Abstract

Background
The ring main unit is a group of electric equipment which is arranged in a metal or nonmetal insulating cabinet body or is made into an assembled interval ring main power supply unit, and the core part of the ring main unit adopts a load switch and a fuse, so that the ring main unit has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, low price, capability of improving power supply parameters and performance, power supply safety and the like.
When the plug is installed in the ring main unit, a rubber installation hammer is generally used to hammer the plug into an inner cavity of a bus insulator of the ring main unit, and then the plug is fixed on the ring main unit through a bolt. However, the rubber mounting hammer is adopted to hammer the plug, so that other parts are easily damaged.

Optionally, the hinge base includes a hinge portion and a clamping portion, the hinge portion is fixedly connected with the clamping portion, and the hinge portion is hinged to the force application rod; the clamping part is provided with a clamping groove, and the clamping groove is clamped into the hoisting plate; when the extrusion head pushes the plug to move towards the inside of the mounting cavity, the groove wall of the clamping groove is abutted against the hoisting plate to limit the clamping part to be separated from the hoisting plate.
Optionally, the clamping portion includes a first connecting block, a second connecting block and an intermediate block; the middle block is positioned between the first connecting block and the second connecting block, and the clamping groove is formed in the gap between the first connecting block and the second connecting block; the first connecting block is connected with the hinge portion.
Optionally, the clamping portion is connected with the hinge portion through a fixing bolt, and the fixing bolt penetrates through the second connecting block, the middle block and the first connecting block in sequence and then is connected to the hinge portion through threads.
Optionally, a spring washer is arranged between the fixing bolt and the second connecting block.
Optionally, the force application rod comprises a hinged joint and a long extension rod; the hinged joint is hinged with the hinged part through a pin shaft, the long connecting rod is detachably connected with the hinged joint, and the extrusion head is installed on the long connecting rod.
Optionally, one end of the hinge joint close to the long connecting rod is provided with a threaded column, and one end of the long connecting rod is provided with a threaded hole for threaded connection of the threaded column along the axial direction.

The embodiment of the application discloses a frock for assembling looped netowrk cabinet end cap. The frock includes articulated seat 3, application of force pole 4 and extrusion head 5. When the tool is used, the hinged base 3 is clamped on the hoisting plate 1. The force application rod 4 is hinged on the hinge seat 3, and the extrusion head 5 is fixed on the side wall of the force application rod 4. The force application rod 4 rotates towards the installation cavity, so that the extrusion head 5 is tightly abutted to the plug 2, and the plug 2 is pushed into the installation cavity, and the installation of the plug 2 is completed. The hinge base 3 includes a hinge portion 31 and a clip portion 32. The hinge portion 31 and the clip portion 32 are connected by a fixing bolt 6. The first connecting block 321 is attached to the hinge portion 31. The fixing bolt 6 is threaded to the hinge portion 31 after passing through the second connecting block 323, the intermediate block 322, and the first connecting block 321 in this order. The fixing bolt 6 is sleeved with the spring washer 61, the spring washer 61 is located between the bolt head of the fixing bolt 6 and the second connecting block 323, and looseness of the fixing bolt 6 can be effectively prevented.
The force application rod 4 comprises a joint 41 and a long extension rod 42, and the joint 41 is hinged with the hinge 31 through a pin shaft. One end of the hinge joint 41 far away from the hinge part 31 is connected with a threaded column 411, and one end of the long connecting rod 42 is correspondingly provided with a threaded hole along the axial direction; the other end is connected with a ball head through threads, so that a person can hold the ball head to apply force to the long connecting rod 42.
The long extension rod 42 is screwed to the threaded post 411 through a threaded hole. Therefore, when the distances between the installation cavity and the hoisting plate 1 on different ring main units are different, the long extension rod 42 with different lengths can be replaced, so that the position of the extrusion head 5 on the long extension rod 42 is changed and is aligned to the plug 2. Moreover, when the distance difference between the installation cavity on different ring main units and the hoisting plate 1 is small, the long connecting rod 42 can be directly rotated through the length of the threaded column 411, so that the distance of the extrusion head 5 relative to the threaded column 411 is changed and is aligned to the installation cavity.
The extrusion head 5 is made of hard plastic material. One side of the extrusion head 5 close to the long extension rod 42 is provided with a connecting groove 51, and the groove wall of the connecting groove 51 is attached to the side wall of the long extension rod 42. The long connecting rod 42 is provided with a connecting hole 421 along a direction perpendicular to the axis thereof, and a connecting bolt 422 is mounted on the connecting hole 421. The connection bolt 422 passes through the connection hole 421 and is screwed with the extrusion head 5. When the extrusion head 5 is damaged, the extrusion head can be directly disassembled and replaced, and the device is convenient and simple.
