8. The three-dimensional disposable bib of claims 1-4 wherein the bib body comprises a skin-friendly layer, a water-absorbing layer, and a leakproof bottom layer, which are sequentially stacked.

9. The three-dimensional stereo disposable bib of claim 8 wherein the water-absorbent layer comprises an outer water-absorbent layer disposed adjacent to the skin-friendly layer and a polymeric water-absorbent layer disposed adjacent to the leak-proof backsheet.
