3. The brush of claim 1, wherein the housing has a limiting groove and a mounting hole on two side walls, the limiting groove and the mounting hole are both in communication with the cavity, and the limiting groove faces the mounting hole.

4. The portable storage brush of claim 3, wherein the brush head has a mounting slot that faces the retaining slot.

5. A portable storage brush according to claim 3 wherein the brush head further has an insertion end that is slidably inserted into the mounting aperture.

6. The portable containment brush of claim 5, wherein the insertion end is circular in cross-section.

The portable storage brush of claim 4, further comprising a stopper assembly including a moving member and an elastic member, the moving member being disposed in the mounting groove, the elastic member being located at the center of the bottom wall forming the mounting groove, and the other end of the elastic member being fixedly connected to the moving member, the other end of the elastic member being fixedly connected to the bottom wall forming the mounting groove.

8. The brush of claim 7, wherein the other end of the movable member facing away from the resilient member further comprises a stopper portion, the stopper portion being disposed in the stopper groove to limit the rotation of the brush head.

9. The portable storage brush of claim 7, wherein the resilient member is a spring.
