Description

本实用新型涉及一种改进的制备冷源用的压缩制冷机组。
现在使用的压缩制冷机组均用电动机传动。虽然它具有效率高,体积小,造价低的优点,但由于耗电高,使它的使用受到了限制。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种改进了的压缩制冷机组。它的特征是动力源用柴油机代替现用的电动机。
本实用新型是用如下方式实现的:其动力源与压缩制冷机2相联,特征在于动力源是柴油机1。所述柴油机1的转速与压缩制冷机2的转速相同时经联轴器3直接相联;所述柴油机1的转速与压缩制冷机2的转速不相同时,经变速箱4变速相联。
本实用新型仍保持了现在使用的压缩制冷机组效率高、体积小、造价低的优点,同时也具备了溴化锂吸收冷水机组耗电少,使用柴油,且耗油还省的优点。以1162KW/h提供空调冷量的制冷机组为例,现在使用的螺杆压缩制冷机组耗电为255KWh/h直燃式溴化锂吸收冷水机组耗电10.5KWh/h耗柴油96Kg/h。而这种柴油机传动压缩制冷机组耗电5KW.H/h耗柴油56-67Kg/h。本实用新型实施极为容易,通常人们见到水泵、空气压缩机大多用电动机传动,但在农村里我们经常可以看到柴油机传动的水泵,在建筑或筑路工地上我们经常可以看到柴油机传动的空气压缩机。因此实施本实用新型柴油机传动压缩制冷机组与水泵、空气压缩机改用柴油机传动,同样的简单方便。
现结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。
图1是本实用新型当选用的柴油机1的转速与压缩制冷机2转速相同时,经联轴器3直接相联的结构示意图;
图2是本实用新型当选用的柴油机1的转速与压缩制冷机2转速不相等时,经变速箱4变速相联的结构示意图。
实施例1:将现有的一台LG20CF螺杆式压缩制冷机2中的电动机用一台转速为2900转/分、257KW的高速车用柴油机1代替,压缩制冷机2与柴油机1经联轴器3直接相联。
实施例2:将现有的一台LG20CF螺杆式压缩制冷机2中的电动机用一台转速为1450转/分,257KW的工程机械用柴油机1代替,压缩制冷机2与柴油机1经变速比为2的变速箱4相联。

1、一种柴油机传动压缩制冷机组,动力源与压缩制冷机[2]相联,其特征在于动力源是柴油机[1];所述柴油机[1]的转速与压缩制冷机[2]的转速相同时经联轴器[3]直接相联;所述柴油机[1]的转速与压缩制冷机[2]的转速不相同时,经变速箱[4]变速相联。
