本实用新型属于三聚氰胺饰面板技术领域,具体涉及一种三聚氰胺饰面板的无封边结构。
背景技术
三聚氰胺饰面板由基材和表面粘合而成的,基材一般选用采用刨花板、中纤板或多层实木,表面贴面经过防火、抗磨、仿水浸泡处理,由三胺着色纸浸胶后直接经过热压、浸胶融化到固化过程形,三胺板具有表面硬度大,耐磨性好,色泽丰富,耐热性好的优点,同时还具有一定的阻燃性能,因而目前三胺板被大量使用在装饰行业的木制品中。
但目前使用中的三聚氰胺饰面板,需先将三聚氰胺饰面板的基材打磨好,再在基材上铺装表面贴面,使用时需对三聚氰胺饰面板的侧边进行封边。现在普遍以塑胶封边条封边方式处理裁切口,这样封边方式存在以下问题:1、封边条与基材采用不同材质,粘合一起容易出现开胶脱落现象,出现崩边现象;2、塑胶封边条采用与三胺板的表面的纹理和颜色配对转印油墨方式,但实际上封边条与表面贴面存在很大色差,一致性较差;3、封边条与三聚氰胺饰面板封口处存在封边后留下高低落差口,影响产品、家具的整体性。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种提供了一种工艺简单、生产效率高、封边效果好,极大提升了基材的防水、耐磨、耐碰撞、不易脱落,极大地延长了三聚氰胺饰面板的使用寿命,能制作各种形状的基材铸边,适用于多样化三聚氰胺饰面板的无封边结构。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的一种三聚氰胺饰面板的无封边结构,包括基材和铺装于基材的表面贴面,所述基材的外壁面固化高固含量涂料,所述高固含量涂料有厚度构成基材铸边,所述基材及所述铸边的上表面和下表面铺装表面贴面形成三聚氰胺饰面板的无封边结构。
进一步地,所述基材的外周的上边沿和下边沿的高固含量涂料的外端面较内端面宽。
进一步地,所述基材的外周的上边沿或下边沿固化高固含量涂料。
进一步地,所述高固含量涂料选用不饱和树脂。
进一步地,所述基材、铸边的表面贴面后,整体的外壁通过3D打印六面一体的涂料。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果包括:
一,本实用新型的三聚氰胺饰面板的无封边结构,高固涂料与基材相融合连接,达到一体成型,基材铸边之后,极大的提高了基材铸边的防水性能、连接的稳定性,尤其是对人造基材,显著提高了基材的质量,成倍提高基材的使用寿命。
二,本实用新型的三聚氰胺饰面板的无封边结构,可实现基材的铸边形状的多样化,节省了模具资源,极大地丰富了基材形状,可适用大批量、多品种的工业化生产方式。
三,本实用新型的三聚氰胺饰面板的无封边结构,高固含量涂料在基材本体上固化,与基材实现了相融合连接,达到了一体成型,因此,本实用新型的基材可以在固化之后的高固含量涂料上进行精加工,根据要求进行精加工,提升了基材的质量和精密度,同时对基材进行流水化作业,提高生产效率,进一步降低生产成本。
四,所述基材的外周的上边沿和下边沿的高固含量涂料的外端面较内端面宽,上端面往靠近基材一侧开槽,实现端面较宽这样的设置,增强了高固含量涂料液相时与基材的接触面积,提升高固含量涂料与基材相融合连接、一体成型的稳定性;也增加了铸边与表面贴面贴合的面积,提升其连接的稳定性。
五,本实用新型的三聚氰胺饰面板的铸边的基材和其表面进行3D打印,实现整个三聚氰胺饰面板六面一体,极大地提高了产品的品质。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型做进一步阐述。
如图1-4所示,本实用新型的一种三聚氰胺饰面板的无封边结构,包括三聚氰胺饰面板的基材1和铺装于基材1的三聚氰胺饰面板的表面贴面6,所述基材1的和外壁面103 固化高固含量涂料,所述高固含量涂料预留加工厚度,构成基材铸边5,所述基材1及所述铸边5的上表面和下表面铺装表面贴面6形成三聚氰胺饰面板的无封边结构。
本实用新型的三聚氰胺饰面板的无封边结构,高固含量涂料直接在基材1上固化,与基材1相融合连接,达到一体成型,基材1铸边之后,极大的提高了基材铸边的防水性能,提高了基材1与铸边5连接的稳定性,有效避免铸边5从三聚氰胺饰面板的基材 1上脱落,显著提高了基材防水性能,能成倍提高三聚氰胺饰面板的使用寿命。
本实用新型的三聚氰胺饰面板的无封边结构,基材1外侧的铸边,固化在基材1上时,可以根据需要实现基材铸边形状的多样化,极大地丰富了基材铸边的形状,可适用大批量、多品种的工业化生产方式。
所述基材的外周的上边沿101或下边沿102也可以根据需要固化高固含量涂料,形成各形状的铸边,也可以根据需要调整表面贴面与铸边的接触面积。
本实用新型的三聚氰胺饰面板的无封边结构,是在基材上直接进行铸边,基材的形状、大小没有限制,与倒模漆的浇筑封边相比,无需将大件基材切割,各基材都有加工余量,可直接在各种形状的基材上铸边。
本实用新型的三聚氰胺饰面板的无封边结构,基材可以在固化之后的高固含量涂料上进行精加工,根据要求进行精加工,提升了封装基材的质量和精密度,同时对基材进行流水化作业,提高生产效率,进一步降低生产成本。
本实用新型的三聚氰胺饰面板的无封边结构,铸边与表面贴面6实现了面连接,与现有技术中的封边与表面贴面6的线连接相比,连接更为稳定,防水、防脱落性能更强。

所述高固含量涂料选用不饱和树脂。所述高固含量涂料选用不饱和树脂,具有粘性的可流动的不饱和聚酯树脂,在引发剂存在下发生自由基共聚合反应,而生成性能稳定的体型结构的过程称为不饱和聚酯的固化,因其性能与基材1相融合连接,一体成型。
所述基材、铸边的表面贴面6外,通过3D打印六面一体的涂料。在三聚氰胺饰面板的铸边的基材1和其表面贴面6进行3D打印时,实现整个三聚氰胺饰面板六面一体,提高了产品的品质。

4.如权利要求1或2所述的一种三聚氰胺饰面板的无封边结构,其特征在于:所述高固含量涂料选用不饱和树脂。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的一种三聚氰胺饰面板的无封边结构,其特征在于:所述基材、铸边的表面贴面后,其外壁通过3D打印六面一体的涂料。
