Detailed Description
The utility model will be described in detail with reference to the following drawings, which are provided for illustration purposes and the like:
referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 5A, fig. 1 is a perspective view of a detachable bracket 1 according to some embodiments, fig. 2 is an exploded view of a structure of the detachable bracket 1 according to some embodiments, and fig. 5A is a use state diagram of the detachable bracket 1 according to some embodiments. A detachable rack 1 comprises a supporting member 10, a suction member 20 and a plurality of connecting members 30.
The supporting member 10 has a main plate 11, two ends of the supporting member 10 respectively have legs 12, one end of each leg 12 away from the main plate 11 is bent to have a supporting plate 13, and the supporting plate 13 is parallel to the main plate 11. According to some embodiments, a surface of the main board 11 away from the supporting board 13 is provided with a groove 15, and the groove 15 is provided with a through hole 16, and one end of the suction member 20 can pass through the through hole 16.
The suction cup 20 is disposed on the main plate 11 of the support member 10 between the legs 12, for example, one end of the suction cup 20 is fixed to the through hole 16 by penetrating the through hole 16. According to some embodiments, the suction cup member 20 includes a tubular portion 22 and a disk portion 21. The disc portion 21 may be flared (see fig. 1) to surround the connecting tubular portion 22. The suction cup 20 further includes a suction nozzle 24. The suction nozzle 24 is arranged at a side of the suction cup member 20 adjacent to the foot 12, e.g. the suction nozzle 24 is located inside the disc-shaped portion 21. The suction nozzle 24 is disposed in correspondence with a plane (any object having a flat surface to be secured, such as an article, a wall, or other surface to be secured). According to some embodiments, the suction nozzle 24 is adapted to be connected to a plane of the first object 2 (see fig. 5A) such that a first space is formed between the suction nozzle 24 and the plane of the first object 2 when the suction nozzle 24 is not subjected to a force in a direction towards the plane of the first object 2. When the suction nozzle 24 is forced in the direction of the plane of the first object 2, a second space is formed between the suction nozzle 24 and the plane of the first object 2, and the second space is smaller than the first space. In other words, in the second space, the gas content formed between the suction nozzle 24 and the plane of the first object 2 is lower, and thus the suction state of the vacuum pressure environment is closer. Then, the suction state formed between the suction nozzle 24 and the plane of the first object 2 is removed and the detachable bracket 1 is at least returned to the first space, so that the detachable bracket 1 can be removed from the first object 2, and the detachable bracket 1 can be detachably fixed on the first object 2.
The connecting members 30 are respectively disposed at sides of the supporting plates 13 of the supporting members 10 away from the main plate 11. The connecting member 30 is disposed corresponding to a plane. According to some embodiments, the connecting member 30 is used to connect the flat surfaces of the first object 2 (see fig. 5A), thereby connecting the support member 10 and the flat surfaces of the first object 2. According to some embodiments, the suction nozzle 24 and the connecting member 30 are used to connect the flat surfaces of the first article 2 (see FIG. 5A), thereby connecting the support member 10 and the flat surfaces of the first article 2. According to some embodiments, the connecting member 30 is an adhesive, double sided tape, foam, velcro, magnets, or any combination thereof. Thereby, the legs 12 can be contacted and fixed on the plane of the first object 2 in an indirect connection way through the medium (the connecting piece 30).
Accordingly, the embodiment of the present invention can fix the detachable bracket 1 on the surface of the first object 2 by changing the force applied to the sucker 20 and the suction nozzle 24 thereof in the direction of the plane of the first object 2; and then the force applied to the sucker 20 and the suction nozzle 24 thereof in the direction of the plane of the first object 2 is removed, so that the detachable bracket 1 can be removed and detached from the plane of the first object 2, thereby achieving the function of being detachably fixed on the plane of the first object 2.
In addition, the embodiment of the present invention can also achieve the function of fixing the detachable bracket 1 on the plane of the first object 2 by the connecting member 30 disposed on the leg 12 of the detachable bracket 1. While at the same time combining the suction nozzle 24 and the connecting member 30, the detachable bracket 1 can be more stably fixed on the surface of the first object 2. In addition, since the connecting member 30 can be a single-use or multi-use adhesive, the detachable bracket 1 can be removed and detached from the plane of the first object 2.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, according to some embodiments, the suction cup member 20 further includes a spring 26 and a pressing cover 28. The gland 28 is arranged on the side of the suction cup member 20 remote from the suction nozzle 24, e.g. the gland 28 is located at the end of the tubular portion 22 remote from the disc portion 21. For another example, the gland 28 is also provided in the groove 15 of the main plate 11. A spring 26 is provided in the suction cup member 20, for example, the spring 26 is provided in the tubular portion 22 of the suction cup member 20 and the spring 26 is physically connected between the gland 28 and the suction nozzle 24. The physical connection referred to herein means that the spring 26 may contact the suction nozzle 24 directly or indirectly through an intermediary (e.g., a gasket 25 described later), without limitation. The gland 28 is reciprocally movable in the groove 15 through the through hole 16.
According to some embodiments, gland 28 also has gasket 25. A washer 25 is arranged between the spring 26 and the suction nozzle 24. The pad 24 can serve as a buffer and/or isolation between the spring 26 and the nozzle 24, and thus the material of the pad 24 is not limited herein (e.g., cloth, plastic, rubber, or any combination thereof). The gland 28 physically connects the spring 26 and normally protrudes from the suction cup member 20. Physical attachment of finger cover 28 as referred to herein is not intended to be limiting and may be achieved by direct or indirect contact with spring 26. The normal outward protrusion referred to herein means a state in which the spring 26 is naturally uncompressed, does not deform (or only deforms by a first amount that is smaller than a second amount described later), and protrudes above the top of the gland 28. Therefore, when an external force is applied to the pressing cover 28 and the spring 26, the spring 26 is deformed toward the plane of the first object 2 by a second deformation amount larger than the first deformation amount, and the spring 26 is clamped in the pressing cover 28, so that the spring 26 and the pressing cover 28 are temporarily in a clamped state. When the external force is removed, the spring 26 can return to the direction opposite to the surface of the first object 2 to a state of being protruded out of the top of the pressing cover 28 without being compressed naturally and without generating a deformation amount (or a first deformation amount smaller than the second deformation amount).
Thereby, an external force is applied to the suction nozzle 24 through the pressing cover 28 and the spring 26, and a suction state of the second space is formed between the suction nozzle 24 and the plane of the first object 2. When the external force or the suction state is removed, the pressing cover 28 can restore the spring 26 to the original position due to the restoring force of the spring 26 itself caused by the compression deformation, so as to restore the first space (i.e. the non-suction state) between the suction nozzle 24 and the plane of the first object 2, thereby achieving the detachable fixing function of the detachable bracket 1.
Referring to fig. 5A to 5B, fig. 5A and 5B respectively show a usage state diagram of the detachable bracket 1 according to some embodiments. The main board 11 of the supporting member 10 further has one or more fastening holes 14, and each fastening hole 14 is disposed through the main board 11. According to some embodiments, the detachable bracket 1 further includes one or more fastening members 40, and each fastening member 40 is disposed corresponding to each fastening hole 14; that is, one end of each of the fixing members 40 is fixed in the corresponding fixing hole 14, and the other end of each of the fixing members 40 is used for connecting the second object 3 (the same as or different from the first object 2, and the second object 3 is any object that can be fixed with a flat surface, such as an object, a wall, or the surface of another object to be fixed). The fixing member 40 is, for example, a screw, a bolt, an iron nail, a rivet, or other components for fixing, and the material thereof is not limited herein. In some embodiments, the fastening hole 14 and the fastening member 40 are substantially matched as a matching component, and each fastening member 40 is detachably connected to the supporting member 10 and the fastening hole 14 thereof in a combined manner. For example, the fastening holes 14 are openings with threads disposed on the supporting member 10, each fastening member 40 is a screw or a hook corresponding to the thread, and each fastening member 40 can be locked into the fastening hole 14 through the thread. Therefore, the clamping member 40 can be matched with the clamping hole 14, even detachably matched with the clamping hole 14. By the engagement assembly, the second object 3 is prevented from shaking and rotating relative to the supporting member 10.
For example, in fig. 5A, the supporting member 10 has two fastening holes 14 and each fastening hole 14 has a fastening piece 40 disposed corresponding to it. One end of the clamping hole 14 is matched with the clamping piece 40, so that the clamping piece 40 can pass through one end of the clamping hole 14; the size of the other end (e.g., the end away from the gravity direction) of the clamping hole 14 is smaller than the size of the end opposite to the clamping hole 14, so as to clamp the clamping member 40 in the corresponding clamping hole 14. The fastening member 40 can be disposed on the plane of the second object 3 (such as paintings, daily necessities, or consumer electronic products such as displays), for example, so that the detachable bracket 1 can be detachably fixed on the plane of the second object 3 (such as paintings, daily necessities, or consumer electronic products) by fastening the fastening member 40 to the fastening hole 14. Meanwhile, the other side of the detachable bracket 1 is detachably fixed to a first object 2 (such as a wall), so that a second object 3 (such as a painting, a daily product or a consumer electronic product) can be fixed to the plane of the first object 2 (such as a wall) through the detachable bracket 1. Or conversely, for example, in fig. 5B, the support member 10 has two chucking holes 14 and each of the chucking holes 14 has the chucking pieces 40 provided corresponding thereto, respectively. The fastening member 40 can be disposed on a plane of the second object 3 (e.g., a wall), for example, so that the detachable bracket 1 can be detachably fixed on the plane of the second object 3 (e.g., the wall) by fastening the fastening member 40 to the fastening hole 14. Meanwhile, the other side of the detachable bracket 1 is detachably fixed to a first object 2 (such as a painting, a daily product or a consumer electronic product), so that the first object 2 (such as a painting, a daily product or a consumer electronic product) can be fixed to the plane of a second object 3 (such as a wall) through the detachable bracket 1.
Conversely, according to some embodiments, the main board 11 of the supporting member 10 further has one or more fastening members (not shown), and each fastening member is disposed on the main board 11. The second object 3 connected to the detachable bracket 1 further includes one or more fastening holes (not shown), and each fastening hole is disposed corresponding to each fastening element. That is, one end of each fastener is disposed on the plane of the detachable bracket 1, and the other end of each fastener is fastened to the corresponding fastening hole of the second object 3. The fastening hole may be disposed on a plane of the second object 3 (such as a painting, a daily product, or a consumer electronic product), so that the detachable bracket 1 may be detachably fixed on the plane of the second object 3 (such as a painting, a daily product, or a consumer electronic product) by fastening the fastening member to the fastening hole. Or conversely, the fastening hole may be disposed on the plane of the second object 3 (e.g., a wall), for example, so that the detachable bracket 1 may be detachably fixed on the surface of the second object 3 (e.g., a wall) by fastening the fastening piece to the fastening hole.
According to some embodiments, the main board 11 of the supporting member 10 further has one or more detachable fasteners, and each fastener is detachably connected to the supporting member 10 in a combined manner. For example, the supporting member 10 has a plurality of openings with threads, each fastener is a screw or a hook with a threaded portion, and each fastener can be screwed into the supporting member 10 and the opening thereof. Therefore, the detachable bracket 1 can be prevented from being damaged due to repeated detachment of the clamping piece by detachably clamping the clamping piece in the opening with the thread, and further the service life of the detachable bracket 1 is prevented from being reduced.
The component relationship between the sucker member 20 and the gland 28 is further illustrated by some embodiments below.
Referring again to fig. 2, 3A and 3B, fig. 3A and 3B respectively show a usage state diagram of the suction cup member 20 of the detachable bracket 1 according to some embodiments. According to some embodiments, the gland 28 has a first recess 282 and a second recess 284. The first recess 282 is provided in a side wall of the gland 28. The second recess 284 is adjacent the first recess 282 and the second recess 284 is disposed between the first recess 282 and the top of the gland 28. The first recess 282 communicates with the second recess 284 in an axial direction of the gland 28 (e.g., the first direction D1 in fig. 3B). The first recess 282 has a first width in a lateral direction of the gland 28 (e.g., the second direction D2 or the third direction D3 in fig. 3B), the second recess 284 has a second width in the lateral direction of the gland 28 (e.g., the second direction D2 or the third direction D3 in fig. 3B), and the first width is less than the second width. The suction cup member 20 has a protruding portion 23, and the protruding portion 23 is disposed corresponding to the first recess 282, and the protruding portion 23 is configured to move transversely (e.g., the second direction D2 or the third direction D3 in fig. 3B) after passing through the first recess 282 and entering the second recess 284 in the axial direction of the gland 28 (e.g., the first direction D1 in fig. 3B) to clamp the relative positions of the gland 28 and the suction cup member 20. According to some embodiments, the suction nozzle 24 and the connecting member 30 are both used for connecting to a plane of the first object 2 (see fig. 5A), and the protrusion 23 is located in the first recess 282 to provide a first space between the suction nozzle 24 and the first object 2; the protrusion 23 is clamped in the second recess 284, so that the spring 26 is compressed and a second space is formed between the suction nozzle 24 and the first object 2, and the second space is smaller than the first space. Therefore, the embodiment of the present invention can detachably fix the detachable bracket 1 to the plane of the first object 2 (or the second object 3) by the arrangement of the protruding portion 23 of the pressing cover 28 corresponding to the first concave portion 282 and the second concave portion 284.
According to some embodiments, the inner wall of the suction cup member 20 (e.g., the inner wall of the tubular portion 22) may have at least one raised portion 23. In fig. 2, 3A and 3B, the inner wall of the suction cup member 20 (e.g. the inner wall of the tubular portion 22) has two protrusions 23, and each protrusion 23 is disposed corresponding to the first recess 282 of the pressing cover 28, and each protrusion 23 is clamped in the second recess 284 through the first recess 282, thereby compressing the spring 26. Thereby, the suction nozzle 24 and the first object 2 are compressed to form a suction state of the second space. In other words, the embodiment of the present invention can detachably fix the detachable bracket 1 to the plane of the first object 2 (or the second object 3) by the arrangement of the protruding portion 23 corresponding to the first recess 282 and the second recess 284.
In FIG. 3A, the first recess 282 and the second recess 284 form a T-shaped recess, which is a T-shaped channel. That is, the second recess 284 may serve as a horizontal channel (and have a second width that is wider in the transverse second direction D2 or the third direction D3) for an upper half of the T-shaped recess, while the first recess 282 may serve as a vertical channel (and have a first width that is narrower in the transverse second direction D2 or the third direction D3) parallel to the axial direction (i.e., the first direction D1) for a lower half of the T-shaped recess. The boss 23 is configured to be caught in the second recess 284 based on the normal or reverse rotation of the gland 28 after entering the second recess 284 through the first recess 282. In fig. 3B, the boss 23 is moved into the interior of the gland 28 (the second recess 284) through the first recess 282 by applying an external force to the gland 28 in the first direction D1; then, the pressing cover 28 is rotated in the second direction D2 or the third direction D3 by applying an external force to the pressing cover 28 in the second direction D2 (forward direction) or the third direction D3 (reverse direction), so that the protrusions 23 are moved into either one of the two ends of the second recess 284 of the pressing cover 28 again. For example, when the gland 28 is rotated in the second direction D2, the protrusion 23 will in turn move into and snap into an end of the second recess 284 remote from the second direction D2; then, when the cover 28 is rotated along the third direction D3, the protrusion 23 passes through the first recess 282, and the protrusion 23 can move out of the first recess 282 along the first direction D1. Or vice versa, for example, when the protrusion 23 moves in through the first recess 282 and rotates the gland 28 again in the third direction D3, the protrusion 23 will move in and snap into an end of the second recess 284 away from the third direction D3; then, when the cover 28 is rotated along the second direction D2, the protrusion 23 passes through the first recess 282, and the protrusion 23 can move out of the first recess 282 along the first direction D1. Therefore, the bulge 23 is clamped in the second concave 284 of the T-shaped concave, so that the suction nozzle 24 and the first object 2 are compressed to form a suction state of a second space. When the protrusion 23 is removed from the T-shaped recess, the suction nozzle 24 and the first object 2 are returned to the non-suction state of the first space. In other words, the detachable bracket 1 can be detachably fixed on the plane of the first object 2 by the T-shaped recess formed by the first recess 282 and the second recess 284 according to the embodiment of the present invention.
According to some embodiments, the inner wall of the suction cup member 20 (e.g., the inner wall of the tubular portion 22) may have at least one raised portion 23. Referring to fig. 4A and 4B, fig. 4A and 4B respectively show a usage state diagram of the suction cup member 20 of the detachable bracket 1 according to some embodiments. In fig. 4A and 4B, the inner wall of the suction cup member 20 (e.g., the inner wall of the tubular portion 22) has a protrusion 23, and in fig. 4A, the first recess 282 and the second recess 284 form an inverted L-shaped recess, which is an inverted L-shaped channel. That is, the second recess 284 may serve as a horizontal channel for the upper half of the inverted-L recess (and have a second width that is wider in the transverse second direction D2 or the third direction D3), while the first recess 282 may serve as a vertical channel for the lower half of the inverted-L recess (and have a first width that is narrower in the transverse second direction D2 or the third direction D3). The boss 23 is configured to be caught in the second recess 284 based on the normal rotation of the gland 28 after entering the second recess 284 through the first recess 282. In fig. 4B, the boss 23 is moved into the interior of the gland 28 (the second recess 284) through the first recess 282 by applying an external force to the gland 28 in the first direction D1; then, the pressing cover 28 is rotated along the third direction D3 by applying an external force to the pressing cover 28 along the third direction D3 (positive direction, i.e. the direction opposite to the second direction D2), so that the protrusion 23 moves into one end of the second recess 284 of the pressing cover 28; then, when the cover 28 is rotated along the third direction D3, the protrusion 23 passes through the first recess 282, and the protrusion 23 can move out of the first recess 282 along the first direction D1. For example, when the gland 28 is rotated in the third direction D3, the protrusion 23 will in turn move into and snap into an end of the second recess 284 remote from the third direction D3; then, when the cover 28 is rotated along the second direction D2, the protrusion 23 passes through the first recess 282, and the protrusion 23 can move out of the first recess 282 along the first direction D1. Therefore, the protrusion 23 is clamped in the second recess 284 of the inverted L-shaped recess, so that the suction nozzle 24 and the first object 2 are compressed to form a suction state of the second space. When the protrusion 23 is removed from the inverted L-shaped recess, the suction nozzle 24 and the first object 2 are returned to the non-suction state of the first space. In other words, the first recess 282 and the second recess 284 form an inverted L-shaped recess, so that the detachable bracket 1 can be detachably fixed on the plane of the first object 2.
According to some embodiments, the inner wall of the suction cup member 20 (e.g., the inner wall of the tubular portion 22) has two or more protrusions 23, and the pressing cover 28 has a plurality of first recesses 282 and second recesses 284 corresponding to the protrusions 23, respectively. Each first recess 282 and its corresponding second recess 284 form an inverted L-shaped recess. The second concave portions 284 of each inverted-L-shaped concave portion are extended along the same direction (for example, both forward and backward directions, such as the third direction D3 in fig. 4B) in the axial direction, so that each protruding portion 23 is clamped at one end of the corresponding second concave portion 284 in the same direction. Therefore, even if the plurality of protrusions 23 are provided, the embodiment of the present invention does not have the function of the rotating gland 28 due to the different arrangement of the plurality of protrusions 23.
In summary, in the embodiments of the present invention, at least the suction cup member and the connecting member are disposed on the supporting plate of the detachable bracket, so that the detachable bracket can be detachably fixed on the plane of the first object (e.g., a wall) through the connecting member and/or the suction cup member. Meanwhile, in the embodiment of the present invention, since at least the fastening hole (or the fastening member) is disposed on the main board of the detachable bracket, the detachable bracket can be detachably fixed on the plane of the second object (such as a painting) correspondingly disposed with the fastening member (or the fastening hole) through the fastening hole (or the fastening member).
In addition, the sucker piece and the connecting piece are combined, so that the load which can be borne by the detachable bracket can be increased, and the problem of insufficient load of the known product is further solved. In addition, the problem that the known product cannot be shrunk to adapt to the environment due to different surface materials or roughness can be further overcome by the sucker member which can contain the suction nozzle and/or the connecting member which can be adhesive, double-sided adhesive, foam cotton, velcro or magnet. Therefore, the detachable bracket can bear heavier maximum load and has more diversified and wide application environments.
The present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof, and it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the utility model as defined in the appended claims.
