The trolley comprises a bottom plate, a first supporting piece, a second supporting piece and a bearing piece, wherein the first supporting piece and the second supporting piece are rotatably assembled on the bottom plate, and the bearing piece is used for bearing an external object. The first supporting piece and the second supporting piece are positioned on two opposite sides of the bottom plate, and the bearing piece is detachably assembled on the first supporting piece and the second supporting piece. The cart includes a carrying state and a folded state. Wherein, the first supporting piece comprises a first limiting piece; the second supporting piece comprises a second limiting piece, and the second limiting piece and the first limiting piece are located in the same horizontal plane. When the trolley is in a bearing state, the first supporting piece and the second supporting piece extend upwards from the surface of the bottom plate, and the bearing piece is assembled between the second limiting piece and the first limiting piece. When the handcart is in a folding state, the first support piece and the second support piece are assembled on the surface of the bottom plate in a folding mode, and the second support piece is pressed against the lower side of the first support piece. The handcart adopts a double-layer structure, the space utilization rate is high, and the transportation capacity of the handcart is improved. And the first supporting piece and the second supporting piece are arranged in a folding mode, so that the storage space can be saved, and the folding type folding device is suitable for various occasions.
The handcart is a carrying vehicle pushed and pulled by manpower, and is a common transportation tool for transporting goods in life. The trolley is widely used in production and life because of its low cost, simple maintenance, convenient operation, light weight, ability to work in places where motor vehicles are not convenient to use, and convenience in carrying lighter objects in short distance. Most of the related trolleys are not easy to fold, occupy large space and have higher transportation cost, and particularly have great limitation in use under the condition that the storage space and the transportation space are limited.
Accordingly, the present application provides a collapsible cart. The trolley of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The features of the following examples and embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic structural view of an embodiment of the trolley 1 according to the invention in a loaded state. Fig. 2 shows a schematic top view of the trolley 1 shown in fig. 1. Fig. 3 is a front view of the cart 1 shown in fig. 1. Fig. 4 shows a side view of the trolley 1 according to fig. 1. Fig. 5 shows a bottom view of the trolley 1 shown in fig. 1. Fig. 6 shows a schematic view of an embodiment of the folding position of the trolley 1 according to the invention. Fig. 7 shows a top view of the trolley 1 according to fig. 6. Fig. 8 is a front view of the cart 1 shown in fig. 6. Fig. 9 shows a side view of the trolley 1 according to fig. 6. Referring to fig. 1 to 9, the cart 1 includes a loading state and a folded state. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 5, the trolley 1 is in a loaded state. In the embodiment shown in fig. 6 to 9, the trolley 1 is in a collapsed state. In particular, the amount of the solvent to be used,
the cart 1 includes a floor 11, a first support 12 and a second support 13 rotatably assembled to the floor 11, and a carrier (not shown) for carrying an external object. The first support 12 and the second support 13 are located at opposite sides of the bottom plate 11, and the carrier is detachably assembled to the first support 12 and the second support 13. The base plate 11 serves as a carrier for supporting and/or fixing the first support 12 and the second support 13. The trolley 1 is in a loaded state and can use the space above the floor 11 for carrying or transporting objects. The trolley 1 is in a folded state to be stored, reducing the occupied space.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1-5, the trolley 1 is in a loaded state, and the first support 12 and the second support 13 are in an open state. The first support 12 and the second support 13 extend upward from the surface of the base plate 11. The first support 12 and the second support 13 may function as a support. In some embodiments, the first support 12 includes a first retaining member 121. The second support 13 includes a second stopper 131. The carrier is assembled between the second limiting member 131 and the first limiting member 121. When the carrier is assembled to the second limiting member 131 and the first limiting member 121, the carrier is located above the bottom plate 11. This arrangement provides the cart 1 with two carrying surfaces, which can carry or transport objects not only by the surface of the floor 11, but also by the carrying members. The handcart 1 has a double-layer structure, the space utilization rate is high, and the transportation capacity of the handcart 1 can be improved. In some embodiments, the carrier comprises a tray. In other embodiments, the carrier includes other components, which are not limited in this application.
In the process, the bearing member is assembled between the second limiting member 131 and the first limiting member 121, so that a user can conveniently detach the bearing object and the bearing member together, and the use is flexible. And the bearing piece is disassembled to be convenient for cleaning. The second limiting member 131 and the first limiting member 121 are arranged in the same horizontal plane, so that the surfaces of the bearing member and the bottom plate 11 are kept flat, the side turning caused by inclination in the transportation process is avoided, and the safety is improved.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 6-9, the trolley 1 is in a collapsed state, the carrier being detachable. The first support 12 and the second support 13 are in a folded state. Wherein the second support 13 is folded towards the first support 12 and the first support 12 is folded towards the second support 13. The first support 12 and the second support 13 are foldably assembled to a surface of the bottom plate 11.
In some embodiments, the width of the first support 12 is less than the width of the bearing surface 111. In some embodiments, the width of the second support member 13 is greater than the width of the carrying surface 111. When folded, the second support 13 is pressed or folded under the first support 12. When the trolley does not need to bear or transport objects, the first supporting piece 12 and the second supporting piece 13 are folded and stored, so that the occupied space of the trolley 1 is reduced, the storage space can be saved, and the trolley is suitable for various occasions.
In this embodiment the trolley 1 is intended for use in a restaurant, fast food or restaurant or the like, and the carrier may be a suitable dish or tray or a bread tray or the like. The object carried may be raw food material or processed food. In other embodiments, the bearing can be applied to other application scenarios, and the bearing can be other bearing structures. And are not limited in this application.
Wherein, the first support 12 can be a main support for a user to push and pull. When the double-layer bearing is not needed, the second supporting member 13 can be folded on the surface of the bottom plate 11, and the food or food can be carried or transported by using the surface of the bottom plate 11. The bottom plate 11 can carry or transport food materials or food with larger height and/or volume, and the use scene is more flexible.
When double-layer bearing is needed, the first support 12 and the second support 13 are both opened, and the bearing piece is assembled on the first support 12 and the second support 13. In this scenario, the cart 1 can carry or transport food materials or food not only by using the surface of the bottom plate 11, but also by using the carrier. For example, the surface of the base plate 11 may carry raw food material having a large volume and/or weight, and the carrier may carry processed food having a small volume and/or weight. Therefore, the trolley 1 is provided with two bearing surfaces, the space utilization rate above the bottom plate 11 is improved, objects of different types can be borne or transported, and the transportation capacity of the trolley 1 is improved. In addition, the bearing piece is detachably assembled, so that the bearing piece is convenient to disassemble and clean.
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the first limiting member 121 includes a first supporting surface 1211 and a first flange 1212 (shown in fig. 1) disposed at an edge of the first supporting surface 1211.
