The application provides a splint type mounting bracket, include: the lamp shade 10, the lamp shade 10 is provided with an installation channel; the bracket 20 is arranged in the mounting channel and used for mounting the lamp 1; a first clamp plate 31 provided on one side of the lamp housing 10; a second clamping plate 32, which is arranged at the other side of the lampshade 10 opposite to the first clamping plate 31; the first clamping plate 31 and the second clamping plate 32 are matched and can clamp the mounting plate A so as to arrange the clamping plate type mounting frame on the mounting plate A.
Wherein, lamp shade 10 has the effect of protection and hidden lamps and lanterns 1 for lamps and lanterns 1 set up in lamp shade 10, can enough avoid lamps and lanterns 1 to expose outside easily impaired or easy displacement, can avoid the people's eye to look directly at lamps and lanterns 1 again, thereby avoid causing and use eye safety problem.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4, the installation channel in the lamp housing 10 extends along a first direction and has a certain length, so as to install a lamp 1 (such as a lamp strip, a lamp tube, etc.) having a certain length. At least one end of the installation channel in the length direction penetrates through the lampshade 10, and when the lamp 1 is installed, the lamp 1 can be placed into the lampshade 10 through the opened port.
As can be easily understood, since the lampshade 10 has an external display function, the lampshade 10 has various configurations under the influence of factors such as the use environment, the use requirement, the preset shape and the like; the configuration and size of the installation channel are influenced by the configuration of the lampshade 10, the processing precision, the light emission requirement and other factors, so that the installation channel has various configurations. Usually, lamps and lanterns 1 are for having the outsourcing of unified standard, and under some circumstances, when the installation passageway indent is protruding uneven, lamps and lanterns 1 are difficult to install, more difficult guarantee same batch of mounting bracket, and lamps and lanterns 1 are installed in unified position, and at this moment, adopt this mounting bracket to set up lamps and lanterns 1, both can influence the quality of final finished product lamp, are unfavorable for the batch production of finished product lamp again.
Therefore, the bracket 20 is arranged in the installation channel, and a uniform or relatively uniform installation position is provided for the installation of the lamp 1 through the bracket 20, which is beneficial to improving the quality of products.
Optionally, the surface of the bracket 20 for mounting the luminaire 1 is planar. At this moment, lamps and lanterns 1 can be the lamp area, and the plane of support 20 is used for contacting the lamp area to whole lamp area is paved in the installation passageway smoothly, and can not receive the influence of installation passageway inner wall radian and lead to the unsmooth, the final light-emitting effect that influences lamps and lanterns 1 of lamp area light emitting surface.
In addition, the lamp 1 is arranged on the bracket 20, and then the bracket 20 is arranged in the installation channel, which is also beneficial to the installation of the lamp 1.
Alternatively, the support 20 is made of a metallic material (e.g., aluminum). On one hand, the metal bracket 20 has large rigidity, stable structure and long service life, on the other hand, the aluminum is active metal and is easy to oxidize, and after an oxide layer is formed on the surface of the aluminum, the bracket 20 is favorable for keeping an insulating state so that the lamp 1 is electrically connected with a power supply.
Further, the bracket 20 also has a heat dissipation function. Easy understanding, the space of installation passageway is limited in the lamp shade 10, and under the state of the long-time work of lamps and lanterns 1, the installation passageway is difficult to the heat dissipation, if lamp shade 10 is in the high temperature for a long time, the material softens and easily makes lamp shade 10 warp, still can influence the life of lamp shade 10, consequently, sets up support 20 and dispels the heat, is favorable to the long-term use of mounting bracket.
The first clamping plate 31 and the second clamping plate 32 are arranged on the lampshade 10 in an opposite and spaced mode, and the space between the two clamping plates (the first clamping plate 31 or the second clamping plate 32) can be used for accommodating the mounting plate A. Moving the two clamping plates away from each other to facilitate the entry of the mounting plate a into the space; make two splint be close to each other, two splint cooperations, can press from both sides tight mounting panel A to the mounting bracket hangs the dress at mounting panel A side.
In one embodiment, the first clamping plate 31 and the second clamping plate 32 are made of flexible materials such as plastics, and at this time, the first clamping plate 31 and the second clamping plate 32 are separated from each other and close to each other depending on the elasticity of the materials, and the distance between the two clamping plates can be enlarged through the deformation of the clamping plates, so that the clamping plates can be restored, and the distance between the two clamping plates can be reduced.
In other embodiments, the two clamping plates can also be moved away from and toward each other by a mechanical drive mechanism or a manual adjustment mechanism.
Adopt the splint formula mounting bracket that this application provided, can hang dress 1 lamps and lanterns in mounting panel A's side to lamps and lanterns 1 accurately shows outline or the illumination to mounting panel A. Meanwhile, the mounting frame is arranged to be attached to the mounting plate A, so that the mounting position of the lamp 1 can be optimized, and the lamp 1 is prevented from being located outside the mounting plate A suddenly; the wiring of the lamp 1 can be optimized, and the circuit connecting wire is prevented from being exposed outside the mounting plate A, so that the attractiveness and the electricity utilization safety of the mounting plate A are prevented from being influenced; the installation mode of the lamp 1 can be simplified, and the installation space of the lamp 1 can be reduced.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, the installation channel includes a bottom wall 11, a first side wall 12, a second side wall 13, and a connecting wall, wherein the first side wall 12 and the second side wall 13 are spaced apart from each other on the bottom wall 11, and the connecting wall is opposite to the bottom wall 11 and connected to the first side wall 12 and the second side wall 13.
Depending on the requirements of light extraction, the bracket 20 may be disposed on any wall (the bottom wall 11, the first side wall 12, the second side wall 13 or the connecting wall) in the installation channel, or may be suspended in the installation channel.
The mounting state of the mount and the mounting plate a shown in fig. 1 will be described as an example.
When the upper part of the mounting plate A needs to be illuminated, an opening can be formed in the first side wall 12, and light generated by the lamp 1 during working can be irradiated to the outside through the opening; alternatively, at least a portion of the first sidewall 12 may be made of a light-transmissive material (e.g., glass, plastic), and light generated by the operation of the lamp 1 can pass through the light-transmissive material and act on the outside.
Similarly, when it is desired to illuminate the underside of the mounting board a, an opening may be provided in the second side wall 13, or at least a portion of the second side wall 13 may be made of a light-transmitting material (e.g., glass, plastic).
Similarly, when it is desired to illuminate the rear of the mounting plate a, an opening may be provided in the bottom wall 11, or at least a portion of the bottom wall 11 may be made of a light-transmissive material (e.g., glass, plastic).
Similarly, when the mounting board a needs to be illuminated, an opening may be provided on the connecting wall, or at least a part of the connecting wall may be made of a light-transmitting material (e.g., glass or plastic).
It is supplementary to need, some embodiments, mounting panel A is the glass board in the show cupboard, for the aesthetic property that improves the show cupboard, and the merchant can directly throw light on mounting panel A for light directly shoots at glass, and through the reflection of glass, refraction, makes light diffuse to in the cupboard, on the one hand, plays comprehensive illuminating effect, and on the other hand, makes the commodity of placing on the glass mounting panel more pleasing to the eye.
To this end, in one embodiment, the mounting channel includes: a bottom wall 11 for disposing the holder 20; a first side wall 12 and a second side wall 13 which are arranged on the bottom wall 11 at intervals; a light-transmitting wall 14 connecting the first side wall 12 and the second side wall 13; the light-transmitting wall 14 is located between the first clamping plate 31 and the second clamping plate 32, and when the lamp 1 works, light can penetrate through the light-transmitting wall 14 and act on the mounting plate a.
Wherein at least part of the light-transmitting wall 14 is made of a light-transmitting material. The brightness, color and illumination range of the light transmitted through the light-transmitting wall 14 can be adjusted according to the different light-transmitting materials.
Optionally, the lampshade 10 is made of a transparent material, and at this time, light can not only be directly emitted to the mounting plate a through the transparent wall 14, but also be emitted through the first side wall 12 and the second side wall 13, so that the illumination range is further expanded to meet the irradiation purpose.
It should be noted that when the material of the bracket 20 is not a light-transmitting material, the bracket 20 blocks light, so that there is no direct light on the bottom wall 11 side of the mounting bracket. Therefore, when a user observes commodities in the display cabinet on the outer side of the display cabinet, the user can not look directly at the lamp 1 by eyes, eye safety can be guaranteed, and the phenomenon that light is diffused too much to disperse the attention of the user can be avoided.
Optionally, the lamp housing 10, the first clamping plate 31 and the second clamping plate 32 are all made of light-transmitting materials. At this moment, the light generated by the operation of the lamp 1 can further penetrate the clamping plate, so that the clamping plate is prevented from affecting the overall aesthetic property of the mounting frame due to light tightness.
Optionally, the surface of the bottom wall 11, the first side wall 12, the second side wall 13 and/or the light-transmitting wall 14 is a cambered surface.
The inner wall of the installation channel is an arc surface, so that diffuse reflection light can be formed when light generated by the lamp 1 during working irradiates the surface of the wall. At this time, the cambered surface can make the light reflected in all directions. On the one hand, can increase the irradiation range of light, on the other hand, can alleviate the luminance of light, avoid light too dazzling. In addition, the diffuse reflection light can effectively illuminate the illuminated object, so that human eyes can see the illuminated object clearly.
Optionally, the surface of the bottom wall 11, the first side wall 12, the second side wall 13 and/or the light-transmitting wall 14 is rough.
At this moment, the inner wall surface of the installation channel is not smooth, and when the light generated by the work of the lamp 1 irradiates the wall surface, the light can be diffused and reflected in all directions at more angles, so that the uniformity of the light is improved.
To facilitate the installation of the bracket 20 in the installation passage and to ensure the stability of the installation of the bracket 20, in one embodiment, the bracket 20 is screwed to the lamp housing 10. For example, one of the bracket 20 and the lamp shade 10 is provided with a threaded hole, and the other is provided with a screw rod, so that the screw rod is in threaded connection with the threaded hole, and the fixed connection between the bracket 20 and the lamp shade 10 can be realized.
In another embodiment, the bracket 20 is inserted into the lamp housing 10. For example, one of the bracket 20 and the lamp housing 10 is provided with a positioning insertion hole, and the other is provided with a positioning pin, so that the positioning pin is inserted into the positioning hole, i.e. the bracket 20 and the lamp housing 10 are fixedly connected.
In another embodiment, the holder 20 is snap-fitted to the lamp housing 10.
The support 20 is provided on the bottom wall 11 as an example. Specifically, be equipped with spacing groove 15 on the diapire 11, support 20 includes: a mounting portion 21 for mounting the lamp 1; the connecting portion 22 can extend into the limiting groove 15 to facilitate the connection of the bracket 20 and the lamp shade 10.
Wherein, the limiting groove 15 extends along the first direction and has a certain length. When the bracket 20 is installed, the end of the bracket 20 is opposite to the end of the installation channel, the connecting part 22 is opposite to the limiting groove 15, the bracket 20 is pushed inwards along the first direction, the connecting part 22 moves along the limiting groove 15, and the bracket 20 continuously enters the installation channel.
Through setting up spacing groove 15 and connecting portion 22, on the one hand, can realize support 20's installation fast accurately, on the other hand, because spacing groove 15 and connecting portion 22 restrict each other for support 20 only can follow the first direction motion and can not follow other direction motions, be favorable to guaranteeing the stability of support 20 installation, and then guarantee the structural stability of mounting bracket.
Further, in order to prevent the bracket 20 from being separated from the mounting position along the other direction, which is not the first direction, the limiting groove 15 comprises a head groove 15a and a communicating groove 15b, and the communicating groove 15b communicates the head groove 15a with the mounting channel; the connecting portion 22 includes a head portion 22a and a stem portion 22b, the head portion 22a being larger than the stem portion 22b, the head portion 22a being capable of entering the head groove 15a but not entering the communication groove 15 b.
In this way, when the bracket 20 is inserted, the head portion 22a faces the head groove 15a, the bracket 20 can extend into the lampshade 10 along the first direction, and after the head portion 22a enters the head groove 15a, the rod portion 22b is located in the communicating groove 15b and is limited by the communicating groove 15b, so that the head portion 22a cannot be separated from the limiting groove 15.
Optionally, at least a portion of the outer contour of the head 22a conforms to the inner contour of the head slot 15a to facilitate alignment of the head 22a with the head slot 15a and to facilitate proper installation of the holder 20 into the lamp enclosure 10. Meanwhile, after the holder 20 enters the lamp housing 10, at least a part of the outer peripheral wall of the head 22a contacts the inner wall of the head groove 15a, so that the holder 20 is stably caught in the lamp housing 10.
Furthermore, two limiting grooves 15 are formed in the bottom wall 11, and the two limiting grooves 15 are symmetrically arranged; any limiting groove 15 comprises a head groove 15a and a communicating groove 15b, and the communicating groove 15b is communicated with the head groove 15a and the mounting channel; the bracket 20 includes two connecting portions 22, the two connecting portions 22 are symmetrically disposed, and each connecting portion 22 includes a head portion 22a and a shaft portion 22 b.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the two limiting grooves 15 are formed in the bottom wall 11, and the two connecting portions 22 are formed in the bracket 20, so that the accuracy and stability of the installation of the bracket 20 can be further ensured.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the vertical direction is the first direction, i.e. the length direction of the mounting channel, and the up-down direction is the width direction of the mounting channel. The two connecting portions 22 are arranged at intervals in the width direction of the installation channel, and the two connecting portions 22 are arranged at intervals in the width direction of the installation channel, so that the support 20 can be stably arranged in the installation channel, and the support 20 cannot be displaced or inclined even in the process of moving the lampshade 10. Simultaneously, two connecting portion 22 and two connecting portion 22 symmetry setting respectively are favorable to simplifying the structure of whole mounting bracket. Due to the symmetrical overall structure of the bracket 22, the bracket 22 can be pushed into the mounting channel when the bracket 22 is mounted such that either end of the bracket 22 is aligned with the retaining groove 15.
After the support 22 is matched with the limiting groove 15 through the connecting portion 22 and clamped with the lampshade 10, the limiting groove 15 can also pass through the supporting connecting portion 22, so that the support 22 is suspended in the installation channel, and the lamp 1 is conveniently arranged on the support 22.
Furthermore, the bottom wall 11 is further provided with a lightening slot 16, and the lightening slot 16 is positioned between the two limiting slots 15.
It should be explained that the larger the thickness of the wall of the lampshade 10, the stronger the structural strength of the position, and the less deformation; the smaller the thickness of the plate wall, the lower the structural strength of the position, and the easier it is to deform. Therefore, when the thickness of the wall of the lamp housing 10 is not uniform, the lamp housing 10 is easily deformed and damaged by the external force due to the different structural strength of each position. Especially, when the lamp cover 10 is manufactured by plastic demolding, the portion with smaller thickness will shrink and sink, and the molding of the lamp cover 10 is finally affected.
It is easy to understand that when two limiting grooves 15 are formed in the bottom wall 11, if there is no slot in the bottom wall 11 between the two limiting grooves 15, the thickness of the plate wall at the position where the limiting groove 15 is formed in the bottom wall 11 is small, and the thickness of the plate wall of the bottom wall 11 between the two limiting grooves 15 is large, so that the limiting grooves 15 are easily deformed once the force is applied to the two sides of the bottom wall 11 in the width direction.
For this purpose, a weight-reduction groove 16 is provided between the two limiting grooves 15.
The lightening grooves 16 are beneficial to balancing the thickness of the plate wall of the lampshade 10, and can also reduce the material consumption of the lampshade 10 and the mass of the lampshade 10.
Optionally, the lightening slots 16 and the limiting slots 15 extend in the first direction and penetrate through the lampshade 10.
If the bracket 20 is disposed on another wall in the installation channel, a limiting groove may be disposed on the corresponding wall to achieve the insertion connection between the bracket 20 and the lamp cover 10.
The present application is not limited to a specific mounting manner of the bracket 20.
Optionally, the light-transmitting wall 14 extends in an arc. It is easy to understand that when the light-transmitting wall 14 extends in an arc, the surface of the light-transmitting wall 14 is an arc surface, so that light can be diffusely reflected, which is beneficial to uniformity of light.
Alternatively, the first sidewall 12 extends obliquely away from the second sidewall 13 from the bottom wall 11 to the connecting wall (e.g., the light-transmitting wall 14).
Alternatively, the second side wall 13 extends obliquely away from the first side wall 12 from the bottom wall 11 to the connecting wall (e.g., the light-transmitting wall 14).
As can be easily understood, making one of the first side wall 12 and the second side wall 13 extend obliquely in a direction away from the other can make the installation channel gradually expand from the bottom wall 11 to the connecting wall, on one hand, can guide light to expand outwards, which is beneficial to expanding the illumination range; on the other hand, when the lamp 1 is arranged on the bottom wall 11 and the mounting rack is hung on one side of the mounting plate A, the gravity center of the mounting rack is deviated to one side provided with the lamp 1, and the mounting rack is easily separated from the mounting plate A under the influence of self weight; therefore, the mounting frame is far away from the lamp 1, the structure is larger, the center of gravity can be adjusted, and the stability of hanging the mounting frame is facilitated.
In a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the light-transmitting wall 14 is disposed along an arc, the first sidewall 12 inclines upward from left to right, the second sidewall 13 inclines downward from left to right, and the installation channel gradually expands from left to right, which not only facilitates installation of the lamp 1, but also facilitates heat dissipation and illumination.
Alternatively, the first clamping plate 31 is inclined toward the second clamping plate 32 from the position near the lamp housing 10 to the position far from the lamp housing 10.
Alternatively, the second clamping plate 32 is inclined toward the first clamping plate 31 from the position near the lamp housing 10 to the position far from the lamp housing 10.
As will be readily understood, having one of the first clamping plate 31 and the second clamping plate 32 extend obliquely toward the other enables the space between the two clamping plates for disposing the mounting plate a to be tapered from near the lamp casing 10 to far from the lamp casing 10. So, back between two splint are put into to mounting panel A, and two splint keep away from the front end of installation passageway can the quick contact mounting panel A, and then the tight mounting panel A of tight of mutually supporting clamp. Simultaneously, because splint slope sets up for two splint keep away from each other, so that mounting panel A gets into the spaced in-process, only need guarantee the front end of splint keep away from each other can, and need not make whole splint keep away from another splint, from this, can avoid splint to warp excessively, be favorable to the life of splint. In addition, under the state of clamping the mounting plate A, only the clamping plate is relatively close to the front end of the other clamping plate to be contacted with the mounting plate A, and under the condition of not influencing the mounting stability, because the contact area between the clamping plate and the mounting plate A is small, the mounting frame is easy to detach from the mounting plate A, so that the lamp 1 can be conveniently overhauled, maintained, replaced or transferred.
In a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the first clamping plate 31 is connected to the first side wall 12 and inclines downward from left to right, the second clamping plate 32 is connected to the second side wall 13 and inclines upward from left to right, and the two clamping plates gradually approach from left to right, which is beneficial to the stability of the whole mounting frame and is beneficial to the matching of the two clamping plates to clamp the mounting plate a.

It should be noted that the end of the clamping plate remote from the globe 10, i.e., the front end of the clamping plate as described above, moves from the front end of the clamping plate toward the globe 10 as the mounting plate a enters between the two clamping plates. When being provided with between two splint and connecting the wall (if passing through light wall 14) for mounting panel A supports to lean on and connects the wall, makes two splint be close to each other again, presss from both sides tight mounting panel A, can make mounting bracket and mounting panel A realize being connected with unified position state.
The wall thickness of the end, far away from the lampshade 10, of each clamping plate is gradually reduced from the position close to the lampshade 10 to the position far away from the lampshade 10, and the interval formed by the front ends of the two clamping plates is gradually enlarged from the position close to the installation channel to the position far away from the installation channel, so that the installation plate A is guided to enter the space between the two clamping plates. After the clamping plate clamps the mounting plate A, a gap is formed between the foremost end of the clamping plate and the mounting plate A at least, so that force is applied to the clamping plate, and the mounting frame is conveniently dismounted.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the right end of the first clamping plate 31 is gradually reduced in thickness from left to right, and the right end of the second clamping plate 32 is also gradually reduced in thickness from left to right, so that the opening end of the gap between the two clamping plates is gradually reduced from right to left to form a horn mouth, which is beneficial to the mounting frame to connect the mounting plate a.
