Description

Composite treatment couch and treatment system
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a composite treatment bed and a treatment system.
Background
With the improvement of the medical level, the process of the treatment operation is more and more delicate, and correspondingly, the operation process is more and more complex. Taking a surgical operation as an example, when the operation is performed to a certain stage, it is usually necessary to transfer the patient to an Imaging device for Imaging to confirm the effect of the operation at the current stage, and the Imaging device is commonly used, such as an MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) device, a CT (Computed Tomography) device, or a PET/CT (Positron Emission Tomography) device.
Currently there are two general approaches to switching from a surgical position to an imaging scan position. One is to keep the patient stationary on the operating table and move the imaging device to the patient position for scanning, but this approach typically requires moving other devices associated with the imaging device, and also requires higher design requirements for the operating room, which greatly increases the complexity of the surgical-related devices. The process may require simultaneous operation by multiple persons, such as a main doctor, an anesthesiologist, and a nurse, which is time-consuming and labor-consuming, and for the risks brought by the imaging process, the control process is more dependent on the management of the whole surgical procedure, such as query before surgery, control of different field intensity areas, and check before movement. The other is to transfer the patient to the imaging bed of the imaging device through the transfer bed, but the relative movement of the patient with respect to the bed plate is easily caused during the patient transfer process, and the surgical equipment (such as an anesthesia machine, a monitor, etc.) needs to be disassembled and assembled, which increases the surgical risk of the patient.
