The trimmable stamping die of claim 3, wherein the lower die trim insert includes a second side surface and a top surface, the second side surface intersecting the top surface, both the second side surface and the top surface being planar; after cutting the blank, the trimming and shaping insert continues to move downwards, and the first side surface of the trimming and shaping insert is in contact with the second side surface of the lower die trimming insert.
5. The trimmable stamping die of claim 1, wherein the lower die trimming insert is cuboid shaped;
and/or at least part of one side of the lower die trimming insert away from the positioning mechanism is not contacted with the lower die body.
6. The trimmable press die of claim 1 wherein the positioning mechanism includes a first positioning plate slidably connected to the lower die body and a second positioning plate connected to the first positioning plate for abutting an end of a blank.
7. The trimmable press die of claim 6 wherein the first locating plate and the second locating plate are perpendicular to each other;
and/or the positioning mechanism further comprises a driving part for driving the first positioning plate and the second positioning plate to move.
8. The trimmable press die of any of claims 1-7 wherein the drive mechanism is motor driven or air cylinder driven.
9. The trimmable stamping die of any one of claims 1-7, wherein the upper die is further provided with a swaging mechanism that can slide up and down along the upper die body.
10. The trimmable stamping die of claim 9, wherein the swaging mechanism includes a swaging core body slidably connected with the upper die body and a swaging core nitrogen spring fixed between the upper die body and the swaging core body.
