Another object of the present invention is to disclose a container with an anti-theft function, which is easy to open, and which can be opened by forming an upwardly bent force application portion on a partial region of a convex ring of the lid body, so that a user can easily apply force thereon to break the loop of the linear fracture pattern.

It is still another object of the present invention to disclose a container with anti-theft function, which is easy to open, and which can be easily opened and closed by a user, after the ring-shaped breaking pattern is broken to separate the middle region of the cover, the outer edge of the middle region can still be attached to the protruding ring of the box, so that the user can still cover the middle region of the cover on the box as required to keep the box warm or prevent the box from being contaminated.

To achieve the aforementioned object, a container that is easy to open and has an anti-theft function is then proposed, comprising:

a box body, the periphery of the opening is provided with a first convex ring;

the cover body is provided with a second convex ring which is used for being sleeved with the first convex ring, and the top surface of the second convex ring is provided with a circle of linear fracture pattern, wherein the circle of linear fracture pattern consists of a large section of breakable line and a small section of cutting line; and

the spacing part is arranged below a local area defined by the small section of cutting line in the top surface of the second convex ring, is positioned on the cover body or the box body and is used for enabling the local area to form an upward bending force application part;

when the cover body is normally opened, a user applies force to the force application part to break the large-section breakable line, so that a middle area is separated from the cover body; when other people perform an opening action in any area of the second convex ring of the cover body corresponding to the large breakable line to enable the upward displacement of any area to exceed a threshold value, a corresponding position of the large breakable line is broken to display that the anti-theft container is stolen.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, fig. 1 is an exploded view of a container with an anti-theft function and a convenient opening according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 2 is a schematic assembled view of the easy-to-open container of FIG. 1 with anti-tamper features; and FIG. 3 is an enlarged partial schematic view of the easy-to-open container of FIG. 2 with an anti-pilferage feature.

As shown in fig. 1, an anti-theft container 100 includes a box body 110 and a cover 120, wherein the box body 110 and the cover 120 can be made of plastic, and the box body 110 can be a transparent box body.

The opening periphery of the box body 110 has a first convex ring 111, and the first convex ring 111 has a spacing portion 111 a; the cover 120 has a second convex ring 121, the second convex ring 121 is used for being sleeved with the first convex ring 111, and a ring-shaped broken pattern 1211 is disposed on a top surface of the second convex ring 121, wherein the ring-shaped broken pattern 1211 is composed of a large breakable line 1211a and a small breakable line 1211b, and the spacer 111a is disposed below a local area defined by the small breakable line 1211b in the top surface of the second convex ring 121.

In combination, as shown in fig. 2, the second collar 121 is sleeved on the first collar 111, and since the spacing portion 111a is disposed below the partial area defined by the short cut-off line 1211b in the top surface of the second collar 121, the partial area forms an upward-bending force application portion to facilitate the diner to open the anti-theft container 100. The opening periphery of the box body 210 is provided with a first convex ring 211; the cover 220 has a second collar 221, the second collar 221 is used to be sleeved with the first collar 211, a ring-shaped breaking pattern 2211 is formed on the top surface of the second collar 221, wherein the ring-shaped breaking pattern 2211 is composed of a large breakable line 2211a and a small breakable line 2211b, and a space 2211c is formed on the lower surface of a partial area defined by the small breakable line 2211b in the top surface of the second collar 221.

The opening periphery of the box 410 has a first convex ring 411; the cover body 420 has a second convex ring 421, the second convex ring 421 is used to be sleeved with the first convex ring 411, the top surface of the second convex ring 421 is provided with a ring-shaped breaking pattern 4211, wherein the ring-shaped breaking pattern 4211 is composed of a large-section breakable line 4211a and a small-section broken line 4211b, the lower surface of a partial area defined by the small-section broken line 4211b in the top surface of the second convex ring 421 is provided with a spacing portion 4211c, and the area surrounded by the cover body 420 of the second convex ring 421 is provided with a concave tableware receiving structure 422 for receiving at least one tableware, wherein the tableware can be one or a combination of chopsticks, a spoon, a knife or a fork.

In the above description of the embodiments, the cover (120, 220, 320, 420) and the case (110, 210, 310, 410) are separated, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the cover (120, 220, 320, 420) and the case (110, 210, 310, 410) may be partially connected.

7. The easy-to-open container with anti-theft function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cover body has a tableware receiving structure in the area surrounded by the second protruding ring for receiving at least one tableware.

8. The easy-to-open anti-theft container according to claim 7, wherein said at least one utensil comprises at least one of chopsticks, spoons, knives and forks.
