the sealing ring rotating mechanism comprises a rotating platform, a gear fixedly connected with the rotating platform, a rack meshed with the gear and a rotating cylinder for pushing the rack to move; the rotating table is provided with a sealing ring fixing claw matched with the first sealing ring picking claw and the second sealing ring picking claw;
