the pressing portion is connected to the rotating portion, the rotating portion is connected to an outer side portion of an end portion of one of the first opening and closing portion and the second opening and closing portion, and the pressing portion can rotate around the rotating portion to press an outer side portion of an end portion of the other of the first opening and closing portion and the second opening and closing portion.
2. The positioning device of claim 1, further comprising a clamping portion, the first opening and closing portion comprising a first opening and closing member and a second opening and closing portion comprising a third opening and closing member,
the side part of the first opening and closing piece facing the second opening and closing piece and the side part of the third opening and closing piece facing the fourth opening are connected through the clamping part, the first opening and closing piece, the second opening and closing piece, the third opening and closing piece and the fourth opening and closing piece all comprise a first end and a second end in the extending direction,

the second end of the first opening and closing piece is hinged with the second end of the third opening and closing piece, and the second end of the second opening and closing piece is hinged with the second end of the fourth opening and closing piece.

The positioning device as set forth in claim 3, wherein said clamping portion is formed as a plate member, said clamping portion is plural in number, said plurality of clamping portions are circumferentially distributed between two of said circular plates, any one of said plurality of clamping portions is perpendicular to two of said circular plates,
both ends of any one of the clamping parts comprise a convex part which is connected between the outer side part of the pipeline and the inner side parts of the circular plates so that an annular gap is formed between the outer side part of the pipeline and the two circular plates,
the plurality of clamping parts can press the pipeline when the first opening and closing part and the second opening and closing part are in a closed state.

The positioning device as set forth in claim 2, further comprising a connecting rod, wherein the rotating portion and the pressing portion are both formed as a rod, the rotating portion is parallel to the pressing portion, a first hole portion is connected to a first end of the connecting rod, the first hole portion is sleeved on the rotating portion, and a second end of the connecting rod is connected to a first end of the pressing portion.

The positioning device according to claim 5, wherein the connecting rod is formed with an external thread, the first end of the pressing portion is connected with a second hole portion, the second hole portion is sleeved on the connecting rod, the positioning device further comprises two blocking portions, both of the two blocking portions are provided with an internal thread, both of the two blocking portions are sleeved on the connecting rod, both of the two blocking portions are respectively arranged on two sides of the hole portion, and outer side portions of the third and fourth closing members are respectively provided with a groove for being matched with the pressing portion.

The positioning device according to claim 5, further comprising a limiting mechanism formed as a rod or a plate, a first end of the limiting mechanism being connected to the first opening element or the second opening element, a second end of the limiting mechanism extending towards the pressing portion, the pressing portion being movable from a predetermined position to an extreme position,
