall strength of the electric toothbrush head 100, the brush head portion of the electric toothbrush head 100 needs to have a certain thickness, in order to ensure that the brush plate portion 12 has better elasticity, the thickness of the brush plate portion 12 cannot be too thick, therefore, the rest of the thickness of the brush head portion can be compensated by the flexible member 30, if the thickness of the third flexible portion 34 located on the front side is too thick and injection molding is adopted, the third flexible portion is affected by the bristles 20 during injection molding, the uniform injection molding is not easy, and the uniformity of the overall elasticity is affected, therefore, the first flexible portion 31 on the back side is relatively thicker, most of the rest of the thickness of the brush head portion is compensated, and the first flexible portion 31 relatively thicker can form better buffer protection from the back side of the brush plate portion 12.
Exemplarily, the thickness of third flexible portion 34 is no more than 1mm to can avoid the thickness of moulding plastics of third flexible portion 34 too big, lead to the flexible glue mobility poor of moulding plastics, and then lead to the injection structure inhomogeneous, influence the holistic elasticity homogeneity's of electric toothbrush head 100 technical problem.
Optionally, the thickness of the first flexible portion 31 is greater than 1/2 of the thickness of the brush plate portion 12. In other words, the thickness of the first flexible portion 31 is half or more of the thickness of the brush plate portion 12, and on the one hand, the thickness of the brush plate portion 12 can be ensured to be low, so as to ensure the elasticity of the brush plate portion 12; on the other hand, the first flexible portion 31 at the back side 12b can be used for effective elastic compensation and stably connected to the back side 12b of the brush plate portion 12, so as to improve the overall structural strength of the power toothbrush head 100.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 12 and 14, the flexible member 30 includes three of the first flexible portion 31, the second flexible portion 33 and the third flexible portion 34, so that a better flexible barrier can be formed from the front side, the back side and the peripheral side of the brush plate portion 12, and a better and more comprehensive protection can be formed for the oral cavity, the gingival tooth surface and the like.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 15, when the flexible member 30 includes the first flexible portion 31, the second flexible portion 33, and the third flexible portion 34 at the same time, the flexible member 30 may be further configured to wrap the entire surface of the brush plate portion 12. That is, the outer side of the brush plate portion 12 is covered with the flexible member 30, the flexible member 30 is configured as a flexible sleeve having a contour substantially identical to that of the brush plate portion 12, and is injection-molded or sleeved on the brush plate portion 12, and a portion of the flexible member 30 located on the front side 12a of the brush plate portion 12 is opened with an avoiding hole a for the bristles 20 to pass through.
Therefore, on one hand, the connection between the flexible part 30 and the brush board part 12 can be improved to be more stable and reliable, and the local tilting phenomenon of the flexible part 30 can be better improved; on the other hand, the flexible member 30 covers the brush plate portion 12 in a larger area, so that the rigid portion of the brush plate portion 12, including the rigid portions such as the back surface, the peripheral surface, the front surface, and the edge of the junction between the adjacent surfaces, can be better isolated from the gum, the mouth, the tooth surface, and the like, thereby further improving the comfort of use.
In some embodiments, when flexible member 30 includes at least first flexible portion 31, as shown in fig. 15-18, groove portion 111 is formed on the back surface of brush rod portion 11, flexible member 30 further includes extension portion 32, and extension portion 32 fills groove portion 111 and is connected to first flexible portion 31, and groove portion 111 includes at least one flared portion with an increasing width in a direction from brush plate portion 12 to brush rod portion 11 to prevent extension portion 32 from separating from brush rod portion 11 when brush plate portion 12 is elastically deformed.
In other words, the brush rod portion 11 is provided with a groove portion 111 on the side on the same side as the back side 12b of the brush plate portion 12, the flexible member 30 has an extending portion 32 engaged with the groove portion 111, the groove portion 111 may include at least one flared portion (i.e., the width of the groove portion 111 gradually increases along the direction from the brush plate portion 12 to the brush rod portion 11), the flexible member 30 is provided with the extending portion 32 on the side toward the first end 11a of the brush rod portion 11 for being connected with the brush rod portion 11, and the extending portion 32 is configured to match with the groove portion 111 and fill the groove portion 111.
Like this, extension 32 and first flexible portion 31 can carry out the buffering of the reaction force of flank of tooth and to gum, the effective protection of oral cavity internal surface at dorsal side 12b of brush board portion 12 jointly, and simultaneously, when brush board portion 12 takes place to warp, carry on spacingly through the flaring section to extension 32, can avoid extension 32 to deviate from concave part 111 comparatively effectively to improve the cooperation stability of flexible piece 30 and brush head body 10, improve electric toothbrush head 100's life.
Further, when the groove portion 111 is inserted into the extending portion 32, the groove portion 111 may be in interference fit to better prevent the extending portion 32 from coming off the groove portion 111, so as to improve the stability of the flexible member 30 in cooperation with the toothbrush head body 10 and to improve the service life of the electric toothbrush head 100. Alternatively, the extended portion 32 may be injection molded in the groove portion 111, thereby simplifying the process and further improving the connection reliability.
In some alternative embodiments, first flexible portion 31 and extension portion 32 may be integrally formed, or, in other embodiments, first flexible portion 31 and extension portion 32 may be constructed as a single piece, first flexible portion 31 may be secured to back side 12b of brash section 12, extension portion 32 is secured partially to back side 12b of brash section 12, partially within grooved portion 111 or fully within grooved portion 111, and so forth.
In addition, in some embodiments, the flexible member 30 may be integrally formed as an injection-molded member and connected to the head body 10 by injection molding, so as to simplify the manufacturing process and improve the reliability of the combination of the two.
In some embodiments, the groove wall of the groove portion 111 may be configured as a curved surface, thereby facilitating the flow of the injection molding material within the groove portion 111 and improving the uniformity of injection molding.
Alternatively, the width of the groove portion 111 is gradually decreased and then gradually increased in the direction from the brush plate portion 12 to the brush bar portion 11. From this, can form to close up earlier, the form of flaring again to guarantee that the whole width of concave part 111 can be relatively even, the wide department is unlikely to too wide, and narrower department is unlikely to too narrow, thereby makes extension 32 and concave part 111 be connected more reliably, and the anticreep nature is better, is favorable to moulding plastics moreover more.
In some embodiments, the brush plate portion 12 is formed as a resilient brush plate that is bendable and twistable in itself. That is, the connecting line between the free end and the fixed end of the brush plate portion 12 can be bent, deflected, twisted, and the like, so that the brush plate portion can be better suitable for different tooth surface shapes, and the fitting cleaning effect can be improved. The brush face orientation of the brush 20 can be changed by twisting the brush plate portion 12, and when teeth are brushed by a scientific brushing method (babbit brushing method), teeth can be better brushed by twisting the brush plate portion 12, and the twist angle of the wrist can be reduced.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, at least a portion of the brush bar portion 11 has a dimension in the thickness direction of the brush bar portion 11 that is greater than the maximum thickness of the brush plate portion 12. This is advantageous in that the brush plate portion 12 is elastically deformable with respect to the brush rod portion 11. For example, the cross-sectional area of the brush bar portion 11 is gradually reduced toward the direction approaching the brush plate portion 12, so that the thickness of the brush plate portion 12 is reduced compared with the thickness of the brush bar portion 11, the elasticity of the brush plate portion 12 can be ensured, the deformation amplitude of the brush bar portion 11 in the process of being stressed is small in the process of brushing teeth, and the vibration of the motor can be more efficiently transmitted to the brush plate portion 12.
Alternatively, when the thickness of the region where the thickness of the brush shaft portion 11 is the smallest is also larger than the thickness of the brush plate portion 12, it is better to ensure that the brush plate portion 11 exerts elastic deformation, and the problem of hand shaking of the brush shaft portion 11 is better avoided.
Optionally, the cross-sectional area of the end of the brush plate portion 12 connected to the brush rod portion 11 is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the end of the brush rod portion 11 connected to the brush plate portion 12, so that the brush head body 10 forms a cross-sectional abrupt change between the brush plate portion 12 and the brush rod portion 11, that is, the brush plate portion 12 is configured to have a cross-sectional abrupt change at least in a region where the brush rod portion 11 is connected, so that the cross-sectional abrupt change is formed into an elastic connection region, through elastic deformation of the cross-sectional abrupt change, a deformable angle of the brush plate portion 12 relative to the brush rod portion 11 is not smaller than 10 °, and the cleaning effect of the electric toothbrush head 100 is effectively improved.
In some embodiments, portions of flexible member 30 are provided with abrupt cross-sectional changes to provide a smooth transition of the outer surface of powered toothbrush head 100 at the junction of the brush plate portion 12 and the brush bar portion 11, as shown in figures 10-13. Thus, on the one hand, the appearance of the electric toothbrush head 100 is smoother, the gripping comfort can be improved, the accumulation of dirt in the abrupt change of the cross section can be avoided, and the plot performance can be improved, and on the other hand, the connection stability of the brush plate part 12 and the brush rod part 11 can be improved.
In some embodiments, such as shown in FIG. 4, the brush plate portion 12 is integrally formed with the brush bar portion 11. From this, the processing of electric toothbrush head 100 is simpler, convenient, can improve machining efficiency, reduces the processing cost, and wherein, brush board portion 12 can adopt the thermoplastic elastomer material to make, can improve the elasticity of brush board portion 12.
In some embodiments, the material of the brush rod portion 11 is polystyrene (TPE material, thermoplastic elastomer). For example, when the brush bar portion 11 and the brush plate portion 12 are constructed as an integrally molded component, the brush bar portion 11 and the brush plate portion 12 may be constructed as an integrally molded component made of polystyrene, and when the brush plate portion 12 and the brush bar portion 11 are constructed as a separate component, at least the brush plate portion 12 is made of polystyrene. This ensures that the brush plate portion 12 has a high elastic deformability.
In some embodiments, such as shown in fig. 12 and 13, the brush plate portion 12 and the brush bar portion 11 are separate pieces, the head body 10 further includes a connecting portion 40, and the brush plate portion 12 and the brush bar portion 11 are connected by the connecting portion 40.
In other words, in the embodiment where the brush plate portion 12 is provided separately from the brush rod portion 11, the brush rod portion 11 is provided on the connecting portion 40, the connecting portion 40 is connected to the brush rod portion 11, the connecting portion 40 can be made elastic to improve the elasticity of the brush plate portion 12, the brush plate portion 12 is used to mount the brush bristles 20, and the brush plate portion 12 is provided separately from the brush rod portion 11, so that the assembly of the brush bristles 20 on the brush plate portion 12 is facilitated, and the assembly convenience of the electric toothbrush head 100 can be improved.
