The mold opening process of the mold is as follows:

A mould for impeller which is characterized in that: the demolding mechanism comprises an upper die holder, an upper die assembly, a lower die holder and a demolding mechanism, wherein the upper die assembly is installed on the upper die holder, and the lower die assembly and the demolding mechanism are installed on the lower die holder;
the upper die holder includes:
an upper movable plate;
the pull rod is installed at the lower part of the upper movable plate, and the lower end of the pull rod is provided with an end head for pulling the upper die assembly to move upwards;
the inclined guide plates are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the lower part of the upper movable plate, the front edge of the lower part of each inclined guide plate is a guide inclined plane, and inclined slideways parallel to the guide inclined planes are arranged on two sides of each inclined guide plate;

the upper die plate is assembled below the upper movable plate through a guide pillar and is provided with a through hole combined with the pull rod and an upper core-pulling through hole corresponding to the inclined guide plate;

the upper core seat is positioned on the inner side of the upper sliding block, the upper core seat is provided with a guide block combined with the arc-shaped sliding groove of the upper sliding seat and an ear part positioned on the side of the sliding block, and the upper core seat moves movably along the arc-shaped sliding groove;

the lower template is fixed on the lower die base and provided with guide post holes, demolding holes and lower core-pulling through holes, and the lower core-pulling through holes correspond to the vertical positions of the inclined guide plates one by one;
the lower sliding seat is assembled on the lower template through a lower sliding channel which radially extends outwards by taking the center of the lower template as a circle center, the lower sliding seat is in one-to-one correspondence with the lower core-pulling through holes, the lower sliding seat movably moves along the lower sliding channel, the lower sliding seat is provided with a through hole corresponding to the position of the lower core-pulling through hole, the upper part of the lower sliding seat is provided with a front blocking part and a rear blocking part, and the front upper part of the lower sliding seat is provided with an arc-shaped sliding groove;
the lower sliding block is assembled in the lower slide way and movably moves along the lower slide way, the lower sliding block is positioned between the front blocking part and the rear blocking part, the lower sliding block movably moves between the front blocking part and the rear blocking part, and the lower sliding block is provided with an inclined insertion hole;
the lower core seat is positioned on the inner side of the lower sliding block, the lower core seat is provided with a guide block combined with the arc-shaped sliding groove of the lower sliding seat and an ear part positioned on the side of the sliding block, and the lower core seat moves movably along the arc-shaped sliding groove;
the lower mold core is fixed on the lower mold core seat, the front part of the lower mold core is a tooth-shaped part, and the tooth-shaped parts of all the lower mold cores are annularly surrounded to form an impeller blade-shaped upper profile;

the core pulling cylinders are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the lower die base;
the core pulling movable plate is arranged below the lower template and is driven by the core pulling cylinder to move in the vertical direction;
the core-pulling inclined guide columns are arranged on the core-pulling movable plates and correspond to the core-pulling through holes one by one, and the core-pulling inclined guide columns are inserted into the inclined insertion holes;
the demolding mechanism comprises a demolding cylinder and demolding ejector pins, the demolding ejector pins are driven by the demolding cylinder to move up and down, and the demolding ejector pins correspond to the demolding holes one by one and are inserted into the demolding holes;
the side part of the upper template is provided with a lock pin, the lock pin is arranged on the upper template in a horizontally movable mode, the lock pin is provided with a hook groove, the lower template is provided with a lock bolt extending upwards, the upper end of the lock bolt is provided with a lock hook combined with the hook groove, the upper template is provided with a locking spring, the locking spring applies elasticity for clamping the lock hook into the hook groove to the lock pin, the upper plate is provided with an unlocking bolt extending downwards, and the lower end of the unlocking bolt is provided with an unlocking end socket.
