1. An interposer for connecting a pole ear (22) and a pole assembly (30), the interposer comprising:
a tab connection part (41), wherein the tab connection part (41) is used for being connected with the tab part (22);
the pole connecting part (42), the pole connecting part (42) is used for being connected with the pole assembly (30);
switching portion (43), the both ends of switching portion (43) are connected respectively utmost point ear connecting portion (41) with utmost point post connecting portion (42), utmost point ear connecting portion (41) are in orthographic projection on utmost point post connecting portion (42) place plane at least partially with utmost point post connecting portion (42) coincide mutually.
2. An adaptor plate according to claim 1, characterised in that the tab connection portion (41) and the pole connection portion (42) extend towards the same side of the adaptor portion (43).
3. The interposer as recited in claim 1 or 2, wherein an angle between the tab connection portion (41) and the interposer portion (43) is a, a being 90 ° or more and 180 ° or less.
4. The interposer as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the tab connection (41) is parallel to the pole connection (42).
5. An adaptor plate according to claim 4, characterised in that the pole connecting portion (42) is perpendicular to the adaptor portion (43).

7. The interposer as claimed in one of claims 1, 2 or 6, wherein a first indentation for bending is provided between the tab connection (41) and the transition (43) and/or a second indentation for bending is provided between the post connection (42) and the transition (43).
8. A battery comprising the interposer of any one of claims 1-7.
9. The battery of claim 8, further comprising:
a housing (10);
the battery cell (20), the battery cell (20) is arranged in the shell (10), the battery cell (20) comprises a battery cell main body (21) and a tab part (22), and the tab part (22) is connected with the tab connecting part (41);
the terminal post assembly (30), the terminal post assembly (30) is arranged on the shell (10), and the terminal post assembly (30) is connected with the terminal post connecting part (42).
10. The battery according to claim 9, wherein a large surface of the adaptor portion (43) faces an end of the cell main body (21) having the tab portion (22).
11. The battery according to claim 10, characterized in that the tab connection portion (41) and the pole connection portion (42) extend towards the adapter portion (43) on the side facing away from the cell body (21).

The battery according to claim 10 or 11, wherein the tab portion (22) extends from the cell main body (21) in a first direction, and a width dimension of the tab connecting portion (41) in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction is greater than 1/3 of the width dimension of the tab portion (22).
13. The battery according to claim 10 or 11, characterized in that the distance between the tab connection part (41) and the pole connection part (42) is not greater than 1/2 of the thickness of the cell body (21).

The battery according to any one of claims 9 to 11, wherein the pole connecting portion (42) is welded to the pole assembly (30), and after the pole connecting portion (42) is welded to the pole assembly (30), the pole connecting portion is bent to form the adapter portion (43) and the tab connecting portion (41), so that an avoiding space (44) is formed between the tab connecting portion (41) and the pole connecting portion (42);
wherein the tab portion (22) is welded to the tab connecting portion (41).
16. The battery of claim 15, wherein an end of the tab portion (22) is located within the relief space (44).
17. A battery comprising the cell of any one of claims 8 to 16.
