4. A terminal-docking device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lateral damping portion comprises a plurality of groups of lateral damping mechanisms distributed uniformly.
5. A terminal docking device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the limiting mechanism comprises limiting blocks symmetrically disposed at two ends of the transverse guide rod.

The terminal butt-joint device according to claim 5, wherein the limiting block is provided with a mounting hole, the linear bearing is arranged in the mounting hole in a penetrating manner, and the limiting block moves longitudinally between the limiting piece of the longitudinal guide rod and the push plate through the linear bearing.
