The following description will take an air conditioner as an example.
In an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, 2, and 6 to 11, the indoor unit of an air conditioner includes a base 30 and a wind sweeping assembly 40. The base 30 is arranged in the middle frame 10; the air sweeping component 40 is arranged at the air outlet 101; the wind sweeping assembly 40 comprises a mounting plate 410 and wind guiding louvers 412 arranged on the mounting plate 410, wherein the mounting plate 410 is detachably connected to the base 30.
It can be understood that the air sweeping assembly 40 is disposed at the air outlet 101, and the air guiding louver 412 of the air sweeping assembly 40 plays a role in adjusting the direction of the outlet airflow. The wind sweeping assembly 40 comprises a mounting plate 410, the mounting plate 410 is detachably connected with the base 30, when the cover plate 20 is assembled on the connecting portion 13, the wind guiding portion 22 of the cover plate 20 is arranged on one side of the mounting plate 410 close to the wind outlet 101, and the wind guiding portion plays a role in guiding the flow of the wind outlet airflow and can also play a role in fixing and limiting the mounting plate 410 of the wind sweeping assembly 40. When the cover plate 20 is detached from the connecting portion 13, the opening space at the air outlet 101 is increased, and at the same time, the limiting effect of the air guiding portion 22 on the mounting plate 410 of the air sweeping component 40 is eliminated, so that the air sweeping component 40 can be more conveniently detached from the air outlet 101 for deep cleaning, and after the air sweeping component 40 is taken out, an air duct and a wind wheel 50 inside the air conditioner indoor unit can be cleaned and maintained, thereby achieving the effect of facilitating the maintenance of the air conditioner indoor unit.
Optionally, a mounting portion 411 is disposed on a side of the mounting plate 410 close to the air outlet 101, the air guiding portion 22 is pressed on the mounting portion 411, and an upper surface of the air guiding portion 22 is flush with an upper surface of the mounting plate 410.
The installation department 411 of mounting panel 410 is located in the pressure of wind-guiding portion 22, plays the effect of fixed restriction mounting panel 410, and the upper surface of wind-guiding portion 22 and the upper surface parallel and level of mounting panel 410 have guaranteed the smoothness nature of wind-guiding, have guaranteed the stability of mounting panel 410 with the base 30 installation simultaneously.
It will be appreciated that, in order to ensure that the wind guide portion 22 is flush with the upper surface of the mounting plate 410, the mounting portion 411 may be selected as a mounting step vertically downward from the upper surface of the mounting plate 410, or a mounting step inclined downward, etc.
In an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2, 6, 8 and 9, the base 30 is provided with a card slot 301 and a card hole 302, a side of the mounting plate 410 away from the mounting portion 411 is provided with a third plug 413, and the third plug 413 is provided in the card slot 301; the mounting portion 411 is provided with a third buckle 414, and the third buckle 414 is provided in the clamping hole 302.
This embodiment explains a detachable connection mode of the mounting plate 410 and the base 30, one side of the mounting plate 410 is provided with an installation part 411 matched with the air guiding part 22, the installation part 411 is arranged towards the outside of the air outlet 101, one side of the mounting plate 410, which is far away from the installation part 411, is provided with a third plug 413, the installation part 411 is provided with a third buckle 414, the third plug 413 is inserted into the clamping groove 301, the third buckle 414 is buckled in the clamping hole 302, so that the plug structure and the buckle structure are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the mounting plate 410, and reliable installation of the mounting plate 410 and the base 30 is ensured.
The specific disassembly process is as follows: the cover plate 20 is firstly detached from the connecting part 13, the limiting effect of the wind guide part 22 on the mounting plate 410 is eliminated, then the third buckle 414 of the mounting plate 410 is detached from the clamping hole 302 of the base 30, the mounting plate 410 is turned upwards and pulled outwards, the third bolt 413 is pulled out from the clamping groove 301, so that the detaching function of the wind sweeping component 40 and the base 30 is realized, then the wind sweeping component 40 is taken out from the wind outlet 101, and the detaching action of the wind sweeping component 40 from the air-conditioning indoor unit is completed.
The present invention further provides an air conditioner, which includes an air conditioner indoor unit, and the specific structure of the air conditioner indoor unit refers to the above embodiments, and since the air conditioner employs all technical solutions of all the above embodiments, the air conditioner at least has all beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiments, and details are not repeated herein.

Claims (9)

1. An air conditioner case, comprising:
the lower side of the middle frame is provided with a connecting part; and
the cover plate covers the connecting part and is detachably connected with the connecting part;
the connecting part is of a plate-shaped structure, the middle frame further comprises a top plate and a coaming, and the connecting part and the top plate are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the coaming; an air outlet is formed between the coaming and the connecting part; the cover plate is assembled on the connecting part, and the cover plate part extends into the air outlet.
2. The air conditioning casing as recited in claim 1, wherein a side of the connecting portion away from the air outlet is provided with a first insertion hole, and a corresponding position of the cover plate is provided with a first plug pin, and the first plug pin is inserted into the first insertion hole;
one side of the connecting part, which is close to the air outlet, is provided with a first buckling groove, and a corresponding position of the cover plate is provided with a first buckle, and the first buckle is buckled with the first buckling groove.

The air conditioning casing as recited in claim 2, wherein a second insertion hole is formed at a side of the connecting portion adjacent to the air outlet, and a second plug pin is formed at a corresponding position of the cover plate and inserted into the second insertion hole; one side of the first bolt, which is far away from the second bolt, abuts against the connecting part, and one side of the second bolt, which is far away from the first bolt, abuts against the connecting part;
two sides of the connecting part along the extending direction of the air outlet are provided with second buckling grooves, and the corresponding position of the cover plate is provided with a second buckle which is buckled with the second buckling grooves; the first buckle is provided with a first clamping part used for being buckled with the first catching groove, the first clamping part is arranged in a protruding mode in the direction deviating from the air outlet, the second buckle is provided with a second clamping part used for being buckled with the second catching groove, and the second clamping part is arranged in a protruding mode in the direction of the air outlet.
4. The air conditioning casing as set forth in claim 2 or 3, wherein the cover plate includes a plate body connected to the connecting portion and a wind guide portion provided at one side of the plate body, the wind guide portion being inclined with respect to the plate body and extending toward the wind outlet.
5. The air conditioner casing as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the connecting portion is provided with a limiting hole, and a limiting boss is provided at a corresponding position of the cover plate, and the limiting boss is inserted into the limiting hole.
6. An indoor unit of an air conditioner, characterized by comprising the air conditioning casing according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
7. An indoor unit for an air conditioner according to claim 6, comprising:
the base is arranged in the middle frame; and
the air sweeping assembly is arranged at an air outlet of the middle frame; sweep the wind subassembly and include the mounting panel and locate the wind-guiding tripe of mounting panel, the mounting panel can dismantle connect in the base.
8. The indoor unit of claim 7, wherein a mounting portion is provided at a side of the mounting plate adjacent to the outlet, the cover plate includes a plate body connected to the connecting portion and a wind guide portion provided at a side of the plate body, the wind guide portion is pressed against the mounting portion, and an upper surface of the wind guide portion is flush with an upper surface of the mounting plate.
9. An air conditioner characterized by comprising the indoor unit of an air conditioner according to any one of claims 6 to 8.
