Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present disclosure is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration and explanation only and are not intended to limit the present disclosure.
In the present disclosure, unless otherwise stated, the use of the directional words such as "up and down" refers to the up and down defined when the wire harness snap is fixed with the bottom surface of the snap seat facing down, and specifically refers to the up and down in the paper direction shown in fig. 6. Terms such as "first" and "second" are used merely to distinguish one element from another, and are not sequential or significant. Additionally, the directional terms used above are used merely to facilitate describing the disclosure and to simplify the description, and are not intended to indicate or imply that the referenced device or element must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and should not be construed as limiting the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present disclosure provides a wire harness buckle, including a first adjusting member 1, a second adjusting member 2, and a movable member 3, where the first adjusting member 1 and the second adjusting member 2 are disposed relatively, the movable member 3 is movably disposed between the first adjusting member 1 and the second adjusting member 2, the first adjusting member 1 includes a first constraint portion 11 and a first magnetic attraction portion 12, the second adjusting member 2 includes a second constraint portion 21 and a second magnetic attraction portion 22, the first constraint portion 11 and the second constraint portion 21 jointly form a constraint space 9 for constraining a wire harness, the first magnetic attraction portion 12 and the second magnetic attraction portion 22 are configured to be capable of attracting each other, so that the first adjusting member 1 and the second adjusting member 2 are close to each other, and a first through groove 4 for the movable member 3 to pass through is formed on the first magnetic attraction portion 12 and the second magnetic attraction portion 22. The wiring harness buckle has a constraint state and a release state, and in the constraint state, two ends of the movable piece 3 penetrate through the first through groove 4, so that the first constraint part 11 and the second constraint part 21 can lean against each other and constrain the wiring harness; in the release state, the two ends of the moving element 3 are pulled out from the first through slot 4, and the moving element 3 is clamped between the first magnetic attraction portion 12 and the second magnetic attraction portion 22.
Through above-mentioned technical scheme, because this first regulating part 1 and the second regulating part 2 of disclosure can be close to each other under the magnetic attraction effect of the mutual attraction of first magnetism portion 12 and second magnetism portion 22, when first magnetism portion 12 and second magnetism portion 22 attract each other, first restraint portion 11 and the restraint portion 21 of second can be close to each other in order to realize the restraint to the pencil. When needs dismouting pencil buckle, can make first magnetism portion 12 and second magnetism portion 22 of inhaling keep away from each other under the effect of external force to make first about portion 11 and the about portion 21 of second keep away from each other, the pencil can be followed and is dismantled between first about portion 11 and the about portion 21 of second, the pencil buckle is not fragile at the dismouting in-process, can improve the life of pencil buckle, makes the pencil buckle can use repeatedly.
In addition, this disclosed pencil buckle still is provided with moving part 3, and when needs dismouting pencil buckle, first magnetism portion 12 and second magnetism portion 22 are inhaled and are kept away from each other under the effect of external force, can be through making moving part 3 move and deviate from first logical groove 4 this moment, and the centre gripping is between first magnetism portion 12 and second magnetism portion 22 of inhaling, and moving part 3 can prevent first magnetism portion 12 and second magnetism portion 22 of inhaling and be close to each other to the user dismouting pencil buckle of being convenient for. When the wire harness needs to be buckled and restrained, the movable element 3 can move and pass through the first through groove 4, and at the moment, the movable element 3 cannot block the first magnetic suction part 12 and the second magnetic suction part 22 from approaching each other.
The first magnetic attraction portion 12 and the second magnetic attraction portion 22 may be magnetized and have magnetism, or may be provided with a magnet, which is not limited in the present disclosure.
Here, the movable member 3 can be moved in various ways. In one embodiment, the position of the movable member 3 can be manually adjusted, that is, the position of the movable member 3 is manually adjusted, when the first adjusting member 1 and the second adjusting member 2 need to reach the constraint state, the two ends of the movable member 3 are manually inserted into the first through groove 4, so that the first adjusting member 1 and the second adjusting member 2 approach each other by means of the magnetic attraction force of the first magnetic attraction portion 12 and the second magnetic attraction portion 22 until the wire harness buckle reaches the constraint state; when needs make first regulating part 1 and second regulating part 2 reach the release state, make first regulating part 1 and second regulating part 2 separate under the effect of external force to adjust moving part 3 to support and push up between first regulating part 1 and second regulating part 2, make the pencil buckle reach the release state.

In the above embodiment, the movable member 3 can be automatically reset. Specifically, because the elastic component 5 makes the moving part 3 have the tendency of moving to the constraint space 9, when the first magnetic attraction part 12 and the second magnetic attraction part 22 are separated under the action of the external force, the moving part 3 can automatically disengage from the first through groove 4 and move toward the constraint space 9 under the action of the elastic force of the elastic component 5, so as to abut against between the first adjusting component 1 and the second adjusting component 2, so that the first adjusting component 1 and the second adjusting component 2 are kept in the release state, and the position of the moving part 3 does not need to be manually adjusted. In addition, because in the release state, the abutting rod 31 is at least partially positioned in the constraint space 9, after the wire harness is placed, the wire harness pushes the abutting rod 31 downwards, so that the moving part 3 can overcome the elastic force of the elastic part 5 and move into the first through groove 4, and further the moving part 3 can not block the first adjusting part 1 and the second adjusting part 2 from approaching each other, so that the wire harness buckle can be in the constraint state.

The above embodiment includes a supporting member 6, the supporting member 6 can be used to provide a stressed support for the elastic member 5, and the supporting member 6 is installed in the wire harness buckle through the second through groove 7, so as to enhance the integrity and structural stability of the wire harness buckle. The length of the support piece 6 is greater than that of the moving piece, so that the continuity of the working state of the support piece 6 is ensured, and when the moving piece 3 is separated from the first through groove 4, the support piece 6 can still be positioned in the second through groove 7 to provide supporting force for the elastic piece 5.
Further, when the elastic member 5 is a spring, a guide rod may be provided on the support member 6, one end of which is fixed to the support member 6 and serves as a guide for the spring.
