For a water tank of an electric water heater, the water tank generally comprises an outer shell and an inner container, and an insulating layer is formed between the outer shell and the inner container. Wherein, the shell is generally made of plastic materials to meet the design requirements of beautiful and diversified shapes; the inner container can be a metal container body or a plastic container body according to requirements.
In addition, the heat preservation layer formed between shell and the inner bag, commonly used heat preservation material have: asbestos, sponge, foam plastic, polyurethane foam and the like, and in order to obtain a good heat preservation effect in the conventional technology, a foaming mode is usually adopted to form a heat preservation layer.
Wherein, for the inner bag that adopts the metal courage body, because influenced by water quality, the inside of inner bag corrodes easily, for this reason, still dispose the magnesium stick on the water tank, the magnesium stick inserts in the inside water storage cavity of water tank.
Magnesium is the lowest potential metal in the electrochemical series and is physiologically nontoxic. Therefore, the magnesium rod protective liner is very ideal. The size of the magnesium rod is directly related to the length of the time for protecting the inner container and the size of the protection effect, and the larger the magnesium rod is, the better the protection effect is and the longer the protection time is.
The water tank is also provided with a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe, the water inlet pipe is used for conveying cold water to a water storage cavity formed in the water tank, and hot water in the water storage cavity is output from the water outlet pipe.
For the electric heating part, an electric heating mode such as an electric heating wire, magnetic energy or silicon tube heating can be adopted to heat the water stored in the water storage cavity.
The electric control board is used for receiving detection signals sent by related sensors (such as a water temperature sensor and a flow sensor) and controlling the electric heating component to be powered on and powered off.
When the electric water heater works, the electric control board controls the electric heating part to be electrified and heated, and when the water temperature of water in the water tank reaches a set value, the electric control board controls the electric heating part to be powered off.

And the hot water output from the upper inner container 1 flows into the first water outlet pipe 12 through the second extension pipe 14. Likewise, the second extension pipe 14 can be arranged along the length direction of the upper liner 1 and extend away from the end where the first water inlet pipe 11 is installed, so that the second extension pipe 14 extends in a direction away from the first water inlet pipe 11. Therefore, the output of the hot water at the top layer in the upper liner 1 can be more facilitated, so that the hot water output rate of the electric water heater is improved.
In another embodiment, in order to increase the hot water output rate of the lower liner 2 by sufficiently utilizing the difference in specific gravity between the cold and hot water, the free end portion of the second extension pipe 14 is tilted upward with respect to the second extension pipe 14.
Specifically, the free end of the second extension pipe 14 is bent toward the top region of the upper liner 1, so that the water output from the upper liner 1 needs to flow to the top region of the upper liner 1. And because the cold water sinks and the hot water rises, the hot water in the upper inner container 1 can be output from the top to the maximum extent.
In some embodiments, for convenience of assembly, the first water inlet pipe 11 and the first water outlet pipe 12 may be disposed on a sealing head of the upper liner 1, and the second water inlet pipe 21 and the second water outlet pipe 22 may be disposed on a sealing head of the lower liner 2.
Specifically, in the assembly process, taking the inner container as an example, the first water inlet pipe 11 and the first water outlet pipe 12 are installed and fixed on a sealing head of the upper inner container 1, and the first water inlet pipe 11 and the second water inlet pipe 21 can be installed by opening a hole on the sealing head. Thus, the second extension pipe 14 is arranged transversely as a whole.
In some embodiments, a first magnesium rod 15 can be mounted on the other end of the upper liner 1, and a second magnesium rod 25 can be mounted on the other end of the lower liner 2.
