That is, since the washing water is introduced into the second heater mounting seat 43 through the external water path, and the second heater mounting seat 43 is relatively close to the water outlet end of the external water path, if the flow divider 44 is not provided, the water outlet amount and the water pressure of the second water outlet 433 of the second heater mounting seat 43 are greater than the water outlet amount of the first water outlet 412 of the first heater mounting seat 41, which may affect the washing effect of the spray arm assembly corresponding to the first water outlet 412 of the first heater mounting seat 41, by providing the flow divider 44 in the second heater mounting seat 43, the water in the external water path is introduced into the body of the flow divider 44 first, then flows to the heater water inlet joint 432 through the third opening 443 of the flow divider 44, then flows to the heater 42, flows to the first heater mounting seat 41 through the heater 42, and then flows into the second heater mounting seat 43 through the flow dividing hole 444, and then enters the corresponding spray arm assembly from the second heater mounting seat 43, and is divided by the flow divider 44 body into the second heater mounting seat 43, so that the water yield and water pressure of the second water outlet 433 of the second heater mounting seat 43 can be reduced, the water yield and water pressure of the second water outlet 433 are balanced with the water yield and water pressure of the first water outlet 412, and the washing effects of the two spray arm assemblies are kept consistent.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the first water inlet joint 411 is vertically disposed, the heater water inlet joint 432 is horizontally disposed, the heater 42 is horizontally disposed, the water outlet end of the heater 42 is connected to the first water inlet joint 411 through the elbow joint 421, and the water inlet end of the heater 42 is connected to the heater water inlet joint 432 through the straight pipe joint 422. Since the heater 42 is connected between the first heater mounting seat 41 and the second heater mounting seat 43, if the first water inlet joint 411 on the first heater mounting seat 41 and the heater water inlet joint 432 on the second heater mounting seat 43 are both horizontally arranged, which increases the difficulty of mounting the heater 42, in this embodiment, one of the first water inlet joint 411 and the heater water inlet joint 432 needs to be horizontally arranged, and the other one is vertically arranged, and then the vertically arranged one is connected with the heater 42 through the elbow joint 421, which facilitates the mounting of the heater 42, since the second heater mounting seat 43 is a three-way joint, the depth of the part below the base 1 is greater than that of the part below the base 1 of the first heater mounting seat 41, so only the first water inlet joint 411 is vertically arranged, meanwhile, the height difference can be reduced by horizontally arranging the heater water inlet joint 432, so that the heater 42 can be kept horizontal after being connected between the first heater mounting seat 41 and the second heater mounting seat 43, and the water pressure of water entering the first heater mounting seat 41 and the second heater mounting seat 43 is basically kept the same, thereby ensuring that the rotating speed and the water yield of the two spray arm assemblies are the same when the two spray arm assemblies work.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 6, in the present embodiment, the upper surface of the base 1 is provided with two mounting grooves 14, the mounting grooves 14 surround the first water outlet 412 and the second water outlet 433, the two spray arm bases 21 are connected in one mounting groove 14, and the first water outlet 412 and the second water outlet 433 are respectively communicated with the water inlet end of one spray arm base 21. After the spray arm bases 21 are connected with the mounting grooves 14, the water inlet end of one of the spray arm bases 21 is aligned with the first water inlet connector 411 and seals the first water inlet connector 411 in the corresponding mounting groove 14, the water inlet end of the other spray arm base 21 is aligned with the second water outlet 433, and seals the second water outlet 433 in the corresponding mounting groove 14, so that water in the first heater mounting base 41 can only enter the corresponding spray arm base 21 through the first water outlet 412, and water in the second heater mounting base 43 can only enter the corresponding spray arm base 21 through the second water outlet 433, thereby preventing the first heater mounting base 41 and the second heater mounting base 43 from leaking water and influencing the flow rate and water quantity of the water entering the corresponding spray arm base 21, and further influencing the rotating speed of the corresponding spray arm 22. When the spray arm type water heater is specifically applied, a fixing column 413 with a screw hole is arranged in the first heater mounting seat 41, a seat body 211 is arranged at one end, connected with the mounting groove 14, of the spray arm seat 21, a mounting hole 212 is formed in the seat body 211, the thickness of the seat body 211 is matched with the depth of the mounting groove 14, when the seat body 211 is mounted in the mounting groove 14, the seat body 211 is arranged at the upper end of the first water outlet 412, and the mounting hole 212 is aligned with the screw hole in the fixing column 413. That is, the seat body 211 is formed by extending the outer contour of the spray arm seat 21 outward, when the spray arm seat 21 is installed in the installation groove 14, the seat body 211 is just completely placed in the installation groove 14 and supported by the upper end of the first water outlet 412 or the second water outlet 433, the upper surface of the seat body 211 is flush with the upper surface of the base 1, the lower surface of the seat body 211 covers the first water outlet 412 or the second water outlet 433, and the seat body 211 can be fixed in the installation groove 14 by passing screws through the installation holes 212 on the seat body 211 and the screw holes on the fixing posts 413.
Referring to fig. 4 and 9, in the present embodiment, the body of the shunt 44 is further provided with a connecting component 445, one side of the connecting component 445 close to the fixing column 413 is adapted to the shape of the fixing column 413, a fixing portion with a hole is provided at the top end of the connecting component 445, the fixing portion is disposed at the top end of the fixing column 413, and when the corresponding spray arm assembly is installed in the installation groove 14, the seat body 211 is pressed onto the fixing portion and connected with the fixing column 413.
Referring to fig. 3 and 6, in the present embodiment, a rib 213 is disposed on a lower surface of the seat 211, a shape of the rib 213 is adapted to an inner shape of the first heater mounting seat 41, an avoiding position of the avoiding fixing column 413 is disposed on the rib 213, and when the seat 211 is mounted in the mounting groove 14, the rib 213 is tightly attached to an inner wall of the first heater mounting seat 41. That is, the connection firmness between the spray arm seat 21 and the mounting groove 14 can be increased, and the seat body 211 can tightly seal the first heater mounting seat 41, so as to prevent the water in the first heater mounting seat 41 from overflowing from the gap between the seat body 211 and the mounting groove 14. Similarly, the spray arm seat 21 of the spray arm assembly corresponding to the second heater mounting seat 43 also seals the second heater mounting seat 43 in the same way, so as to prevent the water in the second heater mounting seat 43 from overflowing from the gap between the seat body 211 of the corresponding spray arm assembly and the mounting groove 14.

In this embodiment, the cover plate 33 includes a cover plate body 331 and a cover plate sidewall 332 extending along a contour edge of the cover plate body 331 toward a lower surface of the cover plate body 331, and when the cover plate 33 is mounted on a portion of the connecting pipe 32 located at the bottom of the water tank 11, the cover plate sidewall 332 extends into the connecting pipe 32 and is pressed together with an inner wall of the connecting pipe 32, and the cover plate body 331 is placed on the portion of the connecting pipe 32 located at the bottom of the water tank 11 and is flush with the bottom of the water tank 11. Referring to fig. 1 to 5, in the present embodiment, the water tank 11 is disposed on one side of the upper surface of the base 1 along the length direction of the base 1, the internal water channel 2 is disposed in the middle of the upper surface of the base 1 along the length direction of the base 1, the water softener port 12 is disposed on the other side of the upper surface of the base 1, the external water channel 3 is disposed on the lower surface of the base 1 along the length direction of the base 1 and is located on the side of the water tank 11, and the heating water channel 4 is disposed on the lower surface of the base 1 along the length direction of the base 1 and is located on the side of the internal water channel 2.
In the present embodiment, the reference surface of the upper surface of the base 1 on the side where the water tank 11 is located is lower than the reference surface of the upper surface of the base 1 on the side where the internal water passage 2 is located. The water tank 11 is positioned on the lower side of the reference surface of the upper surface of the base 1, so that water in the upper surface of the base 1 can conveniently enter the water tank 11, the water circulation is convenient during washing, the water in the upper surface of the base 1 is avoided after the washing is finished, and the articles after washing and drying are prevented from being dampened

Claims (10)

1. A waterway system of a washing device, comprising:
the water softener comprises a base (1), wherein the upper surface of the base is provided with a water tank (11) and a water softener connector (12), and a filtering assembly (13) is arranged in the water tank (11);
the inner water path (2) is arranged on the upper surface of the base (1) and comprises a spraying arm seat (21) and a spraying arm (22), the spraying arm seat (21) is detachably connected to the upper surface of the base (1), the spraying arm seat (21) is provided with a water inlet end and a water outlet end, and the spraying arm (22) is rotatably connected to the upper end of the spraying arm seat (21) and is communicated with the water outlet end of the spraying arm seat (21);
the external water channel (3) comprises a water cup (31) and a connecting pipeline (32), the water cup (31) and the connecting pipeline (32) are integrally formed with the base (1) and are arranged on the lower surface of the base (1), an opening of the water cup (31) is communicated with the water tank (11), a drainage pump connector (311) and a water outlet pipe connector (312) are arranged on the water cup (31), one end of the connecting pipeline (32) is communicated with the water cup (31), the other end of the connecting pipeline (32) is provided with a washing pump connector (321), and a water outlet hole (322) and a water inlet (323) are arranged on the washing pump connector (321);
the heating water path (4) is arranged between the external water path and the internal water path and comprises a first heater mounting seat (41) and a heater (42), the first heater mounting seat (41) is arranged on the lower surface of the base (1) and is integrally formed with the base (1), and the heater (42) is connected to the first heater mounting seat (41) and is used for connecting a water inlet end of the spray arm seat (21) and a water outlet hole (322) on the washing pump joint (321) so as to heat washing water output by the external water path and then convey the heated washing water to the spray arm seat (21);
an appliance module (5) including a washing pump (51), a draining pump (52) and a main control board (53), wherein the washing pump (51) is connected to the washing pump connector (321), the draining pump (52) is connected to the draining pump connector (311), and the main control board (53) is disposed on the lower surface of the base (1) and the draining pump (52), the washing pump (51) and the heater (42) are electrically connected.

The waterway system of a washing device of claim 1, wherein the first heater mounting seat (41) is provided with a first water inlet connector (411) and a first water outlet (412), the first water outlet (412) is communicated through the upper surface of the base (1), the spray arm seat (21) is connected to the upper surface of the base (1), the water inlet end of the spray arm seat is communicated with the first water outlet (412), and the heater (42) is connected to the first water inlet connector (411) of the first heater mounting seat (41) and is used for heating the washing water output by the external waterway and then delivering the heated washing water to the spray arm seat (21).

The waterway system of washing equipment according to claim 2, wherein the heating waterway (4) further comprises a second heater mounting seat (43), the second heater mounting seat (43) is a three-way joint and comprises an external water inlet joint (431), a heater water inlet joint (432) and a second water outlet (433), the external water inlet joint (431) is communicated with the water outlet hole (322), the second water outlet (433) penetrates through the upper surface of the base (1), the heater (42) is a flow-through heater and comprises a water inlet end and a water outlet end, the water inlet end of the heater (42) is connected with the heater water inlet joint (432), the water outlet end of the heater (42) is connected with the first water inlet joint (411), the number of the spray arm seats (21) is two, the water inlet ends of the two spray arm seats (21) are respectively communicated with the first water outlet hole (412) and the second water outlet hole (433), the upper ends of the two spray arm seats (21) are respectively connected with a spray arm (22) in a rotating way.

The waterway system of a washing device according to claim 3, wherein the heating waterway (4) further includes a flow diverter (44), the flow diverter (44) is disposed in the second heater mounting seat (43), the flow diverter (44) is provided with a first opening (441) tightly attached to and hermetically connected with a bottom wall of the second heater mounting seat (43), a second opening (442) tightly attached to and hermetically connected with a side wall of the second heater mounting seat (43) provided with an external water inlet connector (431), a third opening (443) tightly attached to and hermetically connected with a side wall of the second heater mounting seat (43) provided with a heater water inlet connector (432), and a flow diversion hole (444) is disposed on an upper surface of a body of the flow diverter (44), the flow divider (44) is used for enabling the washing water output by the external water path to only enter the body of the flow divider (44), then enter the heater water inlet joint (432) through the third opening (443) and enter the second heater mounting seat (43) through the flow dividing hole (444), so as to balance the water quantity of the washing water output by the external water path entering the first heater mounting seat (41) and the second heater mounting seat (43).

The water path system of the washing device, as recited in claim 3, characterized in that the first water inlet joint (411) is vertically arranged, the heater water inlet joint (432) is horizontally arranged, the heater (42) is horizontally arranged, the water outlet end of the heater (42) is connected with the first water inlet joint (411) through an elbow joint (421), and the water inlet end of the heater (42) is connected with the heater water inlet joint (432) through a straight pipe joint (422).

The waterway system of the washing device of claim 3, wherein the upper surface of the base (1) is provided with two mounting grooves (14), the mounting grooves (14) surround the first water outlet (412) and the second water outlet (433), two spray arm bases (21) are connected in one mounting groove (14), and the first water outlet (412) and the second water outlet (433) are respectively communicated with the water inlet end of one spray arm base (21).

Waterway system of a washing device according to claim 1, wherein the external waterway (3) further includes a cover plate (33), the connecting pipe (32) is formed by a bottom of the sink (11) being downwardly concave and protruding from a lower surface of the base (1), an upper surface of the cover plate (33) is fitted to a portion of the connecting pipe (32) on the bottom of the sink (11), the cover plate (33) is connected to the bottom of the sink (11) and locates the connecting pipe (32) on the portion of the bottom of the sink (11) for allowing water on the upper surface of the base (1) to enter the cup (31) only from the sink (11).

Waterway system of a washing device, according to claim 1, wherein the base (1) has a length greater than its width, the water tank (11) is arranged on one side of the upper surface of the base (1) along the length direction of the base (1), the inner waterway (2) and the water softener interface (12) are arranged in the middle of the upper surface of the base (1) along the length direction of the base (1), the water softener interface (12) is arranged on the other side of the upper surface of the base (1), the external water channel (3) is arranged on one side of the lower surface of the base (1) along the length direction of the base (1), the heating water path (4) is arranged on the other side of the lower surface of the base (1) along the length direction of the base (1), the main control board (53) is arranged on the lower surface of the base (1) and is positioned on one side, away from the external water path (3), of the heating water path (4).
9. Waterway system of a washing device according to claim 8, wherein the reference surface of the upper surface of the base (1) on the side of the sink (11) is lower than the reference surface of the upper surface of the other side of the base (1).
