Then, the distance between the first link 72 and the second link 73 is greater than or equal to the length of the first longitudinal frame 13 and the fourth longitudinal frame 814; as shown in fig. 6, pins 74 are mounted at both ends of the edge of the first link 72 and both ends of the edge of the second link 73, and the pins 74 are vertically mounted and face to opposite sides of the middle bed plate 71; the connection of the middle bed 7, the head bed 8 and the tail bed 6 is accomplished by snapping the pin 74 into the through hole device 10.
The difference between the top surface of the through hole device 10 and the top surfaces of the first vertical frame 13 and the fourth vertical frame 814 is less than or equal to the length of the pin.
The middle bed body 7 is composed of double connecting rods arranged on the middle bed plate 71; when the whole bed is connected, the front frame and the rear frame are controlled by the pin 74 on the connecting rod to fix the positions of the front frame and the rear frame; meanwhile, the middle bed plate 71 and the front and rear frames are fixedly connected by screws, and the upper and lower positions of the middle bed plate 71 and the front and rear frames are controlled. Because the connecting rods are arranged on the middle bed plate in parallel and are used for being lapped with the bed frames of the front part and the rear part; in practical use, the middle bed body 7 does not need to be additionally provided with bed legs or bed legs below the middle bed body, so that the support of the bed plate is enhanced.
The connecting rod also has certain wonderful use when the whole bed is disassembled and packed. As shown in fig. 9, the connecting rods of the middle bed plate are firstly placed on the ground with the surfaces facing upwards, and then the head bed 8 (without the back plate 84) and the tail bed 6 (without the bed plate mechanism 5) are sequentially stacked above the middle bed plate 71, because the head bed 8 is provided with the through hole devices 10, and the distance between the first connecting rod 72 and the second connecting rod 73 is just the length of the longitudinal frame, the through hole devices 10 at the two sides of the head frame 81 can be just inserted into the pins 74 on the connecting rods, so that the left and right displacement of the head bed 8 can be limited during packing, and the head bed 8 and the middle bed 7 can be well and fixedly connected. Further, the tail bed body 6 is arranged on the head bed body 8 and the middle bed body 7 which are fixedly connected; the supporting devices 2 at the two sides of the bedstead 1 (tail) are descended to be arranged at the two sides of the lower head bed body 8, so that the relative positions of the tail bed body 6 and the head bed body 8 can be limited, the middle bed body 7, the head bed body 8 and the tail bed body 6 are connected into a whole, and the conditions of left and right displacement and the like can not occur. The volume of the whole package is smaller; later in the parcel transportation way, stability is higher, can not produce and control the displacement and lead to the scattering problem of whole product in the transportation.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, at least one first through hole 131 is further formed on the upper sides of the fourth vertical frame 814 and the first vertical frame 13; second through holes 132 corresponding to the middle bed plate in number and position are formed in the middle bed plate; the middle bed 7, the head bed 8 and the tail bed 6 can be reinforced and connected by using a shaft pin or a screw through the first through hole 131 and the second through hole 132. As shown in fig. 7, further, each of the leg driving mechanism 4 and the back driving mechanism 83 includes: two slide bars 91, a turn-over bar 92, and a driving member 93; the two sliding rods 91 are respectively arranged at two ends of the turnover rod 92 and are in an H-like shape; the middle part of the sliding rod 91 protrudes towards the bed board to form an obtuse angle V shape, the head part of the sliding rod 91 is provided with a rotatable first roller 94, the middle part of the sliding rod 91 is provided with a rotatable second roller 95, and the tail part of the sliding rod 91 is hinged with the frame; the turnover rod 92 is positioned between the middle part of the sliding rod 91 and the tail part of the sliding rod 91; two ends of the driving component 93 are respectively hinged with the turning rod 92 and the frame, and the horizontal direction of the thrust of the driving component 93 is the same as the horizontal direction from the first roller 94 to the second roller 95; the horizontal direction from the first roller 94 to the second roller 95 points to the rotation axis of the turnover device driving the bed plate; the rotation axes of the first roller 94, the second roller 95, the sliding rod 91, the back plate 84, the middle bed plate, and the bed plate mechanism 5 are parallel to each other. When the bed is rotated towards the head direction of the bed, positioning parts 212 are further arranged on two sides of the middle part of the third transverse frame 811 and the fourth transverse frame 712, the positioning parts 212 are groove-shaped or L-shaped, and the openings of the positioning parts 212 are upward; when the first link 72 and the second link 73 are rotated to be horizontal to the third transverse frame 811 and the fourth transverse frame 812, the first link 72 and the second link 73 can be fixedly connected by being put into the slot-shaped opening.
