Description

Lock capable of preventing child from opening
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a lock for preventing children from opening; the lockset for preventing children from opening is particularly suitable for cabinet doors, refrigerator doors, drawers and the like.
Background
Preventing the children from being hurt by themselves by mistake, and is very important for families with the children. The child is curious and active in nature, and the child is also required for the growth of the body and the development of intelligence. But infants do not have the ability to discern many dangerous behaviors, especially for children under 4 years of age. Even if an adult attends, the child is usually unlikely to pay attention to the behavior all the time, the child often makes some unexpected behaviors which may cause self-error injury, furniture such as cabinet doors, refrigerator doors, drawers and toilet covers are opened, the child touches or mistakenly swallows the articles which may cause the injury to the child, and a lock for preventing the child from being opened is arranged at the furniture opening position for storing the articles which may cause the injury to the child. Along with the improvement of the requirements of modern people on living quality, the lockset for preventing the children from unlocking is used as an accessory of modern furniture, and besides the basic function of preventing the children from unlocking, the lockset is required to have a light structure, attractive and elegant appearance, convenient installation and use and environmental friendliness because the lockset is not an anti-theft lock.
The existing lock for preventing children from unlocking in the prior art is usually provided with a button for unlocking the lock, and the lock can be unlocked only by pressing the button; for example, chinese patent document CN 202810431U discloses a multi-purpose child safety lock. This does not effectively prevent the child from opening. The lock can be opened by one pressing action, and under the condition that an infant is carelessly pressed, the lock can be opened unconsciously by the infant, so that the infant can be injured. In addition, the lockset capable of preventing the child from opening in the prior art also has the problems of not light and handy structure, not beautiful and elegant appearance, not convenient installation and use, not environment-friendly property and the like.
The CN201721048599.1 filed by the applicant 2017-08-21 is named as a lock for preventing children from opening, and the authorization notice number is CN 207212062U, and discloses a lock for preventing children from opening, which can be opened only by two continuous actions. The product provided according to the scheme stops the situation that the product is opened unconsciously and disorderly by children to a great extent, but when the product is unlocked, the knob piece 20 needs to be rotated to the position that the small lock cylinder 13 is at the opening position, and then the sliding fasteners 7 at the two sides are pressed to unlock by overcoming the elasticity of the compression spring; in order to facilitate the twisting of fingers, the knob piece cannot be too small and needs to be obviously protruded, the knob piece is more conspicuously protruded, the condition that the knob piece is unintentionally opened by a child with a small probability exists, and the product is not beautiful enough due to the obviously protruded knob piece. In addition, according to the product provided by the scheme, the connecting band 4 is fixedly connected with the fixed seat 60, and the base 28 and the cover block 29 of the fixed seat 60 are also fixedly connected, so that the lock body 2 in the unlocking state and the connecting band 4 cannot rotate; thus, when the lock is mounted on a vertical surface, it is only horizontal in the unlocked state and thus visually impaired, and cannot be rotated to a position facing down the wall.
The application is a further improvement on the basis of the scheme disclosed in CN 207212062U.

As shown in fig. 17, the bottom of the fixing base 60 is provided with a bottom cover plate 35. As shown in fig. 26, 27 and 28, a base plate 49 is arranged below the bottom cover plate 35, the bottom cover plate 35 is provided with a central hole 57, and the central hole 57 is a slope hole with a large bottom surface and a small top surface along the thickness of the bottom cover plate 35; the base plate 49 is provided with a central convex ring 58, at least a part of the central convex ring 58 is provided with a convex slope 59, and the bottom cover plate 35 is forcibly clamped into the central convex ring 58 of the base plate 49 through the central hole 57 thereof, so that the bottom cover plate 35 and the base plate 49 are engaged with each other and can rotate relatively. Thus, when the lock is mounted on a vertical surface, it can be conveniently rotated to a position facing down the wall in the unlocked state without obstructing vision.
For convenience of use and installation, the bottom surfaces of the lock seat 1 of the lock head part 9 and the base plate 49 of the fixed seat 60 can be respectively pasted with double-sided adhesive tapes, and high-quality and durable double-sided adhesive tapes produced by 3M company can be selected. When the lock is mounted, the lock base 1 and the base plate 49 are respectively attached to a target device such as a cabinet door having an open/close positional relationship by tearing the protective film on the double-sided tape.
The lockset for preventing the child from opening is particularly suitable for being arranged between the cabinet door, the refrigerator door and the side wall of the cabinet door. In the normal state, the small lock cylinder 5 is in the locking position, the stationary half ring 24 and the movable half ring 25 are both in the flat state, and the movable half ring 25 faces the direction of the outlet groove 28. Before locking, the movable half ring 25 can be pulled up from the side of the outlet slot 28, and the rotary connecting piece 11 is screwed to rotate 90 degrees with the small lock cylinder 5, so that the small lock cylinder 5 is in an opening position. During locking, as shown in fig. 3, the bottom plate notch 14 of the lock body 2 is pressed by force to align with the retaining ring 15 of the lock base 1. Because the back of the barb of the buckle 8 is a slope and the back of the retaining ring 15 is also a slope, the lock body 2 overcomes the elasticity of the compression spring and slides down along the slope until the barb of the buckle 8 is buckled into the retaining ring 15 to complete locking, and the locking state is kept under the elasticity of the compression spring. After locking, the rotating connecting piece 11 is screwed to rotate by 90 degrees in the opposite direction with the small lock cylinder 5 to reset, and the movable semi-ring 25 also resets.
Before unlocking, the movable half ring 25 is also pulled up from the side of the outlet slot 28, and the rotary connecting piece 11 is screwed to rotate 90 degrees with the small lock cylinder 5, so that the small lock cylinder 5 is in an opening position. When unlocking, a user only needs to press the sliding fasteners 7 on the two sides against the elasticity of the compression spring, namely, the sliding fasteners 7 exposed on the two sides are pressed inwards until the buckle 8 is separated from the retaining ring 15 on the lock base 1, so as to unlock the lock. Thus, the unlocking process comprises three actions of pulling, rotating and pressing.
The lock unlocking method for preventing the lock unlocked by the child from being unlocked only by three continuous actions is very convenient for people who know the unlocking method of the lock, the unlocking operation can be conveniently completed by one hand, and the locking and unlocking operations are very convenient; however, for the children who do not know the unlocking method of the lock and have insufficient intelligence, the lock can be hardly unlocked no matter how the children press the lock in disorder, and the probability that the children press the lock in disorder to unlock the lock is almost zero.
