As the preferred technical scheme, more than one first damping sheet is arranged at the two ends of the outer side of the handle element; one end in the protective shell is provided with more than one second damping fin; the first damping sheet and the second damping sheet are opposite up and down.

As the preferred technical scheme, the surface of the gasket is provided with a first magnetic suction connecting ring; a third contact is embedded at the upper end of the first magnetic suction connecting ring; the first magnetic suction connecting ring and the second magnetic suction connecting ring are relatively attracted; the third contact is connected opposite to the fourth contact.

in the sterilization state, the protective casing 25 is installed at one side of the handle element 10 and at the other side of the brush head element 22, and the infrared germicidal lamp 26 is disposed opposite to the brush head element 22.

the base main body comprises a fixed ring 3 and more than one base 1; more than one base 1 is arranged at the bottom of the fixing ring 3, and a drainage groove 4 is formed between the more than one base 1; a filter 5 is arranged in the fixed ring 3; the filter 5 is communicated with the drainage groove 4.
In this embodiment, the inner side of the fixing ring 3 is provided with a sensor 7, and the outer side is provided with a power supply battery 8 connected with the sensor 7;
in a sterilization state, the protective shell 25 is fixed in the fixing ring 3, and the sensor 7 is tightly attached to the protective shell 25; the upper end face of the fixed ring 3 is provided with more than one light-emitting element 2 connected with a power supply battery 8.
