Description

本实用新型涉及一种用于各种建筑物,特别是北方寒冷地区各种房屋窗户的,普及型真空保温玻璃。
目前,北方各种房屋大多采用双层窗户以增强保温防寒效果。但是双层窗造价较高,使用不甚方便,保温效果不够理想。近年来,市场上出现采用普通双层玻璃代替双层窗的技术,但此种双层玻璃只适用于某厂家生产的推拉式钢窗,其造价仍较高,应用范围有限,保温效果仍不理想。
本实用新型的任务在于提供一种双层真空保温双层玻璃,此种玻璃适用于各种钢窗、木窗,保温效果好,且成本低,使用方便。
本实用新型是实现的,它由玻璃1、玻璃条2和方格网3构成,其结构特征是上下两层玻璃1之间置以透明硬塑方格网3,四周粘有玻璃条2,使之密封。制作时,两玻璃1之间空间部分置以方格网3(用胶略粘),玻璃1与玻璃条2之间用环氧类密封胶粘结密实,并在一角留一2-3mm长的缝隙,静置24小时后成组放入真空箱内,启动真空泵抽空,再利用电磁作用将密封胶牢固地涂在缝隙上使之密封,静置12小时后即可出箱安装在窗户上。
本实用新型由于在制作时采用了密封和抽真空工艺,双层玻璃夹层内不会发生空气渗透和对流,从而大大降低了玻璃的导热性能,提高了保温效果,同时亦可起到防噪声干扰的效果。本实用新型还具有造价低、应用范围广、使用方便等优点,宜于推广应用。

本实用新型中,玻璃1采用3mm厚普通玻璃,其尺寸可按窗户需要裁定。玻璃条2宽8mm,厚3mm(实腹钢窗为6mm厚)。方格网3用透明聚苯乙烯硬塑制作,由一组方格构成,每一方格尺寸为70×70mm,网框厚3mm(实腹钢窗为6mm厚),宽为2mm,格与格间的网框上留有缺口,抽出中间空气后密封好。

1、一种用于安装房屋窗户的双层真空保温玻璃,由玻璃1、玻璃条2和方格网3构成,其特征在于:上下两层玻璃1之间置以透明硬塑方格网3,四周粘有玻璃条2使之密封。
2、根据权利要求1所述的双层真空保温玻璃,其特征在于,方格网3用透明聚苯乙烯硬塑制作,由一组方格构成,格与格之间的网框上留有缺口。
