It should be understood that the structures, ratios, sizes, and the like shown in the drawings and described in the specification are only used for matching with the disclosure of the specification, so as to be understood and read by those skilled in the art, and are not used to limit the conditions under which the present invention can be implemented, so that the present invention has no technical significance, and any structural modification, ratio relationship change, or size adjustment should still fall within the scope of the present invention without affecting the efficacy and the achievable purpose of the present invention. In addition, the terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "middle" and "one" used in the present specification are for clarity of description, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and the relative relationship between the terms and the terms is not to be construed as a scope of the present invention.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a folding board 100, primarily for folding packaging and wrapping bottles and fragile goods and other tubular or cylindrical goods, wherein:
the folding plate 100 is provided with a plurality of folding lines 3 for folding the folding plate 100;
folded along the fold line 3, the folding plate 100 forming an octagonal column for wrapping the packaged article;
in the fully unfolded state, the folding plate 100 forms a plane.
Wherein, in the fully unfolded state, when the folding plate 100 is in a plane state, one side surface is provided with the folding line 3, and the other opposite side surface is smooth. Therefore, one surface provided with the folding line is folded into a cylinder shape and then faces inwards for wrapping the article; the smooth surface faces outwards and is used for printing logo and other marks. This setting not only makes the outward appearance behind the folded sheet fold forming more pleasing to the eye, and the design atress nature that all has the broken line pressure line than two-sided is better moreover. In addition, the arrangement also stipulates that the folding direction is towards the direction of the folding line, has the guiding function for users, does not need to mark folding instructions on the folding plate, and can not lead the users to turn the folding direction back and damage the stress structure of the octagonal tube.
Preferably, the folding plate 100 is made of a paper-like material, and is a folding cardboard. In some embodiments, the folded paperboard may be selected from a plurality of layers of ordinary paperboard, and may also be selected from corrugated paperboard.
When the folding paper board is not used and is in a fully unfolded state, the folding paper board is positioned on a plane and looks like a flat paper board. Simultaneously, because this level simple structure also makes in the production process, only need carry out corresponding line ball in the position that needs the folding on the cardboard, can the shaping, does not need the design and the tailor of special shape. Correspondingly, the manufacturing die is simple, the manufacturing process is short, and the labor and material cost is saved for manufacturers. In addition, the folding box occupies small space, is convenient for batch transportation, and can provide great convenience for manufacturers and purchasers.
As shown in fig. 2, the folded plate 100 forms an octagonal pillar structure having an octagonal cross-section after being folded along the folding line 3 of the folded plate 100. The shape is close to a cylinder, but the bottom surface of the support is more stable than the cylinder in a three-dimensional space, so that the integral shaking is prevented, and a very suitable accommodating space is provided for bottled and fragile objects. Each folding plate 100, folded into an octagonal column, can accommodate a single item. In a practical use scene, folding plates with different sizes can be manufactured according to requirements so as to accommodate more articles with different sizes.
Preferably, the folding plate 100 is integrally formed. Since the folded paperboard can be used for both stable packaging and individual compartment products with only paperboard, less material is required. Meanwhile, the paperboard is a decomposable and recyclable material, is not easy to damage and is relatively attractive, and the defects of complex packaging structure and environmental pollution in the prior art are overcome.
As shown in fig. 1, the folding plate 100 is formed by a folding line 3 to form a head plate 101, a middle plate 102, a tail plate 103 and a cover plate 104 which are adjacent in sequence, wherein the middle plate 102 is positioned between the head plate 101 and the tail plate 103 and is evenly divided into six blocks, the width of each middle plate is the same as that of the head plate 101 and the tail plate 103, and the width of the cover plate 104 is smaller than that of the tail plate 103.
The desired size and corresponding thickness of the paperboard can be selected according to the size and weight of the desired packaged article. The width and length of the head panel 101, the middle panel 102, the tail panel 103, the cover panel 104, and the length of the fold line 3 also vary with the size of the carton to wrap various sizes of items.
Based on the above-mentioned a plurality of regions that above-mentioned broken line 3 formed on the cardboard, the packing personnel can turn over the cardboard according to broken line 3 in the packing process. After being folded along each pressing line, a three-dimensional space in the folding box can be formed. Packing personnel can labour saving and time saving at the packing in-process to can standardize broken line 3 better, avoid the skew condition in the position of buckling to appear in the packing process. Under the scenes of business supermarkets, convenience stores and the like, the salespersons can directly pack on site and place articles in the folding box without special packing personnel.
Preferably, the cover plate 104 is extended with a tab 2 on the outer side, the connection of the tab 2 and the cover plate 104 is provided with a folding line, the head plate 101 is provided with a notch 1 in the middle, and the length of the notch 1 is suitable for accommodating the insertion of the tab 2. Wherein, the notch 1 is in the shape of a long and thin slit or a long rectangle. Also, the length of the cut-out 1 may be slightly less than the length of the tab 2 for a more secure locking of the tab, so that the entire tab is not easily disassembled after being inserted into the cut-out.
And, after the folding plate 100 is folded along the folding line 3 and the tab 2 is inserted into the cut 1, the outer boundary line 101-1 of the head plate 101 and the outer boundary line 103-1 of the tail plate 103 are substantially overlapped, a standard octagonal column can be formed.
Preferably, the tab 2 is provided with indentations 2a at both sides thereof, and the notch 1 locks the indentations 2a at both sides of the inserted tab 2. Among them, the dent 2a preferably has a small protrusion. By this arrangement, the stability of the insertion of the tab 2 into the cutout 1 can be enhanced when the tab 2 enters the cutout 1. The notch 1 is formed by snapping an indent 2a having a small protrusion, and the length of the tab 2 having the indent 2a is slightly less than the length of the notch 1, so that the small protrusion of the indent 2a is locked by both ends of the notch 1, so that the notch 1 can securely lock the tab 2 to be stably seated. Thus, the folding plate 100 can be prevented from being easily scattered due to the fact that the folding plate 100 is separated from the notch 1 along with the swinging of the folding plate 100 in the road or due to the abrasion during the carrying process of the user.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the notch 1 is an elongated slot and is provided with a certain curvature at both sides, i.e. forming an arc-shaped notch 1a, so that the notch 1 is in bracket shape as a whole for locking the indents 2a at both sides of the inserted tab 2. This arrangement achieves a mating locking of the tab and the notch with each other.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the notch 1 is a long rectangle, and two semicircular arc-shaped notches 1a are provided at two sides, so that the notch is track-shaped as a whole. This arrangement has a more secure locking effect than the example of fig. 1, which can further enhance the stability of the folding cylinder. The folded folding board is not easily opened after the dent 2a having the small protrusion is locked at the notch 1. If forced open, the small protrusions of the arc-shaped slits 1a or the dents 2a may be torn.
The folding paper board is integrally formed, and is turned over to form an octagonal column. After the paper board in the unfolded state is folded along each pressing line, the outside can finally present the shape of an octagonal column (octagonal cylinder). In the prior art, the space for placing wine bottles in the daily wine cabinet needs to be provided with the partition plates to form a honeycomb-shaped wine bottle storage space, but the octagonal cylinder is not limited by the partition plates or specific positions after the octagonal cylinder is used, so that a user can flexibly stack the octagonal cylinder in any space and even can automatically avoid the honeycomb-shaped storage space of the partition plates. Through the arrangement, the octagonal column shape after the turnover forming is convenient for a user to flexibly use in any scene. The single octagonal column can be flexibly placed at the positions of a bookshelf, a corner and the like, and is attractive, convenient and safe to protect wine bottles or other fragile objects. Or a plurality of folded octagonal columns (octagonal cylinders) can be horizontally placed in parallel or can be folded from bottom to top after being horizontally placed. For example, after a plurality of folded octagonal columns are flatly placed in parallel to form a layer, the octagonal columns can be stacked to form a plurality of layers, so that the octagonal columns can form a honeycomb shape to form a wine cabinet effect, and a small wine cabinet can be flexibly created at any time and any place. A storage wall can be created at the cellar or other places of the user, so that the user can conveniently put in or take out a bottle body at any time. In addition, according to the practical application scene, a plurality of folded octagonal columns can also be vertically placed and closely connected in parallel, so that the storage space is flexibly utilized.
By using the folding paperboard, the specific process of packing bottles or fragile articles by a packing person is as follows:
1) folding the folded paper board in the fully unfolded state along the folding line 3;
2) substantially coinciding an outer boundary line 101-1 of the head plate 101 with an outer boundary line 103-1 of the tail plate 103;
3) the fins 2 are folded and inserted into the notches 1, so that a standard octagonal column can be formed;
4) and placing the object to be packaged in the accommodating space defined by the folding plates to finish packaging.
When a plurality of bottle articles need to be packed and combined together according to actual use scenes, as shown in fig. 3 to 4, each single article can be placed in a folding box, and then two, three or more folding boxes can be stacked or juxtaposed.
In another embodiment, the present invention also provides a packaging system for unitizing a plurality of individually packaged articles and providing an aesthetically pleasing and stylish hand pack with promotional information to a consumer. As shown in fig. 5, the present invention provides a packaging system comprising the folding plate 100 and the packaged product (package) 200, wherein one or more folding plates 100 are placed in the package 200.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6-11, the packaged product 200 includes two main faces 210/210a, a bottom face, two side faces and a top opening, wherein the upper side of the main face 210/210a is provided with folding lines 209/209a, and the side faces are provided with isosceles triangle folding lines 204/205/206 upward at the same height as the main face folding lines; when the two main surfaces 210/210a are folded along the folding line 209/209a so as to face each other, the top opening is closed, and triangular flaps are formed on both side surfaces.
In one embodiment, the packaged product further includes a handle 220, the main face 210/210a is provided with a through hole 216 for the handle to pass through, and the handle 220 also passes through the outer surface of the bottom face, so that the product is firmer and more attractive and has better bearing performance. Depending on where the handle 220 extends through, a plurality of perforations 216 may be provided. In the present embodiment, four elongated perforations 216 are provided on each major face 210/210 a. In use, the handle is passed from the bottom up through the four perforations 216 in one major face and the four perforations 216 in the other major face respectively so that the package can be held by the user at the top. Simultaneously, handle 220 still wraps up the bottom surface that supports the packing carton, for article provide omnidirectional support in the box, reduces the pressure of article in the box to the box body, improves the tightness of box body and the security of article in the box. In other embodiments, the perforations may also be circular or other shapes.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the package without handles and with handles is visually shown to perform the inventive process of closing the top opening, which is contrary to the folding lines of the conventional package. First, edges "201" and "201 a", "206" and "204 a", "205 a", "206 a", respectively, are pushed down along fold lines "204", "205", "203", respectively, and then edges "202" and "203" will be pulled closer, causing flaps "207" and "207 a" to fall down along fold lines "209" and "209 a", respectively, eventually overlapping and thus closing the top opening of the package. The edges "201" and "201 a" are pushed towards the fold lines "208" and "208 a" respectively to close the box and create a complete box shape.
Typically, conventional shopping bags require some adhesive paper or clips to close after opening and are destroyed when opened again. The present invention provides a package in a packaging system that can be completely and safely repeatedly opened and closed at the top and covered at the bottom with a set of handles that allow for safe lifting of weights; providing shoppers with a distinctive and unique appearance, and are therefore also known as "handbags or handbags"; but also provides a comfortable carrying experience.
Although a lightweight paper packaging box (paper shopping bag) is provided, it looks distinct from other paper bags. It is not triangular in side, it can also act as a box, since the handle makes it look like a handbag, improving its visual and qualitative appearance, it can be opened and closed when needed, ensuring the safety of the product being carried. The purse may be of different sizes depending on the particular need or desire. Similar to the cost and yield of other paper shopping bags, the packaging box provided by the utility model realizes a new product with optimal performance, and solves some specific problems such as safe multiple sealing.
The present embodiment provides a packaging system consisting of a handled package (also known as a paper bag, handbag or handbag) and folded paperboard (such as octagonal or octagonal column folded panels) to protect the items and to carry them comfortably and conveniently. The tote bags may be of different sizes to accommodate more different sized items. If multiple articles are placed together in a carrying bag, the multiple articles can be stacked on top of one another due to the multiple planes formed by the folded panels after folding. Each element may also be reused individually after the initial use of the packaging system. The carrier bag may be used to carry other items and may also utilize a new convenient closure system.
As shown in fig. 5, when a plurality of articles are combined, each article is placed in the receiving space after the folding plate is folded and then stacked in the packing box, so that a user can carry a plurality of articles at the same time. And, because adopt the folded sheet to fix and separate between each article, can not bump each other, portability and stability improve greatly.
As shown in fig. 11-13, it is desirable to transport and store the package for logistics purposes, where the package is to be presented in a completely flat condition. The utility model also requires only a simple action to open and fold the pack. Depending on its design, no major surfaces such as major faces 210 and 210a will fold after folding. This type of folding is also quite different from conventional shopping bags, where one of the major surfaces is folded over and separated and folded in an aesthetically undesirable manner, causing wear and distortion. The user need only flatten the surface where the side central fold lines 208, 208a and the bottom central fold line 211 are located and fold the side fold lines 212, 212a,213 a inwardly, bringing the fold lines 215 and 214 closer together and the fold lines 215a and 214a closer together to close the side so that the two major faces 210 and 210a are intact.
Fig. 14 shows the surface shape of the package as one piece after disassembly or before assembly.
By adopting the packaging system, the bottle-packed or fragile articles can be portable by using the folding paperboard and the packaging box with simple structures. Meanwhile, the packaging system is low in cost, comfortable and fashionable, and can be widely applied to the scenes of business supermarkets, convenience stores and relatives and friends. The packaging system is flat in B2B logistics, easy to assemble, light in weight, but has a volume feeling, and is convenient to assemble and use on site. This packaging system realizes the environmental protection purpose: less material, recyclable material, reusability of elements that can be separated and combined together.
In addition, the folding plate or the mounting system provided by the utility model is beneficial to the real reutilization of the packaging material. Under the scene of fixed storage bottled class article, the user can directly take out the article of the parcel state that has the folded sheet, preserves and places somewhere at home, for example cellar for storing things or cupboard etc.. Therefore, the article can be fixedly supported at a fixed position in a home, collision and abrasion among a plurality of articles are prevented, and the dustproof effect is achieved. In addition, the folding plate or the mounting system provided by the utility model can not be damaged by surface so as not to affect the appearance after being disassembled or folded, and the folding plate and the packing box can be recycled when being packaged and carried again.
According to the folding plate and the packaging system with the folding plate, the folding line is arranged on the folding paperboard which is integrally formed, the folding line is turned over to form the octagonal column, and the flap at the edge of the paperboard is inserted into the notch at the other edge to be fixed, so that an article can be stably wrapped.
